Eagle Water Treatment Systems

I am compelled to share my nightmarish experience with this particular company. Unfortunately, this company has demonstrated a staggering level of incompetence, shady/deceptive practices, and an utter disregard for communication that has left me thoroughly dissatisfied.

How does a company that operates this way still exist? !?

I must mention that my sister paid for this water filtration system via credit card over the phone with a clerk. Next few days, there were foreign purchases made on her card.

This company does not even deserve a ONE star. It's a scam. SCAM.

Was sold an over priced system with a “lifetime warranty”. The Softener I was sold has not improved our water quality as promised. The Reverse Osmosis system stopped working after 1 year, and after repeated unanswered calls and messages to Eagle to rectify the problem I’m stuck with a piece of junk system that I’m still paying for, and doesn’t work.

Good luck getting these guys to honour their warranty. Or even getting a hold of anyone for any type of service for that matter.

This is the most disorganized/ unscrupulous company I have ever dealt with. Multiple services visits where a follow up was required and never heard back them. Multiple times "free" service costs hundreds of dollars despite promises there are no costs. Never do business with them. I had to harass them for months to have them return my carbon filter which was leaking, no mention of a cost to do it until they finally hooked it back up.

This company spam called me several times. I hit redial to see why they kept calling. The woman on the line told me I was mistaken, that they didn't call. I said, "whatever, just don't call anymore. Take my number off your list". She shouted, "I will call you again many times", and hung up.

Do not believe a word that you are told with them. Their systems are horrible and they do not stand behind their warranties.

Called my home talked to my wife. Set up an appointment. Didn't fully explain they were company selling water treatment systems. Just to get foot in the door. After I found out and canceled the appointment. Girl on the phone was very rude.

They have not provided the promised maintenance, and I now have water damage from a leaking under sink unit. They apparently put liens on your home without telling you, it’s hidden in the fine print. The unit is worth way less than they charge? Only signed up because the sales people are so pushy, and regretted ever since.

Scam 100%, they still in business since costs more to get a lawyer and take them to court.they sell unnecessarily expensive nonsense with pushy sales rep.

Horrible customer service.they're liars and scammers. I would never recommend this company.look around and do your research before choosing them

Service was awesome had a small issue and they are sending someone to come deal with it immediately. Turns out it is only my filters that need to be replaced for the drinking water system!

We purchased our home with this water system already installed. We are now finding ourselves in a situation where we need to re-purchase absolutely everything from a local company. Eagle is NON-EXISTENT. Impossible to get them on the line, sketchy sales practice, very very very bad company. None of the companies around here want to deal with their products so its impossible to get your things services, because you need to contact an Eagle representative. Good luck, they don't exist. When i did get a reply, i got 5 different phone numbers to call, none of which actually answered any of my calls. So honestly i dont recommand anything from them. 1 star is actually too much for them, if i could put 0 i would. I feel sorry for the previous homeowners who got scammed in this 20k system that isn't worth a dime after it's installed.

I can see from the reviews that im not the only one with this issue! My husband and I bought our home a year ago. The system was already installed and the previous buyers had already changed filters and UV bulbs. It's time to change everything again and eagle is no where to be seen or heard. We've called twice to book appointments and both times have been told we will call you back tomorrow to set up an appointment We live on a well so getting this changed is important Not sure why they need 24 hours to make an appointment but we never heard from them. On the second call I asked what this would all cost and my jaw nearly hit the floor, and to hear it had to be done once a year is brutal. In the mean time I've call water dept and Culligan and both arewanting to come help within a week and cost about 25% less. They will get my service this time around and moving for. Good job eagle at managing own equipment.

Don't ever purchase this system or deal with this company. The water softener doesn't even work and everytime they send a "technician" out to service, they don't even fix the problem. I had them come in to service and on the same day took the same sample to the city to rest, and the results were no where near close to being drinkable. Also paying 15k for this bull system was definitely not worth it. Give it lezz then 0 starts would be better

They don't return calls. The service engineer would not work on it as it's was in a 5ft crawl space and asked us to have it moved to the garage so he could fix it.at our cost! They installed it in the crawl space they should have known. Very disappointed.

SCAM SCAM SCAM STAY AWAY awful company dont bother calling they dont answer and they charge crazy prices, got a local company instead! Just awful wow! Sketchy stuff plus numbers dont match! Cant get ahold of the so call samantha from customer service desk, was told building not open to customers what the f is that? !? !

This company is a scam. The bos is condescending, the "professional installer" flooded my kitchen, their salesman lied, and they blew me off until after the return period and then outright refused any refund or removal. Do not deal with this company. Find a reputable company in your area. My lawyer said it would cost more to take them to court than it was worth.
