Earls Kitchen + Bar

The food was not the best but we had a great time there. The service was really great.we really loved the margarita pizza and the steak.

Service from when we arrived was good and attentive to everyone who also arrived, with the staff, trying to organize the "didn't have reservations" to "having a reservation. "
The staff kept calm and alert.

Love the curved booth seating. It was classy and comfortable. The atmosphere was alive with everyone's happiness of seeing their party arriving with hugs and smiles.
So nice to see.

Our server was lovely, attentive, kind, and knew the menus for drinks and food.
My friend told him to pause in, bringing our appetizers to our meals. He did so.

Being Celiac is always an issue eating out. They go above and beyond to make your meal gluten free.

We were told to wait 10 min for a table even though there were 10 open tables. Still we’re sat right beside kitchen when there were open tables and booths available.

Ordered peppercorn steak with mashed potatoes. Side was corn and tomato and onion mix. It was inedible. About a cup of salt on that side dish. Told wait staff and manager came over. Was willing to comp 1/4 of the price of the meal. Ridiculous. Over priced and pretentious atmosphere. Food is not at the quality the restaurant attempts to strive for (upscale)

My mother’s birthday was today, so we celebrated at Earls Kitchen + Bar.

After getting comfortable in our booth, we ordered the Warm Spinach + Three Cheese Dip. This came with fresh focaccia and a green dip with garlic and chives.

For my main, I had the Ribeye + Truffle Butter, which came with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables. The Ribeye was tender and flavourful, but the truffle butter was the cherry on top. Furthermore, the garlic mashed potatoes were so fantastic that I finished them even before the Ribeye.

Still hungry and having lots of room left, I indulged in two desserts: the Caramelized Vanilla Cheesecake and Sticky Toffee Chocolate Pudding. I unexpectedly tasted a hint of lemon in the cheesecake, but I still enjoyed. As for the other dessert, the pudding itself tasted like a rich, chocolatey cake. It also had ice cream and was drizzled in chocolate and toffee/caramel syrup. Both desserts came with an almond florentine (cookie) and berries.

The atmosphere in Earls is incredible. Two gentlemen in suits greeted us at the door. And depending on where you sit, you get to see the line cooks flambé. Not to mention, they gifted my mom two birthday cards! Each were handwritten.

Earls was the perfect spot for our special occasion. The food, the ambience, the service— Earls has it all.

Went by myself and sat on the patio. It was a great patio and my server was amazing. Food was delicious, thoroughly enjoyed.

Fantastic! As a restaurant manager, I was super impressed right off the bat with Micaela's service. Had the angry chicken lettuce wraps and Margherita pizza. Excellent! Will be back. Being new to London this just might become my escape from work lol

I’m not a fan of chain restaurants however a customer wanted to visit here and I was impressed with the food. We ordered the chicken wrap and Mexican corn/avocado dip which was a hit.
It was hard to discuss business because the noise level of the place was extremely loud.

We came to earls this past Monday around 820pm. Speaking with the hostess we were told to wait 15mins for a table which was no problem at all. Hostess came back after about 10 mins to offer us a seat at the bar to grab a drink and it would only be a few more minutes. 3 people walked in after us and were seated at tables right away. Another 20mins went by where the host said to settle our bar bill with the bartender because our table was ready in a couple minutes. Another 20mins go by sitting at the bar with no one checking in on us, our hostess came back to apologize and say our table will be ready shortly. Another 15 mins went by and our table was ready. It was a total of over an hour of waiting for a table and once we were finally seated it was beside a party of 30. Another staff member (manager?) came to our table to say our server is just dealing with this large party and will be with you shortly. She then stated that we should order right now or else our food order would be behind 30 other people. Since we had just sat down and not read a menu we felt rushed and only knew what appetizer we would start with. Waitress (who hasn't introduced herself to us) comes over and puts the appetizer on the table and starts to walk away - we stopped her by asking "can we order a drink? ". We wait another 20 minutes with no one coming by to check on us, serve us drinks or entrees. We're more than frustrated at this point & would have brought this to the attention of any staff member had they come anywhere near our table. Finally our waitress came by to say our salmon is being plated now. Waitress returns, puts the salmon on the table and is reminded again of our drink order. My partner cuts into his salmon and it's raw on the inside and cold.we were both speechless and so disappointed. Again, no one is checking in us, coming back with our drinks, etc. After about 10mins, I walked up to a staff member (manager?) near the kitchen to say that we'd like to settle up our bill and leave, we were served raw salmon, we've been here for almost 2 hours with such poor service, starving and it's getting late. The staff member replied "ok you can go". No resolution, apology or attempt to make it up to us. By far the worst restaurant experience I've ever had.

