We walked in without an appointment. Not only were we able to see a vet quickly, they were also able to perform a minor surgery on the spot and they've been great at following up with us since. Best service we've had a vet clinic, I'd highly recommend them.

Dr Franco and the entire team at Eagleson Veterinary Clinics are outstanding. We were there for a feline emergency and were so well taken care of. They checked in with regular updates while we waited and eased our worries as our boy was treated. Then followed up the next day to make sure things were ok. Thank you so much!

Our little puppy Lani has been taken care of with the highest level of attention. He was very sick and we were encouraged to call as often as we would like to check up on him for updates. The doctors always called back and provided much detail in his care and condition gladly! We were welcomed openly when we came to visit our pup in isolation and were again very impressed and pleased with the service and information we were provided. I would never hesitate to bring our pets here! THANK YOU!

Just wow! We had an emergency and from the moment we went in we knew Mamouchti was in safe hands.
Everybody did the utmost they can and we could see immediate attention.
One week later we are last danger and recovering just too well! Can’t be thankful enough.

Expensive vet visit, but this is what it costs for quality emergency care from a vet, their lab, and all their caring support staff! My pup wasn’t eating and was urinating and drinking excessively. I called at 10am for advice, was given an 11am appt, Dr. Lo was in the room within minutes, and quickly identified some possible diagnoses. She recommended some initial investigations and was very up front with how much this would cost. I went out and ran some errands while the clinic ran the tests, and I was called at 12: 30PM with the results and treatment options. My pup seems to be improving this afternoon. Worth every penny given the efficient care Pip and I received! Thank you so much

They were able to squeeze us in during a very very busy day while our cat was in the midst of an emergency. They were kind and extremely professional despite it obviously being a busy day for them. I will recommend them to anyone who will listen.

Caring staff and vets. They took good care of our dog, who we brought in as an emergency because of a gastro problem. Excellent follow up and the vets were generous with their time in answering our questions after discharge.

I cannot tell you how happy I am to have Eagleson Vet Clinic as my new vet. My dog who was a client at Alta Vista Animal Hospital developed a serious looking lump on her side. I was not able to secure and appointment for 6 days, I was actually frantic knowing this was not a good thing. I actually went to their emergency clinic and after waiting 2 hours I still had not seen a vet plus I was informed that i actually would not be seeing a vet at that time and that they would send her home and I would receive a call later that day. Being very upset I called Eagleson and they gave her an appointment the next day. The vet was wonderful and did an aspiration of the lump. It turns out that it is a mast cell tumor. My lovely girl has an appointment for surgery tomorrow morning at 8: 30 am.four days following her initial visit. I could not be more thankful for the wonderful service that we received. My dog means so much to me and these people realized this and responded to my needs. Thanking them so very much.

This is what vets should be. Professional and caring, with knowledgeable and helpful staff. They took amazing care of our pets both for regular annual things as well as the emergencies (like when our 14 year old dog started having seizures). Highly recommend. We drive to Kanata from downtown Ottawa, because this is the best Veterinary service we have found.

Great hours and great services, but most importantly they have kind and caring staff, who truly just love animals.

I have too many positive things to say about this clinic. Every single employee has treated me and my pets with complete respect and decency. When my cat had an emergency as I was heading out to pick up my dog from the clinic, the staff made time so I could easily bring my cat while picking up my dog. I later found out that Dr. Loi stayed hours late in order to help as many people and their pets as he could; my dog and I included. Special thanks to Dr. Ammar and his staff as well for making time to see my cat with very short notice

The experience was good however charging $95 just to examine a cat that was healthy a bit extreme considering the vaccine itself was much less. Exams are much more reasonable elsewhere.

First time visit for my dog and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Was able to get a same day appt for a minor emergency, was seen on time and the staff were entirely courteous and informative. I would highly recommend!

