This was a challenging experience. I bought a refurbished V8 off of Best Buys site, which was sold by Dyson Official Outlet. The battery I received with the V8 was defective and wouldn't charge. So I came here to the service center, as I just wanted this taken care of quickly. Well apparently the Dyson service department didn't know they had an Outlet store. This made getting service almost impossible, even with a receipt. I tried explaining everything to the associate and that the battery was defective. You'd figure being the service department they had all the necessary tools to test the battery but no. I was told that I had to send in the entire unit for repair. The conversation went back and forth and finally they replaced the battery. I have purchased three Dyson stick vacuums in the past but after this I'm done. You'd think paying premium prices for something would mean premium service sadly that wasn't my experience. If you want a stick vacuum Ryobi is a great alternative.

My Dyson ball vacuum stopped working, and was making a high squealing noise. I contacted Dyson as my vacuum was still under warranty. They paid for me to send it for repair. I got it back NOT REPAIRED with a vague letter. So they don't stand behind their products or warranty. Extremely disappointed.

Went in to have my air purifier serviced. Quickly diagnosed tjat it was a filter issue. Lily was awesome. They even swapped my worn out power cord. Kudos to Dyson service tram for an excellent customer service experience!

I was advised to come in-person for an exchange/solution by customer service. At the Service Center, I wasn't helped. Waste of gas and time driving to the Center

Extremely Disappointed Experience with Dyson - Unacceptable Customer Service

The hair dryer stopped working within a year of purchase. Customer service promised to send a box for me to return the product for repairing and checking, but that box has never arrived. I have contacted their service center over 10 times (also through all the channel i can contacted - Email, Wtsapp, Phone Call), yet my simple issue remains unresolved.

All I've been asking for since Aug 2023 is a "BOX" to send back my malfunctioning Dyson hair dryer for repairing. It's now the end of November, and I'm still waiting! Why does it take over 3 months to "SEND A BOX"?

My case number is 26781877, and I am NOW PUBLICLY ASKING for someone from Dyson to take immediate action on this. I've exhausted all avenues trying to get this resolved, yet here I am, still stuck with a defective product and no solution in sight. If anyone from Dyson is reading this, please contact me to resolve this issue:) But I bet I wont get any response:)

After this ordeal, I've decided to cease all purchases of Dyson products. I urge potential customers to consider this experience before buying from Dyson.

I called the customer service and they instructed me to drop my repair off. I was greeted by the Dyson rep Shyanne. He is very friendly, and he is knowledgeable about the Dyson product. Wow. I am impressed, will be defintly going back to visit him with more questions. He provided us with above and beyond customer service. Quick & easy service!

Employees are nothing but helpful but they need more staff, SHAME on Dyson for making the employee at the front work by themselves to serve 15 customers at once. It is a zoo in there and it is unacceptable to have 1 person working in such a busy place. I hope they better staff this place soon for the sake of their existing employees and customers. No picks up the phone either!

I have never had such a difficult time spending $ 800. I am interested in buying a Dyson Airwrap hair stylers and tried to book an appointment with a demonstrator in the Yorkdale store and couldn't do it. So I went into the Yorkdale store and they were very helpful but said they couldn't book the appointment with the stylist~ it had to be done online. I have tried repeatedly online to book a time and the website doesn't let me complete it. I tried chat and they said I had to phone in. I have just spoken with two people at your call centre ~ the first put me on hold and left me there. The second doesn't have a clue what he is doing. He told me to go to the demo store to book the appt, I told him they wouldn't do it. He doesn't know anything about the meeting with a stylist/appointment option. He won't put me thru to a supervisor and has had me on hold for over 20 minutes. He tried to help book the session at Yorkdale in Toronto and when he wasn't able to do it he asked me if I could go to a session in either your Calgary or B, C, stores? !? ! NO COMMON SENSE. Why would anyone fly to Calgary for a 30 minute demonstration session to buy a haircare product? Clearly Dyson doesn't want my business. I am very disappointed.