They don't even deserve one star.
We went to celebrate Father's Day, we waited for one hour and a half for the food and didn't come.

Food was very good - service lacked. Once we finished are meals (never got asked how they tasted) a different server removed our plates (no big deal). Our server forgot about us for sure and never came by the table for 40 minutes. I was catching up with a friend thank god, however I wanted to order dessert. Because the server never came by for 40 minutes I didn't bother.

Beautiful restaurant. Had the crab cakes and salad, steak and garlic mashed. Fantastic presentation. Flavour was unique and wonderful. Nice wine list, fantastic staff, great service. Clean restaurant. Furniture in the bar needs some tlc for sure. Sports on the TV, nice music but a little loud. Tastiest meal and we'll definitely return!

Great food, great service and great atmosphere. Was under the impression that food would be boring since Earl's is a restaurant chain but not at all. Prawn spaghettini was really good would definitely recommend it.

Good food, however price is a little steep. I would prefer to go to a more local restaurant over a chain for what I am receiving, however this tends to be a favourite among my friends for places to go, so I would come back again without any problem. Much better alternative to other chains like Kelsey's etc.

That being said, the happy hour menu looks pretty appealing. Also the women's bathroom is almost unsettlingly well decorated.

Not as good as my previous experience. I would have given more stars, but my sister's crab cakes came out cold. By the time they were refired, the rest of our party had finished their meal. Other meals at our table seemed to be enjoyed by everyone else. Disappointing.

Haven't had a bad meal yet from Earls in London. Top-notch sushi. Overall a good value when compared to other establishments of this quality of food. Great options for pickup as well that are very well packaged.

Had a Sunday brunch there. Poach eggs were done perfectly with wow homemade hollandaise sauce. Great service & price

Outstanding! Upon arrival to the restaurant we were welcomed promptly by the manager on duty, Sydney. Our waitress Mikayla was exceptional and her service was one of the best we've ever received. The food was excellent and the patio atmosphere was relaxed and charming. Thank you Earls for helping to create such an enjoyable experience. We felt very special.

This place was great! My husband and I are not from London and we had no clue where to have dinner, we ended up driving by Earls and thought “let’s go, it looks pretty! ” The atmosphere was great, the decor was trendy, we sat inside but the patio looked really nice! We had great service, everything we ordered tasted great! They had a vast menu with lots of selection. Will definitely go back on our next London visit!

Best experience! Lovely staff beautiful setting and comfy atmosphere. The food was AMAZIMG and The store manager Brianna was the best manager I've ever encountered And ofcourse our server Shelby! Was the friendliest and most cheerful character I've met in London. Highly recommend and I hope I see you guys again! Stay awesome

Lovely food, i have never been in person (bf and i always order on uber eats) but their quality is incredible even through delivery, their food travels well. Earls is a very special restaurant to me because of their consideration for vegan and vegetarian options. Earls does not rely on meat to equate to class.i truly appreciate all the care and thought put into the menu, it feels as though a lot of the flavours and textures are complementary and not a lot is out of place.will always come back thank you sm!

