Always a great experience. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Always checking in to be sure our experience is great. I am sure it comes from great leadership from Ashley whom also puts a lot of attention on our experience and assisting her staff.

Good eats. This quasi-luxury restaurant had some great food for people with a fine palate and dull wallet. There is bang for your buck with this, and my Caesar salad and pasta were excellent. There was no wait time, but the waiting area was spacious and had classy nonupholstered leather seats just like the rest of the restaurant. The drinks are cool too.

I recently visited Earls Kitchen + Bar at 40 Colossus Dr, Woodbridge, ON L4L 0B7, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. I ordered a burger, and it was the worst I've ever had. Every part of it was falling apart, including the meat, indicating a concerning lack of food quality.

Upon expressing my dissatisfaction, the manager's response was far from satisfactory. She didn't bother investigating the issue and dismissed my concerns, claiming that the subpar quality was normal. I urge others to exercise caution when dining at this establishment, as my experience raises doubts about the overall food quality. Feel free to check the attached photos to judge for yourself whether such a disappointing meal is deemed "normal" at Earls Kitchen + Bar.

I had an encounter with Ashley, she’s a day manager and honestly she blew me away with her genuine attitude and accommodating mindset. She’s all around professional and went above and beyond.

Never disappointed at Earl's. Would love one closer to home (Scarborough, Pickering, Ajax?)

The food was ok, but the service was bad. My gf and I visited this place for the first time, she asked for a non alcoholic beer the server said they don’t have it, then we ordered food and she ordered steak with peppercorn sauce, never got it asked two servers and as she was finishing her steak they brought the sauce and we returned it. But when we finished our meals we see the table across from us getting the exact non alcoholic beer we ordered, we asked the server and she mentioned on it did not show in our system but now it does. We will definitely not coming back.

I had dinner here last night with my girlfriend. The service was amazing! My server Kaya was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed to have the best possible dinner. The food was good as well.

Great experience. A nice spot for a younger crowd to enjoy good food, atmosphere and drinks. I will come here again!

Terrible service. Food decent. But terrible service. Inexperienced waitress, non tip deserving. Long time to get drinks and take orders. Cant even open a bottle of wine without cork breaking into the wine. Probably not coming back for a while.

Went there with a friend for lunch. We were greeted by our server who took our drink orders and promptly brought us water. We were then greeted by a manager who took away our menus but we had not yet ordered lunch. We never did get our drinks. After fifteen minutes of waiting for any kind of service we left. Not impressed and won’t be back.

Food was absolutely delicious! I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo with extra cheese and Cajun chicken, truffle fries and a watermelon Bellini. For the price, you get a nice sized portion of each of the dishes.

Service was great, food came out in a timely manner and everything was fresh and flavourful. I’ll definitely be back to try more menu items!

Went for brunch after a very long time.

We were one of the first groups to arrive. Vaccine check, contact tracing procedure was quick and efficient. The place wasn't too crowded yet.

We ordered from the brunch menu. Both the items were good/as expected.

Service was quick. The servers were courteous and attentive. They helped us celebrate a birthday by lighting up a small candle on the dessert we ordered.

Good spot to take someone on a date, or to just get drinks at the bar. Staff checked up on us constantly. Their steak was really good; highly recommended to those wanting to visit.

Have been going to Earls for last 4 years only for Cajun oven baked Salmon, which is simply delicious!

Do not order the Moscow Mule! The two main liquids in a mule are vodka and ginger beer. Earl’s does not use ginger beer but rather the cheap substitute of ginger syrup. You can tell the difference. And worse, you get the syrup only to be filled with lots of club soda. Disappointed.

Had a great dinner, picked up, skipped the movie and hit the Marriott for some loving. Perfect night. Thanks Earl, if you're a real person

I admire this spot! They prepare good meals, their menu is large, The chief cook in that restaurant is a specialist, I like a lot trying all their food. The food is always of high qualtity, the service towards the guests is agreeable. I often go to this place and I was never discontended. I recommend it to all my friends.

