Dynasty Limousine

We used Dynasty Limo for our wedding and were very happy with their services. Ken was great to deal with. He ensured that our limo bus was refurbished and ready for our day. Our driver Greg was wonderful - very friendly, helpful, and fun! It really helped to make our day fun and memorable! We'd happily recommend Dynasty Limo to friends and relatives. They were great!

Me and the boys took a dynasty limo to the leafs Hawks game in Toronto. Our driver was incredible. Excellent driving skills and the car was immaculate. When we suggested to our driver that our night wasn’t necessarily done when we got back to Niagara she was more than accommodating and the supplemental charge from dynasty was really really fair. They are an excellent company with an outstanding fleet have use them many times before and i will use them again in the future.

John was great in getting us to the restaurant on time before dropping us off at Budweiser Stage for a concert. He texted us afterwards telling us where he was parked and got us home safely. Best way to navigate Toronto traffic in style and comfort.

Dynasty went above beyond of what i could have asked for! They were used for my wedding April 29/2023, and they were fantastic. From the initial interaction to the final drop off, Dynasty was awesome!

Exceptional service. We engaged Dynasty Limousine for the full wedding day experience for my daughters wedding this past weekend. Limousine took the bridal party from hotel to venue, then returned to pick up grooms party, 2 large shuttles took all our guests from hotel to venue and then one returned in the evening for several scheduled runs back to hotel with guests, and finally a smaller sedan took the bride and groom back to the hotel in peace at the end of the evening.
All the drivers were punctual (all arrived early), patiently waited for guests and party and treated bride and groom as the very special guests they were.

We have used Dynasty Limo on multiple occasions and the service is always great! So nice to have reliable transportation to big events! Thanks as always guys!

We are so happy with the services provided by Dynasty Limousine for our wedding! The driver for our SUV was so patient, pleasant and kind! I also heard good things about the shuttle service from our guests. We didn't expect nearly all of the guests to stay until the very end, so we really appreciate that the driver made separate trips to the two hotels. I would highly recommend Dynasty Limousine, communication was very easy and they provided excellent service!

We recently booked a 4 hour limo service + late night pick up for our wedding July 16th. The stretch limo was nice, but the service was very disappointing. First we asked our driver to play music (the limo first picked up the groom and his wedding party then the bride and her wedding party) both of which asked for music, the driver simply says "don't know how to play it, you're the ones in the back not me". Um ok thanks. Then we grabbed water bottles out of the bins on the side wall and they stunk of vomit.

We also were told we would get a bottle of champagne for the service, there was no bottle to be found.

Our late night driver and service was however excellent reasoning why the 3 stars was given.

I wasn't going to write a review as Dynasty emailed me over 8 days ago on how the service was and I emailed them back with my concerns and never got a single response back and that is why I have decided to post here. If they would have responded to my concerns when they asked how everything was, they could have avoided this public displeasure. I am sorry, no one wants to drink water that's been soaking in someone's puke, and as it was for a wedding and their website clearly states a bottle of champagne is included, then I expect that bottle to be there for the prices we paid.

Booked the limo bus for a bachelorette party this past Saturday, the driver Bob was great, we had a surprise “policeman” come and knock on the door for a special surprise and Bob played along perfectly! Great service and great communication, highly recommend this business.

Went for an interview and never got a call either watch? At least a call would have been nice

We used Dynasty Limousines for our wedding in May 2022. After reviewing our tight transportation schedule with the staff, they were able to execute it seamlessly. Our limo driver was professional and our guests who used it all had positive comments. Would recommend to anyone!

Our driver, Eric, was such a wonderful person. We were running late, and Eric was talking with my neighbours and offering to walk my dog so I could keep on schedule (of course I said no- but how sweet of him to offer…. And anticipate my needs!)

Our wedding party and family just adored him and wanted him to stay with us for the party! He was genuine, caring, friendly, efficient and helped me along with the train on my dress as if he was my maid of honour. Such an amazing guy, and an asset to this company.
