Today i.e. Jan 13th 2024 I dined at Earls Kitchen and had an exceptional experience. The Cajun Salmon was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, while the Mushroom Kale Pizza showcased a delightful combination of flavors. What truly elevated my visit was the outstanding service provided by Nicole. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor added a personal touch to the dining experience, making it one of the best I've had. I highly recommend Earls Kitchen for both its delectable cuisine and top-notch service, especially with Nicole as your server.

Maikel was awesome, he accommodated for the changes we needed and was helpful:) it was great foood defo coming back.

The manager Georgia needs more training as she tried to kick our party out after the two hour mark when we didn’t even have dessert or coffee. We were spoken to horribly and she made dining there a nightmare. What should have been a pleasant evening turned out horribly. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else where you won’t be verbally attacked

My party of five was accosted not by one, but by three managers, to vacate our table as they had a 2 hour dining limit that we were not aware of nor communicated to us upon reservation or arrival. We hadn't even had our coffee or dessert. Horrible customer service by all managers, especially Georgia. Will never dine or recommend this establishment to anyone!

The charm of this restaurant is its atmosphere and location.the food was above average but not excellent, yet the excellent service and good atmosphere made up for it.heard multiple birthday songs, which makes sense - this is definitely a nice place to bring a group celebration!

Went to Earls two years ago and I still remember their customer service. Food taste good and the server was friendly and professional. Will be coming back for my birthday.

I was really excited to come here because I’ve never been to Earl’s but it was a horrible experience. I went with my two friends and we had to leave after not being served for almost 20 minutes. We sat down and were greeted with some water from the manager. After that, nobody interacted with us. We saw multiple staff walk past us making no attempt to ask if we’ve been helped. We also had the same manager walk past us again with no attempt to ask us if we’ve been helped. The odd thing was that two tables that got sat around us was helped. Horrible experience and would never recommend this location to anyone.

Visited this location with my partner on a few occasions. The food is amazing and they have a great variety. Compared to their Sherway Location, they are miles ahead. They have great cocktails, appetizers, and their mains such as their steak are buttery and filling.

On one occasion, my partner shared her food with her sister, and instead of serving it on one plate, the server made it clear to those preparing the food and split it between them with two beautiful, full plates. Those preparing the food and our server impressed us tremendously with this service. I will continue to bring business to this location and review them highly due to how professional front and back workers are.

My only concern is the body language of the hostess to whom we met in the front. I can understand that people have bad days, but they didn't treat any of those waiting for reservations fairly. Regardless, I understand things happen and applaud the service of each worker that helped us that day.

Last night my friends and I went to earls to celebrate my birthday we ordered appetizers and drinks. To my dismay as I looked over my shoulder there was a mouse inside the restaurant… not only was this very unsettling to our stomachs as we had just ate, management saw us panicking looked and decided to ignore us. My friend walked over to the bar and asked if anything could be done and an off shift employee had the audacity to respond it’s time for you to go home don’t bring your drink past this line as he drew an imaginary line. Attached is a photo of a group of guys trying to capture the mouse with a water glass. Your team should revisit your standards of health and safety.

We were there the first time in early Apr, when dining at patio was allowed.

Ordered a steak frites, bacon cheddar burger, Caesar salad and a red sangria.

All the food was amazing. Steak frites was with lots of lots of fries exactly what I was craving for and there were real good fries. Burger was superb too.

The only minor wish I had was for them to have mustard sauce for the steak. We used to go to this french steak restaurant in HK, the only main dish they serve in this restaurant is steak and fries, they served with mustard sauce. Superb! Somehow maybe it’s not a common thing here.

Also, would have preferred my sangria with less ice, but not a major issue.

Our server Abdullah was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we didn’t catch another lady’s name who helped her with the sauce when Abdullah was busy. All the staff definitely made our dining experience great.

We would definitely come back later when dine in is allowed again.

Went to earls when patios opened up again during March 2021. It is still an amazing place to go to. The servers are amazing, had the opportunity to be served by John. I have to say his customer service was above and beyond. Food is delicious like always. 100% recommend.

Favourite place in Sauga. Super friendly and professional staff, great environment, delicious food, perfect atmosphere; definitely my go to place for any occasion.

Tried the vegan impossible burger and didn't love it. Patty was great but the bun and toppings werent the best: (Service was excellent though so I would definitely go back to try something else!

The chefs at Earls Square One probably recognize my name when the order comes in because I get food from there a little too often The reason is that I know exactly what I'm getting when I do - delicious food and great service. Whether it's "been a long work week and I'm beat" comfort food on a Friday or it's "I'm too lazy to cook tonight, let's get takeout" craving any day of the week, Earls is my go-to and doesn't disappoint. Street Chicken Tacos are awesome!

