Dr. Sabrina Lee was amazing. She makes you feel comfortable and is very knowledgeable. I had a great experience with her!

I was referred to Dr Sabrina Lee halfway through my pregnancy. After our first appointment, my anxiety and stress was massively reduced. She took the time to explain all my options to me in detail. I didn’t feel rushed at all and felt she really understood my concerns. She was pleasant and very professional.
She later delivered my baby via c section in the very early hours of the morning, even though she was not on call that day. I remember her to be super calm, and explaining everything to me before, during and after the procedure.
I strongly recommend her and her team.

Dr Sabrina Lee is absolutely amazing as is her team. I could not have been referred to a better gynaecologist. I would highly recommend Dr Sabrina Lee and her team.

Waiting time 6 months. Never answer the phone I just go there to see what they are doing and where would be my waiting que. There are so rude, and ignorantthey. They just changed the schdule a week of my schedule which is not chargeable saying "if you don't show up, you pay the panalty" Worst place to go. Never go here. They are not there to take care of paitients. They are existing to just for money, being rude, and to disrespect patients.

I had an appointment with Dr. Sabrina Lee.and they sent an email which I don't use anymore for my medical info (this is new to me, I didn't use it for my last visit) no phone call or text for this form and I couldn't get a call from them on my appointment. No reminder call what so ever. I called the office, they made another phone appointment after 3 months (I had MRI last summer.and waiting almost 9months.)
and I checked my email and fill out the form right away.
I didn't get the call again. I waiting for it on that time.and no record, no voice message. At least my family Dr leave a voice message. The receptionist asked me to make another appointment.
(when? After my issue is went so bad so there is no more treatment?)
I refused it.
Whatever they are doing, this is a the poorest system and service I have ever had.

I really appreciate Dr. Lackie emotional support. She was super kind, nice and professional. My surgery procedure went well and smoothly. I had an excellent and positive experience with Dr lackie and her team. Her service is highly recommended.

I like Dr. Lee.she understands patients very well. Listen to you and answers your questions. She did my C-section 10 days ago. I really recommend her.

Was referred to Dr Lackie for fibroid treatment. She was pleasant and respectful from our first contact. Though during COVID everything went smoothly and all my expectations were met. Appointments were on time and surgery went well. Her receptionist Terri was also very pleasant and always returned calls.

I have booked an appointment with Dr. Sabrina Lee 3 month ago and confirmed 2 times. Today when I went to see her, receptionist told me that my appointment was cancelled and the doctor can not see me. I have taken a day off from work and waited or this appointment for 3 months. She was VERY RUDE AND DID NOT CARE AT ALL! She told the doctor that I have cancelled my appt and just showed up? ! Unbelievable! I tried to explain to the doctor that I did not cancel it she was very rude too! Stay away and do not waste your time! Very unprofessional!

My name is Melanie Brown and I have has a great experience with DR Lee, she was amazing. When I went to see her in her office in October because I was referred to her by my gynaecologist for removal of my Fallopian tubes I didn’t have to wait long and the receptionist was very kind. I just had my surgery with her yesterday and I have nothing to say but nice things about her. She is very caring and patient and took amazing care of me for my surgery. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. Thanks DR Lee

I made a first call to confirm my first appointment to Sabrina Lee's office. The first call, the receptionist over the phone was extremely unfriendly. I got a second call from another receptionist when I wasn't able to make it to my appointment, and she was also extremely rude. I've never met the doctor myself, but the two calls I had over the phone ruined my experience. The reception here needs a significant improvement on the way they treat their clients.

My wife had an appointment here that was booked for us by another doctor and never confirmed in any way. We received a very rude call telling us we missed the appointment and would be charged. When we agreed to pay, the receptionist proceeded to tell us we "cant do that, you have to pay" which we already said we would. She then proceeded to scold us for missing the appointment. Terrible place. Avoid if at all possible, there are plenty of better doctors offices around.

Every appointment, we have to wait more than an hour past our appointment time. Very annoying, especially because you have to pay for expensive parking by the hour here.

Dr. Lackie was my OB for my son born 2 years ago and although she didnt deliver him I had an excellent experience. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and took excellent care of us. I am now pregnant again and although I live far away I travel back to see her. When I had a horrible experience with post partum Dr. Lackie referred me immediately to get help. She also read over the notes very thoroughly from the Scarborough hospital where I delivered my son. I love her and would recommend her to anyone

Love her, she’s the sweetest and cares a lot about baby’s health and mine. I will definitely have her again.
