If you like the smell of sweat and breathing each other's lung energy, it's subjectively fun! Most of the long-term golfers take care of each other.because there are several volunteer entertainment managers who take care of the arrangements and match them up in groups! Worthy of star rating

Just wanted to say that the Coach called Aldo favours females students over males. Also about the lady at the front, which is apparently the onwer according to my friend in the teams, her attitude is one of the worst I've ever seen.

Super slippery floors, for a place that explicitly lists and enforces badminton shoes, it is one of the slipperiest surface's I've played on.

Place is alright, has a lot of courts. However, the courts are extremely close to each other and I was a bit anxious about hitting other people in other courts when playing. It is also extremely stuffy inside the building I don’t know if they have ac in there but I felt like I was suffocating the whole time.

Fist time booked two hours session to play badminton. Unfortunately we only could play for about 45 minutes due to the bad air ventilation the whole place smells really bad and at the end they wouldn’t refund us the second hour. They also need to have another receptionist to Handel booking and show rental because it took us 15 minutes to check in and get the right shoe size.

You can never reach out to a person who can make decision, and you are required to write endless emails to the so-called management for whatever you come across. Zero service can be felt, planning really sucks! You can never expect email or text message notification if planning changes. I had very awful experiences with their slowness in managing the requests. Once, my kid had to defer one of the training session because of illness, and as required by the receptionist, prior approval should be granted from their management, but you can never reach out to a manager there. Then I was told to write emails, and I did as what they suggested. Many days later, when you get back to them and ask them about when it would be good time to make it up, they told me the email did not count, and I have to write another to their so-called management email box, which really drove me nut by the "bureaucratic way" of treating customers.if you want kind of peace of mind, I strongly suggest to steer away from it.

The only badminton centre in markham needs to have badminton shoes. The floor is not brand new anyway. The shoes rental cost $6, and there are very smelly.

A great place for badminton coaching. Kids enjoy the training classes which are well mixed with practice games. Few concerns are frequent coach changes, frequent fee raises and having classes even during long weekends.

Guys please don’t come here if you DONT HAVE PROFESSIONAL BADMINTON SHOES! Any other shoes won’t be allowed. They didn’t mention this when booking through the phone and you have to rent their shoes to be able to play. The manager John Lau was very firm about this, my friends had to play bare foot in the end, Please keep this in mind, or just go to other places like KC or Epic, much better facilities and less strict about shoes.

This badminton facility was in an okay state. Court itself was fine but some parts of the court were slippery. Often times you would be blinded by the lights when looking up. Lastly, there is not enough spacing between courts. So if players from both courts are to smash from the backline, they would definitely clash.

They have friendly staff though.

All in all, probably won’t return unless I cant get a reservation elsewhere.

My child has been with coach Michelle for a year. The lesson is very effective. I see great improvement from a year ago.

Fun place to go and play with a bunch of friends to get some reps in. Staff was nice and helpful, no issues during the rental process. The facility itself is also well kept. Overall had a good time will go play again.

I play at few clubs in Toronto. I guess this one is pretty cool place. Definitely will be back

Amazing place! The place is spaced out really well and they have an amazing staff that will help you in terms of booking and anything else you need. Highly recommend and will definitely come back again.

The experience was very, very bad. We made a reservation for the badminton court between 8-9pm. When we arrived at 8: 05, the front desk told us to go in and check if there were vacancies. Check until 8 o'clock. And when we were getting ready to enter, we were asked if our shoes were badminton shoes. We were wearing clean yeezy sneakers with white soles, but they were told that we were not allowed to enter? ? ? ? The front desk said that you must rent badminton shoes from their store to enter. Then why didn't you explain it in advance when you made an appointment? ? ? The front desk had a very bad attitude and said this is our policy. This attitude is really awesome

We rented two courts for two hours, No. 9 and No. 10. The lights were very glare, the floor was uneven, and the experience is even worse. When they rented to us, two courts were both very wet which caused me to even fall. The net was so low and it's not standard. Why are there no any staff to check on these small problems and takes two minutes to fix? During the time, a woman came and said that we only rented one court instead of we actually rented two courts.

By the way, we all wore badminton shoes as required, and the court was still very slippery.

I don't know why people are so mad at this place. It is absolutely amazing the coaches r nice and teach really well. The environment there is also really nice.

Best Training Centre! I love it! The Group lesson is pretty fun. You can learn new stuffs and make new friends! Amazing!

Very bad experience. Me and my friend booked 3 courts and all of them are super slippery. Not sure if they put oil on it or what. Two of my friends fall off and one of them went to ER. The staff there was so unprofessional, always pass the buck. Even my 7-year-old nephew is better than him. Not sure how his manager trained him. Very dangerous place, not recommended to play badminton or take lessons there at all.

DO NOT COME TO PLAY BADMINTON!
The courts here are WAY too slippery. I played first time on Wednesday and I nearly slipped out. Too dangerous. But I thought it was late that day and they might clean up the courts on the next day or after close.
Well I was approved totally wrong today. I came here with my friends again this evening. All 3 courts are SUPER slippery! One of my friend fell on the ground and got injured. Her back hurts so bad and went to emergency. No managers, no first aid kit, no security camera records. The only thing we got is a business card of the manager. Tried to call the manager but no answers at all.
There are plenty of other badminton places out there in Markham, just try to keep away from this dangerous place!
