As I was experiencing pain in a tooth, the practice was gracious enough to accommodate me prior to my scheduled appointment. Once there, the problem was quickly found and solved. The entire staff is always friendly and professional. Great people, great work.

Fantastic service every single time! Everyone at East River is lovely and professional! Not to mention that they only bill the provincial standards, so you’re never paying for a bunch of extra charges (that I have had with EVERY other dentist I’ve been to!)

I’ve had nothing but good service at this dentist. I’ve been going for over a decade now and can’t say how nice it is to have a dentist that takes care of their patients. The staff is friendly and helpful and the dentists always insure you’re comfortable. Definitely makes getting fillings and other operations a lot less stressful.

I can strongly recommend this clinic to everyone!
The first thing that immediately attracted me when I entered this clinic was that they spoke to me in a language that I understood (Russian) Thank you Tina for help in communication! I was able to explain the problem, they helped me solve it. They helped to speed up the process with the Healthy Smile card, since it took me more than 2 months to apply for this card. Incredibly gentle, careful doctor Dr. Szeto. The younger child, who did not even approach the dental chair for fear or just sat with his mouth closed, let his teeth be cleaned - it was very gentle and gentle and did not hurt even without anesthesia. He was able to sit for almost an hour and give all his teeth to be cleaned and said that he would come again. The eldest son said that he just fell asleep in the chair, it was so gentle and not painful. He fixed 2 teeth at once! Thank you for helping my two children!

My family and I have been going here for a very long time. We actually moved out of town and still continue to go here. The staff are so friendly and great with kids. We are very pleased every visit!
