Best customer service I've ever received brought in a sweater to get embroidered & they went above and beyond.

Brought in a custom embroidery order last minute and they made it in time for Christmas, and it’s PERFECT! Thank you!

**Updated review from 4-6 years ago. ** A friend told me their work is well done recently but I hope they updated their prices. ** Previous review: Awful prices 25$ for a new pull tag on my zipper 18$ to hem my pants. I don't know how they get business.

This place is a true definition of how customer service should be. They are direct with their customers and will always work with you to make sure that you are happy with the job that they will do for you.

I recently took some shirts to them to have embroidered. Here are my thoughts:

Delivery of the Product:
From the beginning, they were already setting my expectations on when my order will be done. They are a very busy place and you can see that with the amount of jobs they have lined up. I was flexible with my time so I told them to not rush my order and just let me know once it is done. I didn't have to wait for long as my shirts were done quicker than expected.

Craftmanship:
The embroidery on my shirts are top-notch.the fabric on the shirt was well preserved and the quality of the thread used in the embroidery was very good. The details were excellent. They even suggested different colour combinations to make the work pop out. It was really a job well done.

Pricing
I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. And for the price that they have, I got way more than what I would expect. Their prices are within the range that I was expecting. If I am being honest, it was actually a tad less than what I thought it would be. With the customer service I got and the quality of the work, I am very happy to say that the amount I paid was well worth it.

The experience with Sean and Yolly was amazing and I couldn't even fathom
of going to another place for my embroidery needs. I am most likely going to use their dry-cleaning services before winter to get our jackets cleaned up. If I can give this place more than 5 stars, I would.

Horrible way of treating customers.don't know an inch about alteration. Owner shows big time attitude while talking. Zero customer service

I found ECCE on line when I was looking for alterations on a drees, I was flying home from Florida for a few days and needed this done ASAP, I first communicated with Sean over email and he was so accommodating, answering my emails very fast, informing me that his seamstress (Yolly) was very busy but would take a look at the dress, I went in to see Yolly and she was so friendly and helpful, she not only found time to alter the dress but worked late so I could get it back in time, I also got to meet Sean before I left and I can honestly say they are the nicest people I have met in a long time. I can see why their business reviews are so good and they are rated 5 stars. I will totally spread the word on their business.
