Shocked these people are still in business the way they deal with customers! Was looking for a price on a bronco they advertised refused to provide it saying deal pending but would not offer me a factory order after requesting the information for over week! Rude ignorant email from the sales manager Vineet Midha and no response after a complaint was made to the dealership owner. They currently have 4 broncos listed on their site with no price and say "contact us" and when you do this is what you get! The vehicle I inquired about is still listed for sale and to "contact us" so don't waste you time with these people. Worst customer service I have ever received!

I was looking for a vehicle that can really tow something for long trips but I couldn't figure out which one suite me better when comparing Ford Explorer VS F150. Many many thanks to my sales, Murphy, for bringing Ford Ranger to my eyes. This little lovely truck, equipped with everything I need, looks sporty and runs as smoothly as SUV in a crowded city. I saved my money and my wife loves the vehicle very much, Lol.

After over 9 months waiting I finally received my F150 that I had ordered from East Court Ford Lincoln. So called internet manager was off sick that week but a wonderful sales person Queena Hu agreed to help get the truck ready for pickup. Although this was not her sale and she was not getting anything for it but she happily, graciously, pleasantly readied the truck for me. She might be at the wrong dealership but if you have to go there please ask for her, she is excellent at what she does and very knowledgeable.

I had a great experience picking up my 2021 Ford Escape. Salesman Sam Thapa was super helpful, friendly, and professional, and made the whole experience a pleasure.

Worst guy anshul, i called in to check prices, but he was in a hurry to cut the phone and get rid of the call soon without even listening to what a customer wants to say or as, even after firat call he started saying come to store we will see and anything i ask he rwplied beforehand with no,

Also i booked appointment with vineet, he sent me invite to connect at 6 pm but i waited for 20 mins on zoom call and he did not show up, when i called some lady said he is busy now and won't be free for next 20 mins or so and was like rude about the meering when i asked that inbooked online, worst service, not at all welcoming new customers.

Faisal was excellent with helping me find my dream Bronco! He was attentative and quick to respond to my questions! I am so glad I decided to use Faisal and get my dream car!

Nov 24,2021: Made an appointment for my first "Free" oil change and was told that I need to speak with a Service Technician first. So, went over at the appointed time only to be told that there is a 3-hr wait. For an oil change? I am better with any quick-change service bay like Mr. Lube! Free change is a scam - it actually mean no service but last serve!
No more purchase with 'free stuffs. '

Emma was amazing. I had a lot questions about the truck features and towing capabilities and Emma was extremely knowledgeable. We also got the best deal in town, Emma made this Happen!

Vaneet and Fred were very helpful with getting us our new car. We came all the way from Brampton just for them.

I visited East Court Ford dealership on March 20th for service for my Ford Explorer. As I entered the front door, I was promptly greeted by a gentleman called “Nigi“. He spoke and dressed professionally and dealt with my service request swiftly. My paperwork was prepared in no time at all. As I had various errands to attend to after dropping off my vehicle, Nigi also helped to arrange a driver from Ford dealership called “Frank”, who quickly drove me home. Both gentlemen were very attentive and helpful in providing their service. Later in the day, I realized that I could not find my house keys and was rather anxious to find them. I called back the dealership and Nigi and Frank both assisted me greatly to search for them. I eventually was able to locate my keys, for which I am very thankful to both Nigi and Frank. Therefore I promptly wrote this email right after my dealership visit today. Thank you very much for your great service.

Navin's honesty and friendly approach makes one feel like they are part of your family. In my years of dealing with dealerships I have never felt as welcomed as I have been by Navin and his team! Ever since then I have never taken my cars for service anywhere and even send my family and friends who may not be within vacinity of East Court Ford specifically to see Navin.

The world needs more people like Navin, more honest service members in the automotive world would eliminate that "shady" feeling people have of dealership service departments!

My name is Cliff and just purchased a new Ford Fusion, did it all over one phone call. I purchased here because of the great deal and that exact car was not in my area, I being two hours away. My salesman was Raj Talwar and I must say after buying many cars this was the first time a deal was made not trying to sell me something more than I wanted. Always I do a lot research whenever I buy vehicle and my research stop here due to good consultation. I appreciate malay for this to give me nice solution.

Do not bother with these crooks and liars. Promised life time oil changes and they reneged on agreement. They changed their policy suddenly and will no longer stand by their word. Shameful dishonest. I would have still gone in for service if they weren't so overpriced and incompetent. Claimed they did a complete inspection yet missed burnt out lightbulb, break pad replacement and Tie Rod end replacement. When I asked them the price for replacing 1 lightbulb wanted to charge me $75. Take your car somewhere else. If anyone wants to initiate a class action lawsuit COUNT ME IN!

From 2015-2017, I only have good things to say. Very happy with my experience working with Sandra Chen (Leasing manager). I had a 2015 ford lease and wanted to trade it in with 1 year and 4 months left when I first approached her. She helped me with the trade in without any penalty and a good deal on my new vehicle

BUT my experiences in the last year of 2018 with the service department.being turned away multiple times and eventually having to escalate a simple issue to finally have it resolved has changed the way I feel.

Good team. Technically sound and worth visiting before buying a car. I went for a Dodge Caravan and found Malay to be helpful in getting all details about vehicle history. Liked the support.

Took advantage of the fact that i was new to the country and sold the car at sticker price by convincing me that new Mustangs are always sold at MSRP in Canada. The sales guy Vincent/Vinay was very unclear about the pricing and said it was too complicated to explain and that it will all be taken care of when i asked for details. Visited another ford dealer with a friend recently and realized how wrong i was to trust this guy. I was handed the keys inside the dealership at delivery and i had to search and drive the vehicle out of their lot from the back and leave by myself. Will never recommend or visit this dealership again.

Worst service department I have ever dealt with. I booked an appointment for 10am. Went to drop my truck off and they wouldn’t take it. They said they might get to it in two days if I leave the truck with them. Then he said having no airbags isn’t a big deal anyway and I shouldn’t be worried about it.

I recently leased a Ford Explorer from East Court that was not meant to be. (Meaning I had no choice). This was by far the worst experience with any dealership in all my 40 years of buying or leasing vehicles. They wear you down until you sign. Which I did and within on hour of signing I called to tell them I changed my mind, they told me I had to take the vehicle even after I pointed out that the had lied to me about several things. I emailed the manager and the owner, they basically told me to go to hell.
I also called Ford canada and OMVIC in which I was told there was no cooling off period for purchasing a vehicle.and I had to take the SUV
I also found in my calculation of the purchase agreement they had double charge me for an item and three of the options I was promised
was not on the vehicle but I had no choice but to take the vehicle.
They are thieves.

Leased a car 3 years ago and just returned it recently. No complaint in general when you keep in mind this is a Ford instead of any luxury brands.

Some service representative here seems overly confident on the quality of Ford when I mentioned there were some glitches in the electronic system (e.g. The rear windshield brush automatically switches on when I only switch on the front one; the regular beeping sound upon signal lights just disapears and you have to turn off the car and turn it on again to get it back.etc.) He said those glitches only happened on Japanese cars. OK, you got an opinion.

Service is the worst in my experience. For simple example, add engine oil too much to harmful your engine.and it happen ever times.this place is 100% garbage!
