We have used Earthscape for numerous projects. This past summer they helped us create a grass-free garden in our backyard. Earthscape worked closely with us to develop a plan that met both our needs and our budget. The entire team was professional, prompt, and a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend this company enough. We will certainly use them for any future outdoor projects.

The design phase was a great experience, as we got to work closely with the design team to create a space that would encapsulate our family's needs perfectly. The construction phase and project management were very well executed. The project started and finished on schedule, thanks to the site crew and managers keeping it all on track. The crew was extremely professional - they always arrived on time, cleaned up their trash, and were respectful of our home. The only hiccups we encountered were related to third parties, and Earthscape handled the situations as well as possible. Overall it was a successful and smooth project.

Thanks to Josip, Scott, Ryan and the rest of the team involved in our project, we really enjoyed working with you all and we are so happy with our backyard renovation!

An excellent landscaping design as well as installation. Josip's design was flawless and creative. The installation, despite Covid concerns, was absolutely beautiful. Scott Rooney's follow up and attention to detail was excellent. The installation team was very friendly, paid special attention to clean up and worked very hard even though it was a very hot summer. Contracted for landscape design and installation. They selected tree and placement that was far too close to the house. They installed retaining wall in a place that made no sense and I had to pay for removal and replacement. They offered the least creative selection of plants anyone could imagine. They installed trees that are now dying. DO NOT use this company

From start to finish, the Earthscape team were professional and honest with their work and their advice. Jenna walked us through every aspect of the quotation and design process and listened carefully to our ideas for the backyard. She presented multiple options and consistently guided us to the best solutions for our space.

Scott oversaw the work from site measurement and prep through to completion - over a month's worth of work with weather ranging from sleet through 25+ temperatures in April. Because of the tightness of our inner city lot, they had to access through our neighbour's property and were as respectful with them as they were with us.

There was constant and regular communication throughout and every issue that was raised on our end was addressed promptly and cheerfully.

The result is a spectacular new backyard, low maintenance and perfect for entertaining. Literally the only element in the yard that remains is the air conditioning unit. It was a big job, and it wasn't cheap, but we are beyond delighted with the investment we made in hiring Earthscape.

Earthscape designed and implemented beautiful stonework around our pool, including a patio and stairs coming into the yard. Their attention to detail was excellent.

We are booking the appointment for estimate and consultation. Cailey Bradshaw come and talk with us in 20 minutes and take some picture and leaving without any suggest and measure so that she can price out. In this case she was not respectfully the customers, and that she think the customer not have enough financial to get the job done. Your business would not survive without customers.

Earthscape has been a great company to work with. The people are amazing and really care about what they do. They are creative and have great ideas. We wanted a very contemporary design for our back yard and they have nailed it! I highly recommend them.

We had the pleasure of working with Earthscape for a big landscaping job around our property, including: driveway, front steps, 2 decks, fence, covered enclosure, shed, waterfall, and landscaping (soft & hard).

They did a fantastic job. Beautiful, well-thought-out design, coupled with on-time, courteous, capable, and effective work crews, and great overall project management.

All aspects of our project were well-executed. The end result is amazing. Very pleased, and would absolutely recommend.

I've included a few photos. Note that I took these photos part-way through construction, so the stones, in these shots, weren't yet grouted, grass wasn't yet installed, etc. I'll try to update these next summer once things have grown in a bit.

We were very pleased with the Earthscape team. We engaged them to completely redo our landscaping from the design to the execution. Then we chose to retain them for the maintenance. The crew, to a person, were all polite, considerate, knowledgeable and skilled. We look forward to watching our gardens grow and would highly recommend Earthscape to others.

We would certainly recommend this company. They did a wonderful job on the landscape project for the front of our property, which was a fairly large space. Kevin and his staff came up with a great design, they worked with us to fine tune it, and were really responsive to any concerns we had. Probably not possible to have a project without any issues, but this company worked really hard to sort out any bumps in the road and communication was great. The quality of work was outstanding! We are really pleased with the outcome!

We had an issue with excess water in our backyard so Earthscape installed an underground trench around our walkout patio and down one side of our house that connected to all of the downspouts. It has helped tremendously! The crew was very nice and professional and Sam was always quick to respond. We will use them for any future landscape projects.