It’s nothing about the sales or service. It’s about how misleading and useless product it is. Hair wrap around the rollers like a lovers who never separated, you will get sick of lung disease by just removing the dust and hair from the rollers. DONOT BUY THIS PRODUCT USELESS. 600$ and that’s what I got… shame on you dyson… more like DIESON

I purchased a Dyson hair dryer in 2018. I rarely use it (maybe 15 times in total). The product broke / won’t turn on but the best Dyson can offer despite the product being registered is a discount on a new dryer. No repairs. They won’t even take a look at it. I have two other dryer that have lasted 10 + years. The customer service is also terrible. The tech was impossible to understand.

We've been Dyson customers for a long time and, out of all the Dyson reps we've spoken to over the years, Shayan was the most helpful! He is very professional and answered all of our questions about the latest vacuum. He was patient and very knowledgeable.

Amazing customer service by Dyson. We bought a hairdryer in Europe and came to Canada recently where it stopped working due to voltage issues. The staff exchanged the EU version without cost. This goes to show they are confident in their quality. Once again, great customer service.

Don’t waste your hard earned money. I bought the flat iron 2 years ago and it has stopped working. Not only will Dyson not send a refurbished one they won’t even offer to fix it. I have bought several Dyson products over the years and shared my love especially the flat iron over social media as I love reviewing beauty products with my followers. I had several of my clients purchase the blow dryers and flat irons after I used them on them. I will be retracting my positive review and share my experience. This was an $850 flat iron, I have had $60 flat irons last me 12 years previously. Don’t waste your money or a months rent on these products. 1/10 garbage.

I have purchased 4 Dyson Vacuums and every single one of them has broken with minor use. One of them has been sent back for warrantee 4 times now and it just keeps breaking.

Update: Shayan reached out to us shortly after to help us get our repair back and sorted out. Although there was a little hiccup they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of!

Original: There is zero transparency of when the location is closed. No publicly listed phone number or other way to contact them to confirm. I got to the location during regularly scheduled hours to pick up my Dyson product that was in for repairs and no one is here… poor customer service

Was so frustrated after I contacted Dyson online then calling their call centre, staff were unprofessional and totally incapable of handling a service call, the agent kept on asking for the 7 digits zip code despite my repeated explanation that I was in Canada and there is a 6 digits postal code, after wasting my time for more than 30 minutes, keeping me on hold for 10 minutes every two minutes and then asking me again the same question as if it was the first interaction, he played the oldest trick in the book and told me that his system was down and would call me in few hours, of course no one called.
Learnt about the Mississauga centre from these reviews, I emailed them, they replied in less than 24 hours, they booked an appointment immediately and repaired the vacuum in few days, were very professional, knowledgeable and precise, therefore I must give 5 stars.
Dyson has wonderful products, but they lack a lot of work on their online chat and call centres, thank you Mississauga team for your high level of service and respect.

Products are great so far (<week), bit the customer service could be a lot better not to mention their glitchy website. I wasn't able to apply my employer's discount to 2 products one of which was on sale: although they have “apply coupon” mentioned along the customer journey, it never appeared so I just placed an order without being asked for one. Emailing them also didn't help as they have a “policy”. Sales over customers.

Just before PANDEMIC I have purchased as a gift Supersonic HAIRDRYER for my wife, who is hairstylist. When restrictions for hair salons was lifted after a few weeks the hairdryer stopped working. I contacted Dyson support specialist and followed instructions on video call, no luck to get back to work. Practically, the Pandemic kept hairdryer on shelf did help with extending warranty, what makes common sense to do so. After contacting Dyson Headquarters I have received an email from Dyson Canada that apparently they are out of replacement stock and it is unknown when it will be available. "Great" customer service Dyson. So, today I have received another email from Dyson informing me that I have been served. Unbelievable, such expensive product with irresponsible backup.

Had the worst experience ever with dyson.

I spent top dollar on a v11. Didnt open it until 1 month before the warranty was ending as I was using my trust V6 till the very end.