Always an amazing experience at this location! We sat at the bar waiting for our table but ended up staying at the bar because the bartender was so nice and friendly! Good drinks and even better food. We will continue to go back! Definitely recommend

Food is great but don't try and make a reservation. Online says "call the restaurant" and then you get a rude hostess at the Colossus location who says to go online and won't listen that the online system says to call in. Really put off by the run around and attitude. You can do better Earls.

Tried to do a walk in for happy hour on Sunday around 3: 30. They told us it would be a 45 minute wait, which I said was fine. 1 hour later, we went in to ask for an ETA and were informed that they wouldn’t be taking more walkins until 5: 30. So I was waiting in a parking lot for 1hr for a table that would never open up! Clearly we went at 3: 30 for happy hour and wouldn’t be dining in if the table was ready at 5: 30. No communication and waste of my time.

Great service, food quality was great and the service was really good. I was on a date and my server corey was very kind and funny. He served us very quickly and helped us a lot. Would definitely go back.

The food was fantastic! I got the sushi & steak (prepared medium well) and it was just what I was craving. The sauces really enhanced the flavour, in my opinion. Recommended!

I will start from the entrance we booked for the patio before one day when we arrived the lady at the entrance said no booking she let us set indoor, I didn’t like they way she spoke to us at all. Second the glasses of water were wet and has lipstick on one of them I asked to change them no one cared she said this is the work of our dishwasher

Our server Isabella was super bubbly and friendly. She was attentive and checked in every so often with us. Our drinks came within 5 min of ordering and we're very refreshing, the food came in a timely manner as well.

We got the Tacos, truffle fries, and calamari. They all tasted great!

First time at the restaurant. We ordered off the Happy Hour menu and had a fantastic experience! Food and drinks were great, and the patio was very comfortable with the heater.
Most importantly, big shout out to our waitress Isabella who made sure we had the best possible experience. She was very enthusiastic and friendly, and she made our night very special!

This cheese dip is the perfect appetizer to share with your friends! It was extremely flavourful and packed with creamy garlic.you honestly cannot taste the spinach so it is a great way to get your vegetables in without tasting them.

Today while sitting on your patio my 8 year old was served a glass that had the remains of red lipstick on it. In such unsettling times a misstep like this could have had serious consequences for our family I can only imagine what is else is not being cleaned properly.

This type of error is not acceptable

First time there. Went for a work function. Great selection for all sorts of tastes. I shared a few appetizers and had the steak with mashed potatoes. Had the NY cheesecake for dessert. Everything was outstanding.

After deciding to venture out again with patios and indoor dining opened up, were saddened to see that almost all of the staff at Earl’s has turned over. However, we are so happy to see Minh, our favourite bartender has decided to stay on. His professionalism, attention to detail and genuine care that he takes in ensuring that each and every visit is memorable is unparalleled. He also creates the most incredible drinks. We will definitely be coming back often.

Horrible service on repeat occasions. Would give zero stars if I could.

On the latest occasion, I called and placed on order. I confirmed the location with the person answering the phone twice. Went in to pick up the food and they claimed they never got the order.confirmed with them that I had called the right phone number. Their response was they must have forgotten to punch in the order.

On another occasion, I went in to pick up the food at the given time and they said it would be another 40 mins.

These are just a couple of examples. I'll take my business elsewhere going forward.

This place is amazing. Food is great and they have a covered patio. The hostess is the sweetest girl ever.

Earl's is one of the best spots in Woodbridge/Vaughan for lunch and dinner paired with a couple of drinks. The vibe is very lively and the service is impeccable. Its a spot that is a hit with young adults. I loved my burger.

We ordered food through uber on Nov 26th. Earls didn't send the complete order. When we called them back, their manager told us to call Uber for refund and place additional order. After that they didn't pickup our call. It was my son's birthday and his food wasn't delivered. They ruined his evening. Very bad customer service.

