James and his brother did a wonderful job inspecting the home we will be buying, and responded quickly to schedule the inspection. They were very thorough in their inspection, brought any concerns to our attention (and explained why they would/could be an issue & how to resolve it), and answered all of our questions. First impression was great. Called to inquire about availability for the week as we were on a house hunting trip and would need an inspection once (and if) we found a house.

Very personable.
During our home inspection certain things were pointed out and we were given easy ways we could either fix the issue ourselves or the proper people to contact to fix said issue.
All the questions we had were answered respectfully and I felt the inspection couldn’t have been more thorough.

I recently contacted Eady home inspections to inspect a septic system. James returned my calls promptly and was able to do the inspection in a timely manner. James explained the process in detail and delivered the final report as promised. I would no hesitate to contact James for any home or septic inspections.