After barley using my new v11 I quickly realized the attachments wouldn’t properly click onto the body. After an in depth video call with a dyson agent, they deemed a replacement body was needed. This was after very off putting tones of the agent to me being skeptical of my warranty claim. Very off putting and kind of racists undertones.

After waiting 8+ weeks, dyson sent me the body of the wrong machine.

After emailing for support with pictures of the mismatch body sent, I got

I am having a terrible customer service experience with Dyson. I have been a long-time customer owning many Dyson products.

I recently purchased a DC77 Animal and out of the newly opened box, it is broken! I contacted Dyson and was told they would send a shipping box as I would need to ship it to them to be repaired. They don't simply replace the item even when it was broken brand new. No box came. I contacted them AGAIN and was promised the box would come in 2-3 days. 10 days later, still no box. I have not received anything.

When I called Dyson today, they told me their computers are down.

I am terribly disappointed with them, their product and service!

Dyson products and customer services are perfect, but the delivery company-Purolator is horrible. As a customer, i would like to have a happy purchasing experience, however, Dyson products delivered by this horrible delivery company, it makes the shopping terrible. It never tried to call the customer, or buzzer the customer even the customer at home. They expect customer to wait at the lobby to pick up the delivery, otherwise, you need to take public transit and get the parcel, this is totally wasted my time. If Dyson keeps using Purolator, I will never buy Dyson product online again.

I am so dissatisfied with my online V11 purchase. The unit I received has been a lemon from day one.
Makes a horrendous noise. Dyson customer service sent new main body. Then the battery didn’t fit new main body. Dyson sent new battery. Vacuum still make horrendous noice and battery falls out and doesn’t sit well on docking station. I keep asking over and over for a new unit but my plea is going to deaf ears. I had one customer service agent say it’s because I bought a refurbished unit! I’m so upset. We just received the vacuum Sept 2022. I would have returned the unit but I was told you can’t return refurbished. I will be contacting my credit card company with a dispute. Such a horrible experience.

Initially I left a less than favourable review based on an experience that I had with an agent that I had spoken to over the phone.

Since then I was contacted by a supervisor at Dyson. He gave me a significant amount of his time on the phone and we spoke in detail about the issue that I had. I got off the phone happy and satisfied with the way that it was resolved. Based on my experience with the supervisor I feel that Dyson takes customer complaints seriously and honestly strives to make it right.

Otherwise, from a product standpoint, I have several Dyson products from corded to cordless and find them to be some of the most innovative and best quality products on the market.

After 3 months of battling with Dyson's customer support line over an order that never arrived, I finally got in touch with this Dyson center in Mississauga and received immediate and compassionate support. They addressed the problem as quickly as they could and offered very fair compensation for what I had gone through. I wish I had gotten in touch with this center immediately instead of going through that whole ordeal. Thank you to the team at Dyson Canada Mississauga!

Very up set with Customer service.
When I initially called I had a problem with my flat iron Dyson. The battery life span did not work die after five minutes of being plugged in overnight once it was unplugged. Customer service at first was very pleasant and was able to assist me,
She sent me a Purolator slip to send my Dyson back explain to me that once I sent it through the Purolator to give Dyson a call back and instead of 7 to 10 business days they would send it to me sooner because they had my tracking number that told them it’s on its way. I asked her she was absolutely sure she said yes because I was going on vacation and needed my Dyson flat iron sooner. Otherwise I would’ve just taken it with me dealt with that Dyson as long as I had something to use and then submit it when I got back from holidays. I sent my Dyson away and now Customer Service is telling me I have to wait 7 to 10 days and he kept repeating himself 7 to 10 days customer service needs to do better of all having the correct information and not just seeing what you want nobody is on the same page and they disconnect your call when they don’t have an answer or they don’t want to answer three times I was told the whole so they can look into it and they would hang up on me. Horrible service

I bought Dyson Ball Multi-Floor 2 Upright Bagless Vacuum on a goodwill of Dyson products and paid more that double the price compared to competitor product keeping in mind that it's performance will be better.

We had an issue of burning smell from our vacuum and it was sent for repair under warranty coverage.

