Great experience. Food was delicious and the server (Rachel) was wonderful. The food took a little bit long to come, but the restaurant was full.

Amazing Italian restaurant that offers all you can eat garlic bread with certain meal options. I have tried quite a number of meals here and they have all been good. Really good. I recommend it.

Awesome food and great service. The owner was super friendly and on the way out he gave my daughter a free treat which she was super happy about. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for good food affordable food and great service.

Great food, great servers. The owner is extremely welcoming and you can tell he cares about not only his customers but he cares for his staff also! Wonderful dinner place for a family. My wife and toddler love coming here. The salad and soup are a huge reason we come here. Great job guys keep it up!

The waiter Michelle is literally the best! This is the only location we’ll go to when we visit ottawa, it always perfect food and amazing service every-time.

My family and I had a delicious dinner this evening at the Hunt Club East Side Marios. The food was excellent and our server (Dave) was absolutely amazing! You would never know it was crazy busy … we didn’t wait for any part of our meal and Dave was super friendly we would highly recommend this restaurant

Horrendous. I do not say this lightly: This is the worst service I have ever received. Waited 50 minutes for our second bread in our All-You-Can-Eat pasta meal. We both ordered All-You-Can-Eat. We left our bread board and empty salad bowl on the edge of the table and it took 50 minutes for someone who wasn't even our server to give us our next bread and salad. Our server had 4 tables at her busiest. 3 couples (including us) and a table of 4 that slowly increased to a table of 7. It was painfully obvious she was trying to get on the table of 7's good side while ignoring us for a bigger tip. It makes sense, that table is likely going to tip way more than the 3 couples tables combined. But do I ever regret no asking to get a different server. She didn't just not check up on us, she was looking at pictures on one of the guests at the table of 7's phone and couldn't pull herself away. Even when we finally got our food she ran away like she knew we were going to take up her time by asking for refills. Our pastas were also not very saucy. We told management as it happened and were given an extra bread (that we would have gotten anyway had the server just checked up on us.), a free dessert, and 15% off our bill. I appreciate the gesture but I think our extremely poor service is worth more than 15% off and a small dessert. I know Nepean doesn't offer many Italian restaurants compared to downtown but I would definitely urge you to go somewhere else. Based on my experience last night, this place cannot get it's act together.

As Barrhaven's restaurant closed (?) Now this one is super full. They told me the wait line was 45 min. Which is ridiculous, so we crossed the street

The food was cold served on a heated.
The sauce tasted like it came out of a can.
When I returned home,
I spent most of the time in the bathroom, I came down with a case of botulism.

I would NEVER go to this location or any other East Side ever again! We were so disappointed with our experience with both the food and service. Once we were seated the waitress brought over the bread (which has really shrunk in its size) and plates but we had no cutlery to use. Once we got everything we needed we placed our order for food. We ordered two pasta dishes with chicken breasts, the Veal Limone and cheese cappelletti from the kids menu. We got salads with all three meals and were given one serving of salad and never asked again if we needed more (all you can eat salad). We literally had to play find the chicken breast in the pasta dishes. It seemed they took one breast and had split it between the two dishes. There was barely any chicken to be seen. I don't eat veal but I could tell from the dish something was wrong. The veal was overdone and so extremely chewy to a point where it was so difficult to cut into. Either it was left in the fryer too long or sat on the ledge waiting to be picked up but wasn't. The cheese cappelletti was very dry in some spots and clearly missing sauce. My daughter barely ate it and I don't blame her - I wouldn't enjoy dried pasta either. We had to remind the waitress her meal came with dessert. The new menu sucks! The options are not all that great and the portions have decreased significantly while the prices have gone up. I understand everything is getting expensive but honestly give people the quality and quantity they are paying for. What an overall disappointment. We will be taking out business elsewhere!

Foods fine but their definition of 'all you can eat bread sticks' was two bread sticks per person.after requesting more bread twice.

Last Saturday I ordered a take out at around 12pm. The lady busser very lacked patience. She looked so busy for no other customer there. The order completed in 10min.when I made payment for that take out, i have to pay a tips or I could not finish the payment!

It was amazing food! Milad was a excellent server, we came here to celebrate my friend’s birthdayMilad knew the menu by heart and the food was sooo filling and delicious!

The meal was good.
They never asked me if I wanted cheese or pepper on my salad which they usually do.

Busy evening lots of staff but service needs improvement. Had to ask three times, three different staff to get a drinking straw. Food was barely warm and lacking sauce On the good side the bread is really good as is the Italian wedding soup although the first bowl was barely warm my second was hot. In fairness I will wait a while and try again after all everyone has a bad day now and again
