East Side Mario's Aurora

Me and my friend ordered Chicken fingers and they were nice soft and crispy so we’re the fry’s and the bread was nice and soft. Are waiters name was Minnah and she was very nice. She made the experience a lot better I think this place is great and u should definitely come here

We showed up Jan 13 with no reservation and had 30 people. They fit us in quickly. Fast service and had our food quickly! Very impressed and happy with the service

Amazing service! Oriaiva was absolutely amazing and was so patient and kind! The service is incomparable because of the welcoming environment and amazing staff!

Servers were amazing but the table cloth was absolutely disgusting had to move to a table without one.
Food was below mid, pretty much what you'd expect from east side Mario's.

Very friendly service with smiles all around and good food. Our server was named Asif (not sure if i spelled it correctly). Live music was calming and suited the atmosphere. We will go back for sure.

We ate here on Saturday and had a great night! The live music in the background while eating from the two musicians Jacob and Winston really made it a memorable dining experience. I would definitely come back just for the performers - an atmosphere unlike any other restaurant in the area. The food was very tasty for the price as well.

Asif served us. Live jazz playing in the background was incredible, the soup is all you can eat, the dessert was amazing. Asif was so much fun to be around!

Asif was our server and he was exceptional. Our meal was delicious- fresh baked bread, unlimited soup and salad, and our main course. We come often because we love the place! Thank you!

Went here for dinner with a couple of friends and had a great experience. Bishop, our waiter, was extremely friendly and positive, able to answer any questions we had and made us feel very welcome with excellent hospitality skills. The food was great but the highlight is really Bishop.

My boyfriend and I came to east side Mario’s tonight and the waiter Alex was very helpful with deciding meal options for starters. Alex was great through the whole experience checking in on us making sure we were enjoying our meal.

The waitresses are so rude! They said my QR code was blurry so I was not allowed in! I am triple vaxxed! When I was leaving they were being caddy. Do not appreciate the disgusting attitude I was given! Nice way to treat your customer I will never ever go to another East Side Mario's again!

I came in to the restaurant with my family tonight and we were served by Bishop! We received great service from him and the experience was 5/5! I will continue to come to this location in the future:)

They need to change food prep times for uber eats orders so drivers don't waste valuable minutes of their lives constantly waiting. Multiple occurrences at this location warrant a review. Couldn't care less about the quality of the food.but it's East Side Mario's so it's likely as far away from authentic Italian as it gets.

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience last night! Our waiter was personable, kind, speedy and made an incredible Caesar drink. The food was great, and the experience was even better. The owner (or manager?) even brought out hot sauce for my husband to try! We were very glad we chose to eat at East Sides Aurora before our movie.

Alex was super nice and funny! He made sure we were always enjoying ourselves and was the most genuine server

Very happy to be out & about on the first day of spring. Enjoyed excellent calamari, and of course the famous salad & bread. Our server was Asif and was so happy and kind! Thank you for a great experience:)

We had Bishop as our server tonight. Hands down fantastic service. Very attentive, great personality, and made sure we had everything we needed for our appetizers, drinks, and entrees. First time we’d been back to this location in a while. Owners have done a nice job with the restaurant. Looking forward to coming in again soon!

I went on a date there last night and we had a great experience! Our waiter’s name was Bishop and he made our night amazing! Easy 5 stars for him! Thank you so much Bishop. We will be coming back 100%!

I came in Thursday evening. I sat down at the bar for a few drinks. I had the most amazing bartender - Bishop. He made me three really nice drinks, then some food. He got all of it out quickly, had a really good conversation at the same time. Would definitely come back just to sit at the bar for him!

Alex has been a great server. He is very responsive and keep coming to ask if we need anything.

Food ok, service ok, speed ok, but the floor always dirty. If you guys can hire someone to clean the floor will be great.

Five of us had dinner there tonight. Did not have reservation but only waited about 15 minutes. Food and service from Aasif Was outstanding.

The rating varies by day. When it is packed, it's is closer to a 3 star because waiting for food takes up to an hour.

If it it's not packed then it's 5 star family restaurant for this price range.

Great service by Alexande! He was always there right when needed, fast, prompt and attentive. I hope we get him when we return!

Disappointing take-out experience. I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes, but had to wait 40 more minutes after I got there. Half the order sat on the counter for 15-20 minutes (with two cold drinks laying on top) while they made the other half. Would be great if the restaurant could offer accurate times, or call the number i gave them to say there is a delay. I would recommend going elsewhere

Food was ok, service wasn’t great. Slow on drinks (even water). Never did offer cheese on our salad/entrées.

Had a late lunch with my sister's today. A big thank you to Bryanna our server and to the owner. Service was great, food served timely and entrees were fresh and hot. Absolutely delicious! Thanks!

What a GREAT experience! I thoroughly enjoy my visit to this location in Aurora and they are often!

I usually take my wife and son and have a wonderful time. They never disappoint!

From the great servers, to the cooks and friendly management, I appreciate a good experience, and in and out service. Everything is always so clean and well managed.

The food is always hot and fresh, and they always aim to please.

I am so happy I can go back again since we are able to dine in. Otherwise I do usually pick up and they are awesome!

I would definitely recommend the cauliflower pizza, the and the hellskitchen chicken parm and of course the calimari diablo!

Cauliflower crust pizza and Spaghettini Primavera with Goat Cheese are an absolute must! Incredible food, service and attention to detail! Super friendly staff and clean environment. Highly recommend this location, especially with the latest management.