I received a call from the warranty department that the repair is not covered under warranty as the technician is claiming the motor was damaged due to improper maintenance and I have to pay for the repair charges. Service representative did mentioned that they didn't find any issue with filters or blockage of hose as we cleaned/replace the filters on regular basis. I am not able to understand that the purpose of filters is to hold the dust that it should not escape further then how come dust reached to motor and damaged it.

Customer service representative was so rude and doesn't want to listen anything.

Do not recommend and will never buy Dyson again.

I took my Dyson cordless vac in on Monday as it had several issues. I was greeted by Shayan Khan who could not have been nicer. I explained the problems, he took my information and sent the vac to the repair area. He also then went over my choices regarding repair or purchasing a new machine. He was terrific and I decided to try the repair (complimentary) route. A day and a half later I have my vac delivered to my home and working perfectly. Great products and super service! Thanks Dyson!

Handheld vacuum breaks after 1.5 years of use.
After contacting the Dyson customer service, I literally only get one message per day.
Contacting them through email and they said we can give you a discount when you buy another product lol. I’m not gonna buy another Dyson ever!
Stay away from them! Buy a brand with better product and better service.

I bought a Dyson purifier hot and cold. After 6 months the blade melted. I tried to reach them through email, fb messenger and no help at all. It is just a waste of money. They just sent me an automatic message to wait for their reply 2-3 business days.:/ until now I am still waiting for someone to reply and help me to replace this or refund my money.

This is a defect product.

UPDATE: Finally they reached out to me and they refund the money. I will try the DYSON airwrap once it is available. Thank you

Never in my life have I had a worse experience. It all started when I got the dyson hair dryer, which worked fine until it suddenly stopped working in the middle of my work. I am a professional hairdresser with 20 years of experience in this field. I heard all the hype about Dyson and its hair dryer and how it's worth the money (it's not cheap) and thought I'd give it a shot. When I had a problem, they didn't care to even replace the hairdryer for me. I called them multiple times and they DIDNT CARE. This is the worst customer service and treatment I've ever experienced. Stupid salespeople and poor service I'll never make that mistake again and get anything from there, even if it's a poppy pin.

I know many people are pleased with their Dysons, but we are not. We've had repeated problems with our stick vacuum and dealing with customer service has been a nightmare. With the first issue we had, it took Dyson 4 weeks to respond, and it took 4 calls to get a response to the 2nd issue. The previous agents said there are no managers to escalate problems to, which seems ridiculous. The most recent agent said the wrong parts were sent to us and is setting up an exchange. Hopefully this will resolve the issue but I expect this will be our last Dyson.

I bought a Dyson V11 Absolute and have never been more disappointed. I have had this vacuum for a little over a year and I am on my third wand. The first one lasted about 6 month before the slide on plastic grooves broke off. I contacted Dyson and although they did replace the wand at no charge the customer service person seemed to insinuate that it was my fault not taking proper care of this machine.
This wand lasted another few month before totally breaking off at the top, the only thing holding it together was the connecting wire. I tried to order a new wand from Dyson but they were out of stock. I did find a new wand at a vacc store for $68.
First let me say that I do not believe that I am getting defective wands (on my 3rd one now) I think that the attaching top unit is defective because although they are new wands as soon as you snap them on they are already wobbly. I am sure that in a few months I will be searching for a 4th wand.
As a retired couple on a fixed income this is unacceptable for us to buy new parts every few month.
Although the suction on this vacuum is amazing, the quality is not.
I will be in the market for a new vacuum in a few month and it won’t be a Dyson.

This brand is over rated, it's no better than the average dirt devil. Battery doesnt last long after 6 weeks, warranty isn't worth a thing as they will not help you at all. Dont waste your money.

Purchased several items, purifiers, humidifiers, hair styling products. Just short of two years have passed, mechanical defect in one of the purifiers. Still within the warranty period but only a refurbished exchange can be provided. We agreed. The item received is scratched, dented, paint peeling. Called head office, their reponse.sorry, there's nothing we can do for you. WOW.

