Excellent and knowledgeable service, East appliance was great. He was familiar with our machine's make and model even though they are 20 years old. Washer would not spin. Fixed it within 30 minutes. Also looked at the dryer on the spot. It would not spin, intermittently. Of course it didn't act up for Rick, but he could tell from the sound that the motor needed to be replaced. Hallelujah- fixed within 1 week and all for less than half the cost of replacing just one of the units.

They have excellent customer service and the staff is very cooperative! My dryer stopped working so I called them for dryer repair. Their workers were very helpful as they fixed the dryer and also gave me additional tips on how to maintain it once it is running. I have to say that I will be calling them again if I need any appliances repaired in my home.

Very professional team of appliance technicians came respectfully to our home to assist with our Samsung dryer that stopped producing heat and also had a load squeaking noise while it was running.
The team was able to replace am heat element and a faulty balance wheel and got both problems resolved! Great work guys

Great professional service done by the technician Eddie on our maytag washer that failed to drain and spin the water out in the end of the cycle.
He replaced a broken drain pump which he had in is truck and solved the problem. Excellent experience and very reasonable price!

Fantastic service. They were able to book an appointment for me fairly quickly. Once they diagnosed the problem, they explained and showed me the defective part. They were in and out promptly leaving the area clean and tidy afterwards.