Sat on the patio the other night. Great atmosphere, friendly service from the moment you walk in the door. The food was delicious. Can't say enough good about it:)

We went on a Tusday and the restaurant was fairly busy. It took me a while to decide on a meal, the staff were patient as I made my choices. I was happy with the amount of gluten friendly options

I was visiting Earls London location, coming down from Toronto. I had an extravagant experience, drinks came out quickly along with the food.

We visited for our anniversary and had a great time. It was so nice to be out again. The food and drinks did not dissapoint.
We loved it and will definitely visit again.

Stopped in for dinner on a Friday night with minimal wait times. Ordered a Nashville chicken sandwich and cauliflower bites which was served within 10 minutes. The prices are on the higher side but the atmosphere and service makes it worth it. The Earls house beer (Rhino ale) was amazing. Really enjoyed the ambiance and food.

Awesome experience and very delicious meals. Special occasion tonight and was well worth the visit. Warm potato salad was the best. Recommend this place and got a visit from the manager which was great! Need a nice restaurant this is definitely a great place to consider. Highly recommend!

Riley was great server and great customer service. This place was super busy but customer service was top notch couldn’t believe it and well served. Food was great and desserts was great and can’t complaint about the happy hours See you guys again!

Great food and ambiance. Had multiple servers tell us they were assisting us but still difficult to find help when needed. Otherwise great!

8: 30PM on a Tuesday Night. Unable for 20min to place and order over the phone as i drove around doing errands. Went to the restaurant itself, asked to speak with someone who can take my order, was told i'd have to wait 15min just for someone to take my order for pick up. Asked hostess to speak to a Manager, Manager did not choose to come after she went to call one. My alternative idea, placed order on skip the dish for pickup up. Less than 1min, order was confirmed. Very dissapointed in this London establishment. Have not experienced this at any other Earls.

Enjoyed a great brunch here, the staff was extremely polite as well as efficient. Food was exactly what I was looking for and tasted great. We were in and out in an hour, had a great meal without breaking the bank.

A bit unorganized.for a party of 7 we were given a very small table. The orders were mixed up because there were multiple servers helping multiple tables. The food was great and service too once it was straightened up. You should have more dessert options. It sucks when your out of toffee for the sticky toffee pudding and there's only cheesecake left for a lactose intolerant guest

My wife and I have been frequent patrons for 8 years and have to say we are disappointed with how the new GM is running the place. Most of the staff has changed and our visits are not the same. We won't be going here anymore and hope things get fixed for all.

Earls never disappoints whether popping in for meal or snacks & drinks. Good bang for your buck & ask the staff are super friendly & welcoming.

I ordered the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. It was terrible. The Alfredo sauce was the consistency of soup. The sauce did not take to the pasta.

The salad was good. No value for the money thou. The wings were cooked well, seasoned fairly well. The server was nice. It wasn't a real test of their abilities having wings and salad, but nothing about meal said I should rush back and try anything else either.

Had a great dinner experience for my wife and I. Prompt service for pickup. Containers kept the food warm for a 15 minute drive. Delicious meal. Well priced. Couldn't be happier!

Amazing food in an up scale classy place. Ordered steak and was not disappointed. Beautifully made sauce and a good cut. Will be back!

My mom and I recently purchased the Take Home cook yourself Cajun Chicken Dinner for two. Which actually fed 3. This was so good! There were 4 very large fresh chicken breasts, along with coleslaw (dressing is amazing), and warm potato salad.
Easy to follow instructions. The cost is so reasonable, how can you not choose this option. Very highly recommended and we can't wait to try more.

For pickup, they are a complete trainwreck. They get orders wrong, they won't refund, and they're late. Definitely a no-repeat.

Earls is always a great place to eat, and we always enjoy their food! They have great portion sizes and a decent price for what you get. The food was a little cold when I got home though which was about a 10 min drive. Which might have just been a one off, but I would definitely recommend!