With this event behind me, Shayan from Dyson Canada, the Mississauga location, promptly reached out to me. Above and beyond comes to mind. Matter was resolved professionally, beyond my expectations. Thank you!

Just bought the Dyson v8 brand new directly from dyson website. When opening the box I noted that the vaccum has dust on it. Dyson has shipped a used one. I am going to return it.

I'm a loyal customer who own 6 Dyson's vacuums at 2 different locations. Currently my V10 "Filter" light is on at all time. I have cleaned the filter, and have checked there was no blockage. But the filter light is still on. So I called the technical support today and went through a bunch of testes over the phone with the technical support personnel. He suggested to replace a new filter should solve the "Filter" light issue but not 100% sure. He said If the new filter does not solve the issue, I can return it and have the refund just on the parts but NOT the shipping cost. I totally disagree and feel that this is unfair to your customer by buying the a new part which does NOT solve the issue and Dyson is not offering a full refund including the shipping cost.

We purchased a refurbished V10 dyson, which the sales woman said was just as good as new. One year later (almost to the date) the brush head stopped turning so it barely picks up anything anymore. We did everything to try to fix it (watched all the troubleshooting videos etc) and can’t figure out the problem. Because it is now (barely) over a year old the Warranty is void. We are very disappointed in our purchase.

A wonderful and helpful staff member from Dyson named Shayan Khan helped me sort through all my issues very consistently, responsively, and diligently. He was true to his word with everything he said he would fix regarding my refund and addressed all my issues very dedicatedly, professionally, respectfully and overall provided me with a great experience which turned around my entire attitude towards the situation. After speaking to over 12 different Dyson customer service representatives, he was the only one that helped me, fixed my issues within a very short amount of time, and the only one who put forth a true and genuine effort towards resolving a frustrated customers situation! Thank you Shayan for all your help! It was very much appreciated. & Dyson, you need to give him a raise for the amount of customers he's helping you save.

I ordered a Dyson Airwrap at the end of August. I returned it right after and it returned to THIS FACILITY. 6071 Burnside Court. My return delivered to this facility at Dyson on September 7th 2021 at 10am. It’s been almost an entire month and after contacting Dyson they STILL have not processed my returns. I called them hours on end and after they hung up TWICE, including a supervisor named Bruce who dodged all my questions and tried to divert the conversation from giving me proof of my return as much as he could, they made many false promises of calling me back and fixing the situation/refunding my order.

Second dyson cordless vacuum. About a year in battery on first one went. Called for warranty, had one shipped out and received within a week. 2 months after 2 year warranty, the head stops working. Figured ok, they DO have good suction, I'll bite the bullet and buy another. AGAIN, a year into owning another, higher end one, and the battery goes again. This time though, horrible customer service experience. I was told no batteries in stock anywhere, at all. Was told they would have then in stock in 2 weeks, to call back and order it. I call and nothing in stock, they tell me another week, and this time they will contact me by email or phone. 2 weeks later, nothing. All this time without a working vacuum and a toddler st home. So I call back, and they tell me I have to wait another MONTH to receive stock. So I ask for a replacement used vacuum. Out of stock. New vacuum, same model, out of stock. I ask for one level up vacuum and they have that, coincidently. But I need approval from a manager. I wait on hold for 40 minutes, all while the rep keeps coming back making jokes about oh dont worry, I didnt forget about you. Oh dont worry, manager is coming. What a joke customer service is. Im now OVER 2 months without a working vacuum. You think you pay more for a vacuum it should work good, company should have good warranty and customer service, NOPE! A joke! Never again buying a Dyson product, any, or recommend it to anyone.

Very bad customer service! Not responsible at all. Don’t care about the customer.
We ordered a part from Dyson Canada online on July 8 2021, not delivered until now. We called the Dyson 2-3 weeks ago and they asked me to call Purolator as they said they have already pick it up in July. Called the Purolator and they said it was still in transit and they said they will proceed an investigation. After the investigation, they called me and said the search is negative. The parcel was lost somewhere and never been delivered. They asked us to call Dyson again to let them know and then they will be able to replace the order.
So we called Dyson again and told them the what the Purolator told me and ask them to replace the order. However, surprised me so much, they said: ” you need to call police and file a claim and they they will see if the parcel can be replaced. ”
What! I said: ” it is not me lost the parcel and Purolator already said that they couldn’t find it and it was never delivered to us. What the ridiculous response. We spent hours call here and there and now this is the answer!

