Thank goodness this place exists, as my 1998 Harley was in need of work to prevent a serious problem. Bob was a pleasure to deal with, a nice guy who had no problem keeping me in the loop on what’s going on with my bike. Great turnaround time and professionalism. From my experience, best in the business.

Recently I had my 2011 103 Road Glide motor beefed up. I did my own research and consulted with Bob who was very knowledgeable and helpful with coming to a final decision. The outcome resulted in a performance cam set with other necessary motor updates, V&H power exhaust and mufflers etc.
Bob, at the parts desk, did not hesitate to go out of his way to accommodate, share information and ensure that my needs and wants all came to fruition,

Great service and customer response.
I took my bike in to have work done on the engine as well as a brake job. Bob took the time to go over what was needed as well as what is just nice to have. He also recommended work, that if I was going to do, to do at the time so as to save money in the long run.
They aren’t just out to sell you everything they can for as much as they can.