Service was a complete letdown! We have been eating at Earls for years now.but at my cousin’s birthday party they failed do deliver the complete order. The customer service was awful. Had to wait forever to get a refund.and then they didn’t take our call when we wanted to order again. Please treat your customers better! Someone whose been in this business as long as you should know better and do better.

Excellent service! There was a bit of a mix up as we were en route for our reservation but the staff ensured everything was in order by time we got there. The greeting & the food. THE FOOD was amazing & the wait time was the cherry on top! My boyfriend & I enjoyed our first visit here! Highly recommended! Our server Matt couldn’t of made our visit any better! Thank you!

I regret not getting the name of my server because he was AMAZING and I dont think I've ever recieved service like that before. Even though it took a little bit of a wait to get our food, it was worth it because the waiter was so kind and considerate!

Very nice place, nice servers and decent food. However the prices are on the high end and the quality is not great. Their hamburgers are awful though, had to send it back and it came back burned and dry again.

The chicken breast was dry, steak was ok.do want to give them credit on their drinks, yam fries and potatoes salad

My husband and I came to this location Saturday night. We asked the 2 hostesses for a table of two, they then told us to go look in the bar area for a table. They weren’t willing to know/go see if there was a table available and made us go look for one. They also rolled their eyes when we told them we wanted an actual table and not the bar section.

Although the hostesses were not great the service from our waistress was amazing!

Service was excellent. Place is beautiful with a great vibe. Totally packed on a Tuesday evening. Loved it.

The wait, service, quality of food fell far below my expectations. I've only been to this place once and I'm hesitant to go back again.

I would like to elaborate more on the experience but my friend already did that for this place.

I ordered the plan fried salmon. The salmon was cooked good however there was way too much Cajun spiced entrusting the salmon.

This place does not accommodate midgets.i went there with five of my midget friends to enjoy a beer at the bar.it became such an ordeal.the bar stools were twice the size of us.we couldn't climb so we had to boost each other up. Big Dave is about 4'-10" so he was boosting all of us.but there was no one to boost him as he stood there on his own.we couldn't leave Big Dave standing down there on his own so we decided to have one more beer before leaving.it was tough getting on, but it horrific getting off.we had to jump for our lives. I twisted my ankle in the landing and the guys had to carry me out.we won't be coming back to this place

I usually come to visit late on weeknights approximately an hour or two before closing. This place is saved by primarily for the food quality and options.

It lacks the full five stars because I find service to be sub-par. Many times it took service staff around 10 minutes for us to finally be approached by a server. Meanwhile a few times a young woman (I assume the manager) has delivered food in quite a rude fashion. Pretty much just threw my plate on the table - friendly gestures go a long way.

Also find that the bartenders are more interested in providing service to those who they clearly know, which is made obvious by their body language and style of communication. In one instance I waited a very long time to be approached by a bartender just to tell me that drinks must be run through the server. Didn’t realize bartenders couldn’t serve guests who approach the bar.

I’d come back, for the low priced food and drinks late at night. But that’s pretty much all.

Went recently and must say our group had an amazing time. It was our first time but certainly won’t be our last. The service, food, ambience, was excellent. Our server was knowledgeable, gave us amazing recommendations, kept checking in on our group to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction - and it wasn’t because he was working for tips, he was genuine as that was evident as he checked with other patrons as well. I am a firm believer of “First Impressions are Lasting”, and Earls definitely made an impression on me.

We booked the Solarium for a Birthday Brunch for 12pm on a Sunday. First off they tried to sit us elsewhere although we had booked the room. Once we were seated the server was great, however, the food and food arrival time were not. Out of the 5 eggs benedict ordered, 4 were hard boiled. The chicken tacos had to be sent back for lack of chicken, the quinoa power bowl was served missing half of the ingredients. I've always been a fan of Earls. However was very dissappinted by quality of food. This could have been somewhat understood on a busy day, however the restaurant was not busy.
The manager came out and was less apologetic than the server. Not impressed.

