Piss poor service, got our food and waiting almost 30 plus minutes for our drinks, it was a different server everytime we got something. It's Wednesday, get it together.

The food was good but what really wowed me was the service. Came in last Friday with my husband and two kids. Mieka was our server and she made it very enjoyable. She was welcoming, friendly, efficient and just made our dinning experience seamless. She was also patient with my children while they ordered their own meal. I would go back solely based on the fact that she would be our server.

I picked this location specifically as I always have great experiences here. To start off the hostess was quite rude. After we were sat, our waiter came over with a board for the bread but no bread, we ordered our food and drinks right away. We then waited about 20 mins just for drinks and 40mins for bread. After we ate our bread and finished our drinks we wait another 10mins for salad. We waited over an hour for our food. When it came my friends was extremely tasteless and the meatballs were dry. Overall a terrible experience.

Olivia and Brandon were amazing servers. They really did the most to make sure we had a wonderful evening. Would recommend asking for them if you are making reservations!

We had their promo for two to dine for 50$, and honestly, there were no complaints here for the amount of food we got. The portion sizes were huge, and we also got all you can eat salad and bread as part of the deal.

We had the tomatoe soup as another stater with the salad, two pastas for the mains, and teramissu for dessert. The appetizers and desserts were all great. The mains, however, were sadly disappointing, I was so thrilled with how good the appetizers were that I hoped the mains would be on Parr, but unfortunately, we were both lacking. The pastas were soggy and very underseasoned. For an Italian restaurant to not have good pasta was very surprising.

All in all, though, we enjoyed ourselves and ate our fill, our server was also really nice.

Awesome food, nice ambience, friendly and efficient servers. I had the meatball sammy with the wedding soup for only 13.99, it was delicious. They also give unlimited garlic bread, and for an extra price you can get bottomless salad and soup. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent server. Handled a crowd of kids and adults for a birthday party with smile and efficiency. Kudos!

Despite a shortage of staff and an overwhelming number of guests, Joel was able to get me and my family a table, and he cleaned it thoroughly in a short time.

I usually come to this location 2-3 a month.wife always gets pasta and I get the parm with fries.today I was thinking pasta and got the garlic chicken pasta.horrible idea the pasta was still hard and there was no taste in the “garlic” chicken or pasta I added parm and my tomato soup.as a Chef this was horrible to spend my day off.the server even asked me and my 9 month pregnant wife if we wanted alcohol in the lemonade.might not return for a while.

Worst service ever. When you’re ordering all you can eat. You would expect the waitress to come to the table every now and then. It’s been 37 minutes no waitress.

I haven't been to an Eastside Mario's in years but it's was my first time at this location. My friend and I were greeted by a hostess we had a choice of various types of seating area. In the bar area they have booths, a bar with high stools, table and higher chair, in another section there is also tables and chairs or half of a booth table and chairs. We were told that they have a new menu. The serve started with a warm garlic homeloaf and butter, we were offered drinks while we perused through the menu. Our server was very pleasant and took the time to better describe a few of the dishes that we were interested in. Our meals were hot and very tasty. We both also had desserts and my peanut dessert was delicious. We felt welcome and were not rushed to leave, the restaurant was clean and so was their washrooms. We enjoyed our time and we will definitely be going back.

Hi yesterday on our 51st wedding anniversary we decided to order out at 4: 50 and picked up our order at 5: 15 half had the right name and the other half had someone else's. We noticed after we ate our salad that the main course was all wrong. The right half of the order was still there. Got home it was cold and had to be reheated. So finally got to eat an hour and half later. Needless to say that our special dinner was no longer special. I called back to the resto they recognized the mistake but would not deliver. So I had to go back. They offered one small chocolate browny which does not really compensate for the stress and aggravation related to getting this special dinner on time. I hope that someone in customer service can review, reach out to us and come up with a suitable offer.

Ordered salad from Skip. I'm not sure what the thought was but considering the size of salad provided, the packet of dressing is way too small. Not good!

The food was tasty service was good considering our server was very new. We enjoyed the experience.

Our server wasn’t friendly, she didn’t respond or talk to us and would just put stuff on the table and leave.we asked for two diet pepsi and didn’t get either of them and they were still on the bill.food was good but wouldn’t come back.

A very large establishment with ample parking nearby and easy to locate. Staff were prompt and friendly and helpful. The fruit stone juice drinks were great. The restaurant was very wide open and had several TVs visible.

We, a party of 3 generations of women, visited the ESM Gloucester location last night to celebrate my mother’s 76th birthday and could not be more pleased!

Shout out to our AMAZING server, Sade, who was new to her role: the night of our visit was only her 3rd shift. (Kudos to the hiring manager for bringing her onto your team, since they definitely recognized a true gem in hiring her! That kind of calibre of personality and quality of service is hard to find and once you do, you’ve got to keep hold of!)

Not only was the food served timely and tasty, but Sade’s friendly demeanour, knowledge of the menu, incredible personality and overall HIGH LEVEL of customer service, made my mom’s birthday dinner the highlight of her day.

So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you, Sade! (I hope that this review gardeners you whatever treatment an individual receives for giving above and beyond stellar service!)

Exceptional customer service and great food. The children and I even had leftovers due to big portions provided.

We were seated at a table that was set, but dirty (felt sticky, visible crumbs). My 15 year old son was given a children's menu with crayons; we had to flag someone down to get a regular menu instead. All the menus were sticky.

The bathrooms were a bit messy, which I can chalk up to it being the tail end of the dinner rush on a Saturday, but there were lots of flies in the bathroom and in the dining room.

Food was consistent with other East Side Mario's locations, but our mains sat under the heat lamp too long: the edges of our pastas were crunchy.

Would not return to this location.

Very over priced. Establishment was extremely dirty.garbage on bathroom ceilings and floors. Horrible atmosphere, felt very sterile like a hospital with blinding lights and no ambiance. Place seems to be run by teenagers. Will never return.

Went Sunday August 13 for my BD dinner with friends. Patio not open due to staffing shortage. Food smaller portions and more expensive. Lasagna 1/2 size it used to be. Tasted off to me, not good. No extra to take home. Tomato Soup was fine, they brought extra bread. I got no teeth yet, still waiting for dentures, limited what I can eat.

Friends got me blueberry cheesecake with BD candle and staff sung Happy Birthday to me. Don't like blueberries and Friend knows I hate blueberries. Maybe that's why he ordered it. Little annoying.

Restaurant was closing an hour early, my friend who was paying for the meal.took off.before the bill arrived. Bit of a situation. Eventually others " chipped in to cover". Then he came back. The people that chipped in had already left.

Strange Evening with friends at Restaurant that's kinda gone down the tubes.

I went in the other day with a family member to enjoy their lunch special, and was greeted with a warm smile. We were impressed with the timely service, positive attitude from our friendly server, and the food was delicious!