Working with Earthscape was a revelation. From the planning stages of our projects to their execution, the team, managed by Kevin Foster, was highly professional, creative and knowledgeable. Their expertise enabled them to come up with solutions and compromises that improved the design and kept the costs manageable. The quality of their work on our front garden was so impressive that we did not hesitate to contract with them again when it came time to transform our small backyard. They returned in the spring to inspect the garden and ensure that it continued to flourish. From first to last, an impressive experience.

Very professional and responsive. We had a few hiccups with our project but they did very well under pressure and were reasonable to work out issues with. They most definitely went above and beyond. We would without a doubt hire them again!

We have had Sam and his team, many times over the years for different garden projects, and to freshen up areas.
The planters are changed 3 times a year, look great though the seasons.

From the seamless navigation of the City Permit system, the innovative design process proposing great ideas we hadn't even imagined, to the skilled, professional and respectful day to day execution of the plan.
Daily, for 6 weeks, the team would arrive first thing in the morning, rain or shine, consult with us when needed, and tidy up the site at day's end, all while courteously accommodating our neighbours.

We were referred to Earthscape by a pool contractor that we had been talking with. We are so happy that we were referred to them.

We have a small backyard and our goal was to maximize the pool size, but we wanted to know what that would look like. Zac worked with us to create a design that met our goal while adding a few landscaping features to transform our backyard into something special. In addition to our backyard we engaged Earthscape to lift and relay our stone driveway & walkway. They provided us with updates throughout the entire process including daily updates from the crew (letting us know what had been accomplished each day and what they were going to be working on the next day). Chris was fantastic to answer all of our questions along the way and was also prompt replying to our phone calls & emails.

We hired Earthscapes to do some drainage work for us and they did an excellent job! Worked to our schedule, arriving on time and finishing in a timely matter. They even adapted to our changes, on the spot.

This company is really professional and honest. We hired them to fix our pond at our backyard because we thought the pump didn't work. The crew showed up on time and stared to work right away. During the work, it turned out that my old pump works well and the pound isn't leaking. So, they only charge me of the cleaning work they did by their hourly rate not the installation. How professional and honest they are!
We also hired them to do the spring cleaning up and monthly service. I am impressed by the work they finished. After the spring cleaning up, my front yard and back yard look very good. I highly recommend this company for your landscape work. You will not be disappointed!

Above and beyond service is what you can expect from Earthscape. On more than one occasion Sam and his team have stepped up to resolve problems, demonstrating genuine care for the work they do as well as meeting or exceeding their clients expectations. Today Craig came to our house on a Saturday to assist with a water issue, cause of which was unknown. Sam communicates genuine concern for any damage that was and could do it up to occur and although we were unclear If the cause or “fault” of what was happening he didn’t hesitate to send Craig to “assist” with the plumber and septic specialists that were also involved. This company is quick to respond. Professional, courteous and reliable. You can count on them for quality work, keeping commitments and delivering as promised. Earthscape not only have helped use with a major outdoor landscaping renovation they are also our long term seasonal maintenance company. Highly recommend this team!

What a wonderful experience! This company delivers on what they promise. We had completely new landscaping done, front and back. The walkways, of natural stone, at the front of the House are more than I could have hoped for. I have a beautiful new natural stone patio in the backyard. I look forward to all the fabulous perennials blooming. I would like to do a special shout-out to Lisa, the designer and Richard who was in charge of building. Richard and his crew worked in horrible weather and did such a good job! I'm delighted with the final product!

We were incredibly happy with Earthscape. Sam was very responsive to all our requests, always made time to come out and visit with us to explain what he was thinking and work through the plan for our landscaping and provided clear and accurate timeframes and pricing as well as advised the best places for us to spend our money. The team that did the actual work were friendly, detail oriented and super communicative. They took time to show my 5 year old son how the equipment worked and what they were doing and left our yard clean and orderly at the end of every day. We are very happy with the level of the work and will be using Earthscape again when we start the next phase of our landscaping. I recommend without hesitation.

In the late autumn of last year, Earthscape created front and backyard gardens and outdoor living space for us at our town home. We are so pleased with the results.
