This was my third Centre visited this week as I’m “shopping around” and it was the only one where I was welcomed by an associate, toured, given an orientation of sorts, and provided with a program schedule. I drove 20 minutes one way to get there and I’d do it again, as it is a large, clean facility with welcoming staff.

Very disappointed today. I woke my baby up early from his nap to make it to the babies on the move program. As soon as I get there I was told by a women in short brown hair that I can not enter the room because it is too “full”. I was extremely ticked off. How can you allow a mother with a baby get ready and rush down there just to make it to a program that her child is excited about to not even attend. If it’s that busy then you should probably have a registration in place.

FREE programs for kids ranging 0-5. Very big facility compared to other early on programs, with 2 rooms for specialized programs depending on your child's age. If you would like a quiet experience, I would recommend getting there for opening at 9 am as there are only 1-2 kids usually around. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and they have tons of student volunteers who are always willing to play with your Littles and lend a helping hand if you have more than 1 kid. We have been coming here for 4 years and the experience has stayed consistently awesome!

The centre doesn’t mention first come first serve. They will turn you away even if you reach before a program starts citing lack of space.

I love this place
The babies on the move is amazing and the facilitator is awesome!
I wish they had more babies on the move classes now that I’m back at work but it’s great

Love this resource for families with young children under the age of 6. Staff are very friendly and the toys/equipment are perfect for little hands and growing minds! Lots of parking is a plus.
It can get busy at times and little ones can get bumped into if lots of older kids but amazing free resource & programs!

I recently discovered the Early On Centres and this one location is the closest to my house so I bring my daughter here often to play and see other little friends. The staff are super friendly and you can tell they enjoy what they do. The place itself is clean.

I visited today with my son for the first time. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Play area was kept clean and organized. We tried one of their programs for babies and had so much fun playing and chatting with the other moms. An excellent place to go if your bored at home. Free of charge as well!

I wish I heard about this centre sooner! I always jump at the opportunity to tell other moms-to-be, new moms and any moms I think would be interested in these centres and their amazing programs. I highly recommend all moms to take advantage of these FREE centres; they have so many other locations. Had I heard about it sooner, I think it would have been very beneficial for me to have attended their Post Partum Mood Disorder Peer Support Group.

So far, I have attended the Mother Goose Program (drop-in), the Infant Massage Program (pre-register; once a week for four weeks) and the You and Your Baby Program (pre-register; once a week for six weeks). There are so many programs they offer for adults and children of all ages. It's also an amazing opportunity for you to meet other adults and for your child to learn, grow and meet other children. I attended the Baby Led Weaning Workshop so far and look forward to attending the upcoming CPR and First Aid Workshop, along with a few others. All of these great programs and workshops, and more, are FREE!

This centre has a play area as well as two separate rooms for specific programs/workshops. It is spacious with comfortable floor chairs for adults (I plan on purchasing the same seating for at home). All the staff are professional, kind and friendly; I always feel so welcomed when they address me by name! There are never any questions or judgements if I am running late for a program/workshop, they completely understand the "mom life". I have heard many other moms refer to the centre as their second home.

I met amazing mothers and their sweet babies in the You and Your Baby Program. We discussed weekly topics, at our comfort, such as the birth experience, adjustments to parenthood, expectations, relationships, self-care, leaving your baby in care of others, breast/bottle feeding, safety and more. The support, reassurance, discussions and friendships with the other new mothers has helped me in so many ways. It was comforting to hear both the different and similar experiences of other first-time moms.

I look forward to continuing to go to the centre for years with my daughter and future children =) Thank you!

I can't believe how rude these people are. The receptionist made me spell the names out loud because apparently my printing isn't neat enough for her to read upside down. She tried forcing me to write down my phone number when no one else had, even though we were in the system.

Then another lady tried forcing me to take off my shoes; I know they have their little policy so I explained I have an orthotic because of bad knees, she said again I have to take them off and said patronizingly that I should put on my indoor shoes. Carrying around a newborn and a toddler already comes with enough gear, like I have an extra arm to carry another pair of shoes! So we started to leave, and all of a sudden she's understanding of my medical issues. Yeah right, lady.

Finally, the place is bare. Hardly any toys and a big-screen tv. Wow.