It was my first time ever at Earls restaurant at Square 1. Not only that but being out on patio after lockdown too. I was so impressed by how the hostess (Rhea) explained the covid restaurant procedures upon entering and her hospitality was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable! Our server Michelle was amazing and attentive! She was patient and didn’t ever forget about us always kept coming by to ask if we needed anything. The atmosphere of patio set with great music and heaters makes you feel very comfortable and not want to leave! The seating outside is done absolutely wonderful! Highly recommended! One of the BEST outdoor patios restaurant in Mississauga! Definitely coming back! Thanks Michelle and Rhea for the awesome hospitality especially in these unprecedented times!

Overdue review, a friend of mines was visiting from japan and we decided to come here for some desert after watching fireworks on canada day. Sure the covid policy with social distancing was in affect, but you guys had like 2-3 couples at the entire heated patio? And rejected me and my friend to be seated, we still gave it a chance and ordered sweets, it’s been a few months but I remembered i got an “ice cream” brownie that didn’t have icecream, if i’m wrong then it should’ve came with something it had chocolate sauce and condensed milk of some sort, the entire desert was extremely dry and boring to eat, not to mention how tiny it was and that took nearly 1 whole hour and a half to make? Terrible experience, anyways we just crawled onto the side walk and chatted while people were enjoying themselves at the patio. I am now left with a sad memory of me sitting on the sidewalk eating their overpriced brownie every time i walk pass this restaurant.

The sorry and smile at the counter was so artificial, “aww sooo soo sorry we are “fully booked” me looking at the patio seats? Umm there’s barely anyone eating here at this time. It gives me a bad flashback, i hate seeing this restaurant every-time i walk by it

Blackened salmon and artisan bread was absolutely delicious and perfectly packaged when it came to my door via UberEats.

Good place. Today was my second time! Just beware of the Lobster Tostados they’re 4 tiny tiny pieces! Perfectly packed, order placed on Uber eats. Temperature was perfect.

Food was good.hand sanitizer everywhere. Tables were spaced out nicely with. Good atmosphere and environment. Highly recommend this venue

We miss going to eat at Earls in person, but takeout does not disappoint! The food is packaged in eco-friendly containers and just as delicious as we remember. Our favourites are the garlic fries, chicken alfredo, and the sushi. When we ordered this time, they even sent us a sweet treat on the house! Thank you for a wonderful meal!

Food was good but I was kept waiting while other orders were given and I ordered apps (plus I was told my order was going to be ready at a certain time and it was not). Just lost points for service. Ps. No one apologized for the inconvenience

I love Earl's. I love the variety of foods they have. I love the different tastes of each dish. I think by now they know I order often from them and I find them surprising me with treats. I love their cajun chicken. It's my staple dish to get at least twice a week. I love their steak and sushi. I absolutely indulge in their tuna poke bowl. The thing is, I am a stay at home mother/wife and I don't like to eat anything after I have slaved to cook so I tend to uber food for myself often. I gravitate towards Earl's because I love the food and secondly, it fits into my Weight Watchers program nicely. They have a thorough nutritional chart and it helps me calculate my points. There are hundreds of options on Uber but Earl's just happens to be on top of my list all the time. I love their packaging. Everything stays intact and how it's supposed to be and is kept neatly in containers. You cannot go wrong with choosing Earl's.

Been to Earls consistently for the last 2 years and always impressed. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the food consistently good. The Rhino Lager rivals my favourite beers, always love it in the chilled glass they have.

Warning, Earls mixes the hot and cold food in the same box for takeout.

I specifically made sure that I selected cutlery and there wasn’t any. Manager didn’t want to help, and blamed it on head office.

My fave place to go to! I ended up taking out a girlfriend for her birthday and we both enjoyed our dinners. The strawberry mojito was a hit between the both of us.

Another great experience at Earls Square One. Recently, renovated their restaurant. The ambiance is very inviting and as always great service. It's nice to go in for a visit and have management and servers remember you and say hi. I always feel so welcome, thank you for taking the time to build great rapport with me. Special thanks to Isabella for always looking after me since day 1. Congrats on your recent promotion, well deserved shes great! Thank you also to Melissa for serving me this beautiful Sunday morning and getting to know me as well as Rosa for stopping by to introduce herself earlier this week. Lastly the General Manager also took time to come and introduce himself which I appreciate. It's the small things that count!

Came by earls for dinner and drinks. Patio was empty (maybe 2 tables were being used) and we were told it was a 30 minute wait, but could have a seat at the bar while we wait.which we did. Our table was ready in 10 minutes. Has the hamburger and a pizza. Just a typical bar, average food, good place for bigger parties and drinks.

