One of our favorite date night spots! The food and service are always incredible, well worth the visit!

I was with a very large loud group of people for a holiday party and we ate so well and the servers were so patient and kind - especially with explanations and suggestions for some kids who had dietary restrictions. I enjoyed the variety of flavours and textures and presentation of dishes. It was a great experience.

Very professional service. The lunch menu had a wide variety especially seafood and sushi items. You place orders by clicking items off of a tablet that each table receives when seated. Our party of 8 had prompt water refills throughout. The price is fair for the all you can eat menu.

Only ordered to go but we thoroughly enjoyed our food. My mum says the spring rolls are her favourite in the city so far, and my avocado rolls were fresh and yummy. Good avocado to rice ratio. I hope to eat in soon, but so far, with our takeout experience, we like what we had.

We cane with big group and encountered no problem. Food is really good and friendly ppl running the place. Highly recommended if you are in the Niagara area.

Afra was our server tonight and she was delightful. Great food, clean atmosphere. Always love coming to East.

When I enter the belt shop. The waiter told me to wait 5 minutes. We waited there for 25 minutes. At this time, the service staff told us that we could only eat until 7.30. It was already 6.30. Then I asked what if I didn't finish eating by 7.30? The waiter told me. We won't serve you any food after 7.30. I have eaten here countless times. Feeling so angry for the first time.

Enjoyed a lunch special for take out. 2 sushi rolls, maki sushi, salad and miso soup and can of pop for $21. Very filling, fresh and enjoyable. I ordered extra spicy mayo on side and did not receive any on my sushi or on side. But they did give me a cup with ice and straw for drink. So it makes up for it.

It used to be really good but has been going downhill steadily. Most recently we tried the take out and the quality of the sushi preparation was poor. So, we tried dining at the restaurant last night and were met with dried ginger and old wasabi along with inconsistently prepared food. We noticed that the same “scorched shrimp” at the neighbouring table was prepared properly, but ours was not scorched and the rice just fell apart. I think that I’ve giving this business enough chances…so it’s time to move on.

Way too expensive. 2 people for lunch buffet and we eat had 2 drinks. For the price, it was not good enough.

Everything is always absolutely delicious, Gaunik is a wonderful server and gave amazing service throughout our whole meal. Will definitely always come back for the monday night oysters.we celebrated a birthday and had a blast

I got a parking ticket due inadequate parking spaces. Neither was there any clear instructions from the staff until after the fact. Nevertheless, this place served the BEST SUSHI IN ONTARIO! Nased on what we have had, no where else (so far) can be matched to you guys in favor+taste+presentation.
I hope they open a branch in Ottawa soon. When you do, please let me know.

Great food at a very reasonable price. Our server Anya was very nice to us - great service all around. Would definitely recommend.

The quality and quantity of take out is so small. Octopus sliced way thiner than other restaurants. Roll smaller than other places too. Taste not really good since items in roll have poor quality too

Absolutely our favorite sushi restaurant. We love the atmosphere and service of course the food is always delicious. So many great options to choose from. I do recommend making a reservation if you plan on dining in.

Spectacular tasting all you can eat restaurant. By far the best in town. Highly level of service and management on site is SPECTACULAR!

My first time visiting this restaurant; I felt rushed, and the staff was clumsy. Food is above average, and there are some unique dishes. The decor was nice but the environment was loud. Mid tear restaurant.

Our server gaunik, was prompt and attentive. He was very polite and friendly and all around a great server. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Service is good even thought some orders get lost (wich happens multiple times every time we come), and that some others take years to get to the table (literally just got the pork belly while waiting for the dessert), the attendants are very helpful and always ask if we are missing something, the food is always delicious and they have a lot of variety, and the place is nice.

The food is always fantastic! Ania was an outstanding waitress, taking care of all our needs. We look forward to coming again.

I have been a patron of East dprany years, and I have to say, while I was pleased with the food today, everything was very, very slow. We placed our order on the iPad and it took 15 minutes for a Server to come to our table to process it. Took another 20 minutes for a few salads to ce out, and we still didn't have a fully set table.

I appreciate you accommodating our gorup of 7 without a reservation, but I was really shocked at how long everything took, especially since it wasn't busy. Our lunch ended up taking more than 2 hours.

I went there with my dad two evenings in a row when I was competing at a guitar competition nearby. The service was immaculate, the food was fresh and absolutely delicious. The plating was especially nice, as the food would be served a slightly different way on different trays with different decorations every time, which added a creative and artistic touch to it. Props to our server, I forgot his name, but if he reads this, I'm sure he'll remember us.

The sashimi here is very fresh! The grilled bbq is a hit or miss. The grilled bbq is either under or overcooked. The sushi is delicious.

The server we had was great but his coworkers were not very helpful. The other servers would not help clear the tables unless it was their own, they wouldn't even clear when there was not enough room for the incoming new dishes.

Le principe est sympa dans la formule à volonté, on commande les plats depuis une tablette.
Le seul soucis que j’ai eu c’est que mes commandes ont du se perdre et finalement j’ai pas pu prendre beaucoup de chose avant que la cuisine ferme. Le serveur m’as quand même permis de recommander avant que la cuisine ferme mais du coup j’ai beaucoup attendu des plats qui n’arrivaient pas.

Very satisfying. Service is off the charts good and the food is very fresh, I imagine them in the back wrestling the octopus into submission. Could not ask for more.
