I’ve found my new dentist! I loved walking into this new practice. Aside from being greeted by Iya who was wonderful, it has a beautiful waiting room with a coffee machine and waters, a lovely little kids are with books about visiting the dentist and toys. The staff was fantastic, and Dr. Snob was thorough. The things I appreciated most were that he took the time to explain things to me, he referred me to a specialist and rather than charging me for a new set of pano x-rays, he asked me for consent to get my latest scan from my previous doctor. I’ll be transferring my entire family to this practice.

The staff at the clinic are amazing. Also, the clinic is very cozy and beautiful. I would definitely recommend!

I live in Almonte but travel to Orleans because Dr. Zbib is that good!
Not only is he a great Doctor but he is a great person who takes the best care of you.
If you are nervous going to the dentist that will all fade away when you're in the care of Dr. Zbib and his staff.

Beautiful clean clinic with very friendly welcoming staff. Dr Zbib did a great job with my filling. He is super honest and caring and makes his patients feel well informed about any decisions they need to make! The hygienist was also very friendly and did a great job cleaning my teeth! I loved that I could watch Netflix throughout:)

Aya at reception was very kind and sweet. Had a misunderstanding with opencare but she booked me in right away. Dr. Basel was also very professional and explained everything thoroughly to allow me to make an informed decision about my teeth. Highly recommend

This was my first visit to the East Ottawa Dental office and from the moment I walked into the bright, modern office I was put at ease by the welcoming staff.
My appointment was for 10: 00 and at 10: 05 I was in the dental chair being prepped for x-rays taken by a wonderful technician.
Dr Zbib spent more than a 1/2 hour going over my X-rays and offering advice and suggestions.
My fear of going to the dentist has been negated and I look forward to a long relationship with a very efficient and friendly doctor and staff.

I had a wonderful experience here, everyone was very nice, and the whole place is very clean. Dr Zbib was very understanding of my situation and helped me feel comfortable. I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment!

I just visited Dr Zbib looking a treatment plan as my teeth are wearing and in need of care. He did a full review with xrays and pictures explaining each area in need of attention. We went over options and listed the order of importance, weighing pros and cons. I left with a good sense of next steps and af feeling I'm in good hands. Very friendly staff and a very relaxed atmosphere.

I had the best dental appointment ever. The staff was very friendly, professional and organized. Dr Zbib was very welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. The office is very modern and the equipments seemed very new and top notch. I couldn’t recommend Dr Zbib enough. What an awesome team!

Dentist and the receptionist were very kind and non-judgemental. They have TVs on the ceiling in the exam rooms to keep you occupied. They are trauma-informed and make it clear that you are welcome to get care there. They currently are accepting ODSP patients. I am looking forward to continuing my dental care here.

Dr. Zbib is great with kids! He did a great job making my daughter feel comfortable in the chair.

I went for my 2 year old son, everyone was so friendly and it was a great visit and the Dr. Was very good with him and playful.

I was super happy with the treatment for my daughters dental appointment at East Ottawa Dental. Dr. Zbib was able to explain everything to us so thoroughly. He was also very patient with my daughter and provided such a fun atmosphere for her. She was able to watch Netflix during her visit and received a fun toy at the end. Overall, we had a great experience and I can tell than Dr. Zbib genuinely cares for his patients.

I had a fantastic first experience coming at East Ottawa Dental. Not only was the staff super friendly, and accommodating, upon entry the spa music was playing, it was extremely relaxing and all were so inviting. Booking was so easy to do. Dr. Zbib was extremely gentle and communicative along the way to ensure the best possible and transparent experience. I can’t recommend Dr. Basel Zbib enough! I have had a lifetime during my childhood with one dentist and tried many others since his retirement. I have found my new dental home. Thank you Dr Zbib.