The clinic was ready and expecting Bubba and I. Very friendly and efficient. The Vet Dr Nasir was very good with Bubba. Calm and gentle helped to relax Bubba. Definitely a very good choice for vetrenary care for Bubba

The staff at this clinic, from the vets to techs to cleaners and front desk staff are absolutely incredible. They showed my cat and I so much care and empathy. It wasn’t an easy 24 hours for me but the staff definitely helped so much in making these difficult times somewhat bearable. Making the decision to take an animal out of his suffering is never easy but you were so helpful and compassionate? Thank you so much for giving your care and attention to my fur baby and myself.

Not only was I happy with the visit and how my pets condition was explained to me but a follow up text a few days later requesting an update on how she was doing really blew me away!

Staff were very caring and helpful. They kept us updated twice a day while Charlie was in their care. Gave recommendations for assisting with recovery at home and was quick to answer follow up questions via email

A positive experience from start to finish. This was deemed an emergency visit and they got my dog in same day when our usual vet could not. The receptionists were friendly and booked us in right away once we arrived for our scheduled appointment. Once placed in a room the vet tech came in very shortly after and took my dogs vitals and did the initial assesment. The tech was great with my older dog who does not live going to the vet and it seemed to settle his nerves very quickly. After meeting with the tech Dr Dennis came in promptly and assessed my dog. He explained what was going to happen next and then took my dog into the back to complete a brief procedure. Dr Dennis was great with my dog and again kept him completely at ease and went with the Dr without me no problem. My dog was returned shortly after and then needed some blood work done. When the blood panel didn't return all the readings Dr Dennis ordered they re did the test free of charge in order to ensure they had the exact information they needed to prescribe the proper medication. While waiting to hear the results Dr Dennis returned and explained why the second round of testing was being done and then went over the results with me in detail. All staff that came in contact with my skidish dog had great energy and it made my old fella have the most pleasent trip he's ever had to the vet. After leaving the appointment I immediately called my old vet and had our dogs files transferred over. This clinic came highly recommended and now I see why. Should have switched over our dogs care years ago. Lesson learned.

Amazing services. They made sure that our Bernese was comfortable and safe during her spay. They called and updated us when she was going into the surgery and when she was in recovery. They also ensured we had all the knowledge and tools to help her recover when we got home.

I appreciate the professionalism and care they have towards their clients and their pets.

Excellent vet - the staff and receptionists are very friendly and helpful (not my experience in many places!) and the vet is very nice and helpful. Operating 365 days a year is also a godsend when your pet is suffering on a vacation day.

I would give 100000 stars if I could. Eagleson is by far the most caring tentative place to bring your animals. Dr. Pulman and vet tech Melissa K are amazing. Going above and beyond to care for my furbabies. Can not say enough great things.

Dastardly pug got into a tub a hummus and raisin crackers so we had to find a place to induce vomiting. Staff was incredibly helpful, set us up with an appointment within the hour. Welcoming environment and a great team.

Very professional and clean. They fit us in real quick and the vet was very knowledgeable and keen on helping. A little on the pricier side but so far worth it for the care and attention.

Just recently, our beloved dog, Abby, was treated for pancreatitis by Dr. Ammar and Dr G (Ghasemi) of the Eagleson Veterinary Clinic in Ottawa, with the assistance of Brit Wheeler, a technician to whom specified overnight duties were delegated. Although the cost of Abby’s treatment was substantial, the quality of the service she received was outstanding and well worth every dollar that we spent on her treatment. In addition to the expertise provided by the aforementioned professional staff at the clinic, we were singularly impressed by their dedication to providing us with ongoing information by way of e-mails from Brit about Abby’s overnights and by daily reports by telephone from Dr. Ammar or Dr G (Ghasemi) about Abby’s condition and her response to the treatments provided. Other professionals, including lawyers and doctors, could learn the importance of keeping their clients or patients informed about their ongoing needs from the practices of the Eagleson Veterinary Clinic in Ottawa. As for our current experience, we offer our heart-felt thanks to all the staff at the clinic for their commitment to providing support for both of us and for their diverse positive contributions to Abby’s welfare during the recent crisis.