This is how you treat you customers? I asked to speak to the manager. The agent then went and asked, said we need to discuss it and we will call you. 2 days later, no any call received. I called again and was told the case is still not solve. Ask me to wait! Another 3 days later, no response! ! This is how they treat the customers!

Atrocious customer service.   Our Dyson Vacuum broke 3 months ago and needs repairs covered under warranty.

We have had 14 online conversations, 3 emails and 2 phone calls over the course of two months to obtain a shipping label for a Purolator repair (as per the warranty).

Each conversation ends with 'You will relieve a label and box within 3 business days"

No label arrives.

This is completely unacceptable customer service for a product that prides itself in quality.

We are completely out of ideas on how to get our vacuum cleaner fixed.

I have both the floor model and hand held model of dyson vacs and they are great. I also have a Dyson AM09 air heater /cooler fan. The fan has finally given up the ghost (after 5 years). When i called support they determined that it could not be fixed but they would sell me another for 20% off by their support person Julanda. I slept on the offer then called back the next day only to be told i was not entitled to a discount and there was no record of my previous call. Having worked in support for over 40 years i am very unhappy with their support and this will likely prevent me from buying another dyson product.

The tiny clip that keeps the bin from sliding off, breaks. An obvious design flaw once you really look at it.
But even though my warranty had expired Dyson made good and got a me a refurbished V11 to replace it!
This vacuum, and this company, are worth the premium prices that they charge.

Terrible customer service. We ordered a Dyson part almost 4 months ago and paid online, but never received it. Called them and was told to call the courier company, we did and the courier admitted that the package was lost and never delivered to us, so we were given a claim number to give it to Dyson for a re-delivery, the cost is on the courier. So called Dyson again, they told us they can't do that, instead, they told us to call police. This is ridiculous! We paid Dyson and it's Dyson's contracted courier lost our package, they wanted us to call police! And it's only $30 worth part, they didn't want to re deliver. I will never buy a single Dyson product again, so disappointed, they sucks!

I contacted the Dyson hotline for support and after being on the phone for 36min for the staff to just locate my account (user error… I was prepared with all) … he wasn’t much help. I almost gave up. I’ve had my dyson vacuum for 3 1/2 yrs… I live alone in a small condo … the machine stopped working.the clean direct head stopped spinning and despite troubleshooting i got no where. I thought I might need a battery replacement but online was out of stock … so I contacted this mississauga office… they were quick with response time … offered to service the machine free of charge.got it working … I left a very happy customer … I was expecting to pay something since I was out of warranty.but the service here from the staff was phenomenal. They had my product returned to me in 2hrs. They replaced the clean direct head. I got assistance from Shyan. I am beyond shocked and grateful for this above and beyond service.

Please do not buy such an expensive piece of junk where support is not provided. Especially do not buy warranty because that is not honored. Dyson will come back and charge you siting regular maintenance was not done. Very bad experience and will never spend my hard earned dollar in such product

I call on july the 6 2021 at 6,30 at night some one answer the phone and cuts the phone off while we are talking and no come back by the name of ROGER! THE problem is that a storm went by and there was no power for 5 sec every things came back on but this 500 hundred dollars! Fan! That is more expensive than my 14'000 btu air conditioner i tried calling back but now it's a telephone answering service that say's call back tomorrow we ara closed whoooooopy DYSON! About the vac i will be thinking about it.

Wanted to drop off my vacuum for repairs but they don't service that model anymore. Ended up buying a new one with a discount. Good service.

It is the worse company I ever deal with! They cancelled my order and did not return back the money till after 45 days! Using our money for 45 days for free! Very bad experience with this company!