So disappointed. I go to the one in Burlington all the time and love it. Food is always good and consistent. This one was awful. Our server forgot everything including what we ordered for 3 kids. We had eaten before our kids did. We also ordered food at happy hour prices but by the time she remembered to punch it in, we were paying full price. Food quality was so disappointing. Did not compare to the quality Im used to. Ive been going to Earls since I lived in Vancouver in the 90s. Guys you really need to step it up. We actually sent the kids food back because it was gross. We are on our way home to cook for them qhich defeated the purpose of eatjng out. And btw there werent even 10 tables and there were plenty of staff.

Our night started off wrong. The greeter did not quote us the correct wait time. We had 7 kids with us and it was late. The manager Christina came to help us seeing that we were frustrated and had been waiting longer than we should have! From the moment Christina got involved it was all great! From start to finish she made sure we left happy! Thank you Christina for your great customer service!

So happy Moxie's ended up being on a longer wait then we like to wait for a table and walked across to Earl's Kitchen & Bar. Immediately was greeting by a five star host dressed to the nines, as everyone there actually was. The hostess was five star and the excellent service from there continued. Our server was prompt and asked all the right questions. Was courteous and very informative of the menu. Drinks were never emptied along with our waters. We are from out of town and wish we could eat here weekly as my chicken teriyaki was on point as well as boyfriends steak cooked perfectly and the presentation was something off T. V thank you so much to the team there, truly made our night.

Me and my family came on a Sunday. To start with the service is the worst service I have ever experienced to the point that waitress gave us cutlery and brought us the food but did not care to bring us napkins, I had to ask her 2 times for napkins. She was really slow and she took 20-30 minutes to come and take our order. Secondly the food was not terrible but horrible to the point that best thing that we ordered was fries. The steak was literally a strip, the clam chowder was undercooked and disgusting, so was the cream of mushrooms. Pasta was undercooked and coconut shrimps were overly cooked and the “curry lime aioli” was nothing more than sriracha mayo. The food is totally over priced. Overall it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I do not recommend this restaurant at all unless you want to go get fries with garlic aioli but otherwise do not go to this restaurant.

Great food & good atmosphere - ordered the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl, my husband the Cajun Chicken and both were delicious!

Waited 15 minutes to have water thrown onto the tab le. Ordered a bowl of soup and was served a cup, ordered a Steak cooked medium and was served well done. Server became defensive after explaining the situation. Bad service and incorrect food order. Would not eat here again. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else!

We can as a family dinner of 5 adults and 1 child. They did not have a kids menu, but we knew this already by googling the restaurants name and reading about their lack of a child friendly chain. Both my mother and I have been to the square one location in Mississauga and thurley enjoyed our food.
I ordered the steak and prawns, while my Mother in law ordered chicken Cesar salad. My boyfriend ordered the avocado dip and green salad and a appetizer pizza for his son. We found that everything was extremely salty. My price of the steak and prawn menu was nearly 30 dollars and I do think this was overpriced. The shrimp was sent back due to an odd taste. I asked my family to try the prawns and they agreed. My steak was thin, and small portion of rice, which was over salted. My boyfriends avocado app was also extremely salty. We told the waiter that the prawns was not edible and they did substitute a free dessert for the prawns. Was I satisfied at this location? Not at all. I was disappointed with the flavoring of the dishes.
I don’t know if we had just a chef with a heavy hand on seasoning. I would not return to This earl’s location after a meal like this. And it’s a shame cause we did like the Mississauga location.

Went to Earl’s last night for the first time. I ordered the 6oz steak with a side salad and veggies. Food came out quick and waitress was very attentive to the table even though it was a little busy. I chose Earl’s because I’m trying to eat with no added sugar, and they were the only restaurant in the area that had full nutrition values available online. I was nervous about going and ordering fearing I wouldn’t enjoy my food but it was actually really good. I wasn’t able to finish it but I took it home for later and it kept really well. The salad was so good, and I never say that about veggies, lol! I’m very pleased with my visit!