For a place in the mall this spot had surprisingly great food. We actually go out of our way to go here and get the poke meal, it was really delicious. Good quick option for casual food.

Gathered to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The customer service was great, and they were able to successfully accommodate a large group of people, with advance reservation, of course. The atmosphere and set-up is beautiful and welcoming. The staffs were very friendly.

I ordered the Spicy Tofu Taco, and got the Garlic Fries as my side. The taco itself was pretty good however was did not live up to my expectations or it’s name. The garlic fries were also just good. The food was alright, but I had a great experience overall.

Our family had a great time out for Father's day! Nice ambience, great service and good food. The drinks were amazingly good as well, especially the 'painkiller'. We'll definitely be back.

The server was really nice but got 2 out of 5 dinner orders wrong. She also couldn't remember who ordered what so we had to constantly pass food and drinks around. The food was also VERY SALTY, to the point that the day after my partner and I were incredibly sick and nauseous. Will not patron this restaurant again, especially since there are so many food options at this mall now.

Love the fact that they have #vegan options. I gave four stars as I felt rushed to order mains this time.
Next visit, June 2019, adding the star as it was very relaxing this time around. I went with my friends. The hostess was very accommodating and polite. The food was great, as usual. Loved my powerbowl. The grains, greens, beets and avacado. Best ever!

The appetizers came out warm at best. The pitcher of margarita came without alcohol we had to send it back. The pitcher of some mule drink was the same thing. They initially were ordering a pitcher for two and I suggested why don't they get a pitcher for 4 as it's more cost effective. They asked for that with no ice as the drinks seemed to have no alcohol in them and tasted really watered down. When they brought the pitcher it was half full. The waitress said she didn't ask them to top it up with anything because she knew that we were tired of having watered down drinks. The pitcher for 4 only made two regular sized glass drinks. Also, they sent their last pitcher back after taking one sip and we ended up asking for the bill there. The experience of the people I was with was all that.

MY experience was, first drink I had which was a gin and soda also had little flavor of gin in it. Ordered my second drink with just gin on the rocks with a side of soda because that's harder to mask. Was better. The steak was done well and so was the asparagus (actually really good asparagus). But for the price we left there and had a much better experience elsewhere nearby with food and drinks.

If I could just rate the waitress that served us she would get a 5* +. Really accommodating and reasonable. She tried really hard to fix our issues. Only reason for the stars in the first place.

Might not repeat here again.

It is so bad to be treated this way.we always go there with friends and the last time we went there was after the renovation they done.we went there on Monday June 10 the manager come to us and he said you guys are not welcome here anymore because one of you guys try to give his phone number for one of the waiters. Which is never happened I ask my friends and non did that what I understand they just make false accusations to kick us out I don’t know why so mean they make stories very bad management

I come to Earls frequently and there’s a big reason for that. The staff here are unreal. They truly care about our business and are like a second family to us. The service is always on point, Earls is my go to! Thank you especially to Rosa and Tina for always going above and beyond to ensure me and my friends are taken care of. We love Earls!

I went to Earls yesterday for the first time and Joseph was my server. He was very nice and very professional. He did mishear an order of ours but that was quickly resolved by his manage, Rosa. She was very professional as well and very.very beautiful.wow. To Earls.: where do you find these employees? We completely forgot about the mixup with food we ordered when Joseph and Rosa handled it as well as they did. I am sincerely impressed your choice of employees. We live out of the area in Brampton. We will be SURE to come to your restaurant much more now because of our experience. Thank you Earls staff for making my night out with friends a great one!

Good place. The waiter was very kind. I got the Cajun chicken sandwich. It's good but a bit spicy. It has a lot of the seasoning on it. The garlic fries are really good and super garlicky if you like that. Nice ambience. Wasn't too crowded on a Sunday evening. Food came out quickly (almost too quickly haha).

I've been here before and its always been good but the last time I went I did not have that great of an experience unfortunately. I came with a party of 3 more, including a friend who had never been to Earls. My friends ordered their drinks at 5: 55 off the happy hour menu, which is 5 minutes before the happy hour ended at 6. Once we received our bills we realized we had been charged full price so we told our server. She grabbed a manager for us, who ended up being a little rude. The manager said our server punched in the order at 6: 06 so she couldn't do anything because the order was placed after 6. Why did it take our server 11 minutes to punch in a drink order? And why did she not let us know that she punched it in after 6, especially since she knew we ordered off the happy hour menu? We would have been okay with paying full price if she told us. After some deliberation and arguing (on the managers part) she finally took care of the prices for us, while sarcastically calling us "sweetie" and "honey. " Not great.