We always come to this location, today we met Sajad a new manager, what a blessing. This guy has customer service at top of his list. Good food, good environment, clean and friendly, amazing service.

Haven’t been to this East Side Mario’s in a few years and was pleasantly surprised. Food was fresh and delivered promptly. The endless salad and garlic bread with our meals was a great value and our server Brenna was friendly and attentive. Would recommend!

Friday evening, I came into the restaurant, immediately upon walking in, I see one of the kitchen guys with a red mask not wearing his mask correctly, it was constantly below his nose with no attempt to correct it. Then I see another kitchen guy walk out, with NO mask at all, not below his nose, not under his chin, but not existant at all!

That wouldn’t have been so bad, if when I walked out to the patio, 8 people were not sitting together, they were clearly not from the same household as when they left, they were all hugging and saying their goodbyes.

I would give this review 0 stars if possible, as I did NOT feel safe dining here, if I was not starving, I would have left IMMEDIATELY. I requested to sit far away from the large table.

If you are thinking of going here, DONT! I personally felt the managers or whoever oversees the kitchen, was just flat out sloppy, letting your kitchen run around without masks is absolutely wrong, we have been in a pandemic for OVER A YEAR!

I went with my 10 year old daughter today and the staff, service and the food were exceptional!

The servers were attentive and friendly and kept checking in from time to time to ensure we were good.

Our food was spectacular and came hot and very fresh ingredients used.

My daughter had the kids pizza which was probably one of the best I’ve had. We ordered her a Shirley temple and they even offered to put those bubbles in it for her as an extra.

I ordered the chicken parm with linguini which came hot and fresh and the tomato sauce was clearly made with very fresh ingredients.

I also had the Italian wedding soup and garden salad.

I always love Eastside Mario’s but his location hit it out of the park.

I even called to speak to the manager who was very friendly and so gracious and appreciative of me taking the time to call.

I recommend to anyone to try this location it’s even worth a bit of a drive.

Always great friendly service by Isabella. We have dinner every Friday at this restaurant and usually request to be served by Isabella. She is extremely pleasant and personable. Even the kids like her. Great service.

Consistent experience and the kids love it. Kinda pricy if you're on a budget. Family of four will run you at least $70.

Just came back from what I would classify as THE WORST dining experience my family has ever had. Coming from North York, we were expecting a pleasant experience, similar to what we experienced at the Dufferin location.

Unfortunately, we were in for a MAJOR disappointment.

We arrived at the restaurant around 5pm, and were seated promptly, as the place was not busy. After ordering two pasta meals and a kid's pizza, we noticed it was taking quite a while for our bread to arrive. In fact, the waiter had to come over three times, each time reassuring us that the bread was "just out of the oven and on its way".

After at least 15 minutes, our bread finally arrived. We expected the rest of our meal to follow. However, another 30 minutes passed, with no sign of our meals. Our 3 year old was starting to get hungry, and after waiting a total of 45 minutes, we were fed up with waiting.

We informed the waiter that we simply couldn't wait any longer, and would take the food to go. It took another 10 minutes for the pasta to arrive, but a total of 20 minutes for the kids pizza.

When we brought it home, the pizza wasn't even well cooked, meaning it was probably rushed. Not to mention that the "signature" pasta sauce was much worse than a jar of marinara sauce sold at Costco.

I am used to waiting a reasonable length of time for a meal, but if it takes more than 45 minutes for two pasta dishes and a small pizza to arrive, there is a major problem.

In hindsight, I should have just ordered through Skip The Dishes, maybe our meals would have arrived sooner!

When we left, the waiter could tell we weren't happy, but instead of apologizing on behalf of the restaurant for the poor dining experience, he merely shrugged his shoulders and said "it's not my fault". That is unacceptable, and reflects poorly on both the overall establishment and the management team, who should be working to create a team-based environment.

All in all, we will NOT be returning, and will be recommending anyone who is looking for a family restaurant to go anywhere BUT this place.

If I could give a negative rating I would, as this experience took away from our impression of the entire franchise.

I had a very rude waiter who seemed highly annoyed each time came to the table. Food was not hot or fresh

I enjoy East side Marios the only problem is the portions are getting smaller and the price seems to be going up it'd be nice if there was a happy medium with the price and the portions

One of the dirtiest restaurants I have ever been at. The waitress was great but the food lacked flavour and took too long to be served. Worst Ceaser ever, very watered down.

The food is okay but the service is lukewarm at best. I am amazed every time by how okay the staff is with this mediocre level of service. Not sure if all their locations are like this but this one sure is.

Awful Service, Rude Team, awful food quality and almost always cold. I did mention that they will get a poor review but they didn’t give a.t.
The only exception there is Nikki who is don g her best to care.
We would never go there again.

Seated at 610pm, server came by about 5 mins and only willing to take drink order despite we told her we were ready to order food as well as we have a gang of hungry kids after biking. 640pm, no drink showed up, called the manager over and she indicated nkt much she can do despite the reataurant wasn'f even full at that time.drink showed up arou d 645p, and we lut in our food order. 725pm we told them if the food were not going to show up at 730pm, we would leave. Food finally started to show up around 730pm and the last plate arrived at 740pm. Will never go back to this location ever again.

They are very fun rooms I never sat there wondering which puzzle to do next, the only thing is that they said no jump-scares but all of the containers that opened had high-powered electromagnets. So even when you know it was coming it made everyone jump. But even that made the experience overall better so I have no complaints

Very friendly staff and good eats for cheap.had the panzo and was very very satisfied and couldn't even finish it all. Will definitely come back again as I was very satisfied.
