My initial contact with Harman and Sonia was great. Harman, asked all the right questions and took down all the information, informing me that the sales person would get back to with 2 to 3 business days. However; I was very surprised when I received a call from Sonia asking me if I was available to meet with her later on in the evening the same day. Sonia said she would be at my house around 6: 00pm, and promptly at 6.00pm, there was Sonia at my door.
We explained what we wanted, Sonia took the measurements and gave us an estimate. She discussed the various options with prices and what would be our best option for what we were looking for, however Sonia did not push us just to get the business, but let us decide what would best work for us. After going through all our options we finally decided to go for shutters for all the windows and roller blinds for the patio door and the insert of the front door and are very pleased with our decision. When one of the roller blinds did not fit snugly, after a quick call and a few pictures which I sent to Sonia, the problem was resolved. Thank you Sonia.
The only reason I have rated them 4 stars, because their installers did not show up on the day they were scheduled to come and did not even bother to notify me, though I got a call earlier that day to give the time window when they were expected to come. My entire was wasted as it was the weekend. For lack of communication I have rated them a 4 star.

Both the sales representative (Sonia) and the boss (karma) as well as the installer provided great service, ordered zebra blinds from their own brand Delta, happy with the look and functionality, we have light filter in the living room with color white, I love the softness which white brings in to my space, it just blend in with the house, definitely recommend. For the bedrooms we chose grey with side channels and black out blind in the back. It’s completely dark when we need to take a nap during the day, side channels is absolutely necessary. They did the square cassette box with fabric wrap with is more modern compare to traditional style. Overall happy with my purchase:) hope they can keep going and provide continuous customer service in the future:)

We recently replaced our wooden blinds with California style shutters for the entire house installed by dynamite Delta shutters. The entire team of dynamite delta was very courteous & helpful especially Sonya & Harman who we mainly dealt with. Both Sonya & Harman took time to go over the details in meeting our needs. Kamal being the owner of the company did not hesitate to step up to answer all our questions that were very specific to the quality & standard of the material used. Kamal provided prompt assistance. The installers Kannan & Simmran were excellent, efficient & knowledgeable. When choosing California style shutters it’s very important to know what to select in terms of different types of louver size, colour options, divider partition for upstairs & downstairs rooms, frame style for window/patio door. Divider partition should be selected based on the eye level so it does not block your view & personal preference to allow & control privacy. We selected 20/80 divider partition for all upstairs rooms & washrooms to allow for sufficient light & maintain privacy. Downstairs all rooms we selected combination of 80/20,60/40 & 50/50 divider partition to allow for more light in open areas. Kamal & Sonya were very helpful in guiding us with the divider partition based on our needs. We went for Artic white colour which goes with all our paints & furniture. We are very pleased with the end product & the dynamite delta shutters team service.