Fantastic service. Shayan Khan was courteous and technically competent. A great rare combination. My V10 fixed in less than 24 hours and they did not charge me a $. Will remain a loyal Dyson fan.

My dyson didn't work anymore as expected.issue: vacuum is fully charged, works for 30-40 seconds, that it stops with flashing indicator on the battery. I need to put my vacuum for 2-3 seconds to the charging station. After that, vacuum will work for another 10-15 minutes with no issues.

After going thought all troubleshooting with Dyson support, a manager contacted me and offered a replacement. I was very happy to get it, and overall was satisfied with the service.

Over the years we have accumulated 3 Dyson vacuums. Our original upright, a hand vac, and a stick vac. A few times I have needed help or parts for these well used vacuums and Dyson has always helped. I love Dyson products and the after sale service they provide.

I received the Dyson Air Wrap set in RED (my favourite colour) for my birthday in November 2020. During my first use the dryer mechanism shut off after 1 minute. I had to wait another minute before I could manually turn the dryer back on. This would happen throughout the whole time during the one use. As opposed to saving me time, it tripled my drying /styling time which was very frustrating considering the result was not as great as I expected. I used the product again and could not tolerate the on and off disfunction.
I called to exchange the product but it was out of stock at the time and it was up to the customer to call Dyson for stock availability as opposed to Dyson sending the product out to their customer when stock became available. It was explained that customers had a tight window of opportunity to call for their exchange once stock became available for the reason that stock would deplete quickly - even while stores had available product, the exchange process was not available at the storefront. We called several times throughout and it was frustrating month over month not being able to exchange our product. Finally FIVE months later we were able to exchange our Air Wrap. The exchange process was even more frustrating, we were told that the RED colour was not available because it was a seasonal colour. I had to select from pink or purple ONLY (my least favourite colours). Also, when speaking with the agent during the exchange process we found them to have a severe lack of understanding for our frustration. They were short and not friendly whatsoever. When we asked the agent how Dyson compensates dissatisfied customers, they offered TWO options: First option was ONE additional month of warranty (basically nothing). The second option was a full return of the product (basically nothing). The exchange process also included me having to call PUROLATOR myself to arrange for pick up of the product at which time it had to arrive to Dyson before my new product was shipped out as opposed to Dyson arranging delivery of the new product and a pick up of the defected product so that the customer doesn't have to go out of their way ANY FURTHER. After spending $700.for this product we are very disappointed with the WHOLE EXPERIENCE between the product and personnel. We are yet to receive the new product, so we're not sure if the new product will have the same issue. I don't even look forward to the new product because of this whole experience. Dyson's products might be good (yet to be seen for myself) but the service is one of the worst I've seen so far. I don't forsee myself buying anything from them again.

So annoyed.contacted them last week about my vacuim and I believed it was a problem with the charger.they persisted that it was the battery and sent me a new one. My vacuum still doesnt work and had to waste more of my time to contact them and they are finally sending me a charger. 2 weeks later no vacuum!

A year and half ago I purchased a V10 vacuum cleaner and we have been very happy with our purchase. When I went to use the machine today, I had a pulsating problem. I contacted support and a very polite lady addressed my concerns. First she was patient and walked me through a number of tests and determined that the motor was the problem. I asked what caused the problem and she told me that a contributing factor is not cleaning the filter often enough. When she informed me of this I explained that I had not been cleaning the filter on a regular basis and therefore I would pay for the parts to repair the machine. Too my surprise Dyson is sending the replacement parts at no cost to me. I'm not even paying for the shipping. Amazing! Not only do we LOVE the machine but the service and support is second to none. Thank you Dyson!

I just want take a the time and use this review to say how great Shayan and his team at the the Dyson sale and repair centre were in resolving our V11 vacuum issues. I had some really frustrating exchanges with the Dyson livechat, so it was great to deal with rep who went above and beyond in understanding and finding a stress free solution to getting our V11, back to full working order. Shayan, thanks for taking the time to understand our frustration and resolve the issues in a helpful and quick manner. Dyson Canada is lucky to have you and your team!
