Everything was really good! Jayden served our table and was really nice and very attentive! Zachary also served us and was extremely nice!

Des was our amazing server! Such great energy from the start. She was super quick to get us our food, followed up with us and always did so with a smile.

We were seated then sat for 15 minutes without even having someone say hi or ask our drinks. Then when we brought this to the attention of the hostess, they deliberated for another 5 minutes who would take our table. Finally they made the hostess come and ask us to move tables. At that point we walked out. Awful service. Hostess was nice but everyone else walked by as if it wasn’t their problem and ignored our table.

Do not recommend, there’s other locations near by don’t waste your time here.

Jessie did an absolutely fantastic job as a hostess she was incredibly attentive and was always making sure we were happy and topped up on water

One of the best restaurant experiences I've had. I went there for a first date last week. The hostess was super kind and friendly, she complimented my outfit which I loved. We sat upstairs on an empty patio which was just beautiful, our waiter was super friendly as well with these awesome looking glasses. He frequently came to make sure we were doing alright and asked questions to make sure I had no gluten in my meal, as I am allergic. The food was fantastic, they have many gluten free options for me and my date and I had a wonderful time. When I commented that I loved a song that came over the radio, the waiter heard and turned it up for us. When leaving everyone was very kind in wishing us a good weekend, and another member of staff even pointed me to the bathroom with a smile on his face when I looked lost. Beautiful place, friendly staff and excellent food. Fantastic experience all over with this location, I'm sure we will be back for another date in the future?

I generally like this chain for casual American Italian. I love the included bread, soup and salad. They've recently changed their Italian wedding soup for the better! Their new bacon potato soup was too thin. I tried the Trio sampler. Not bad but I'll go back to one of my favorite pasta choices.

I had a Waitress named Raja. We are not from the area, she was ultimately the cherry to our experience, hands down the nicest waitress ibe run into in my 30l2 years!

Food as always was amazing

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Bell’s Corners East Side Mario’s all due to the outstanding service we were provided by our waitress named Jayden. She was extremely attentive, bringing over more bread and salads promptly when she noticed we were low, asking how everything was doing frequently, and carrying herself like she was very happy to be at work and serving us. She was an absolute pleasure to meet and get to know a bit more. We will definitely be back and hope to have her as our waitress again!

Food was great and we received excellent service by Sara W. She was even able to accommodate my request for lots of extra olives in the salad and brought me out a great robot for my birthday! Thanks for making the day special East Side Mario’s and Sara!

Waiters were extremely good, though the food took about 17 minutes to come, which is relatively quick for most restaurants, the food was spectacular, would go again

Our server Des was awesome! My empty glass would just hit the table and she would be there with a refill. So positive and friendly. Made sure we always had everything we needed. We hope to have her every time we are here.

We pretty much had the entire restaurant to ourselves for lunch. The service was very good.

Des was incredible. Super nice and personable. She was quick and responsive. She took great care of us ensuring that we had the best experience possible. I wish all servers were as awesome as Des! Kudos to her for making our dining experience something special. I can’t thank her enough.
