Been a customer with these guys for over 5 years and have not once been disappointed!

Their service goes above and beyond in that they are completely transparent with what bike would best suit your needs as well as never upselling you for bike repairs. (Unlike other places *cough* *cough* *Ziggy Cycles)

They also have HUUUUUUUUGE selection of parts in stock and have a high turnaround even during peak season.

I called recently and the person who picked up spent over 15 minutes answering all my questions for upgrading/repairing my mountain bike and gave solid advice for saving the most that I can while not sacrificing quality.

10/10 Recommend!

This store is in a great location with lots of parking. I bought a bike here but I also go here for supplies, parts and advice. The staff is great, knowledgeable and really helpful.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, have been helpful with everything from picking gear to deciding on a new bike, and helpful with any minor issues that's come up, labour rates are very reasonable for the quality work. And amazing selection in-stock. They've had no problem answering multiple questions and havent tried to upsell products, always recommending the right product for my need and budget. 100% would recommend

Great local bike shop. They have an incredible amount of inventory including MBTs, hybrids, and road bikes and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Have had my bike serviced here and was extremely pleased with the work. Would recommend.

These guys are great! They are professional and work fast with accuracy. I had a flat fixed and wheel replaced. I left with my bike feeling good as new, all tuned up, and a lot safer. I barely even had brakes! I would highly recommend this shop.

Was in the East Cycle today as I had a issue with my bike first time out when my chain broke. Owner John explained to me what happened, gave me some advice, fix the chain and sent me on my way. Great guy and great business. Highly recommend them to all cyclist looking to buy or for service.

Mountain bikers paradise. They have exceptional stock, super high end and rare parts, and a fast turnaround time for bike repairs. I had my Fox 38 serviced with a quick turnaround! Highly recommend checking this place out.
