I have been here many times over the years. Always have knowledgeable staff and they work with me to suit my crazy schedule.

I received excellent treatment at this clinic for a nagging heel issue. Trevor provided effective treatment (which solved the problem) and useful guidance on exercises and stretching. I would definitely return here for treatment if I needed it in future.

Entire family has used this facility at one point or another. Skilled physiotherapists, clean and organized facility, helpful office staff.

I have been coming to this clinic since 2019 after undergoing a massive leg surgery. They are nothing shorr of brilliant. My physio therapist Stephen has taken me to a place that I never believed I would be. He knowledge is next level and his motivational skills are absolutely incredible. I would recommend him to anyone on this planet.

Everything about my experience at East Toronto Orthopaedic and Sports Injury Clinic was top notch. Brent Taylor, my therapist, was caring and compassionate. He presented the treatment plan and a realistic timeline to improve my “angry tendon” in a straightforward, easily understood way. He provided updates to my exercise program online following appointments and was very responsive to any questions or concerns. All other team members I interacted with were welcoming and efficient too! I wouldn’t hesitate to return if my aging body lets me down again and highly recommend this neighbourhood clinic.

I’ve had only positive experiences with Trevor Guy in working towards healing injuries and strengthening areas of concern. He is pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Trevor designs thoughtful programs for me building on my progress, and time and effort have given me good results. There’s even room for laughter. The entire office is professional and welcoming. I highly recommend them.

Every member of the team has been absolutely phenomenal! My therapist, Trevor has got me back on my feet, even running, in under 3 months after an ACL tear. He is dedicated and knowledgeable and it’s been fantastic working with him. The administrative staff is also lovely and always there to answer questions, help with bookings, etc! If you’re in need of physiotherapy I really couldn’t recommend a better place!

I’ve been a patient of Trevor Guy’s at both the Greektown and Coxwell locations for a few months now. Trevor has utilized a number of different therapies and provided me with an extensive home exercise program to improve my arm and hip/lower back issues.

I particularly like the online portal that allows me to self monitor my progress on my exercise routines and because he utilizes a range of treatment modalities, I am continuing to progress.

After my recent fracture I never considered any other office for my physiotherapy. I had such a positive experience before.
This time has also been exceptional. Trevor Guy is an excellent physiotherapist. He created a comprehensive plan taking into account my previous injury and taught me how to do each exercise. In every instance Trevor was knowledgeable and professional gently re-teaching or suggesting different ways to achieve the same outcome.
The reception staff are also pleasant and efficient.

I had seen Trevor Guy at the Greektown location last year, and when I needed physiotherapy again this spring, I found him at this location where he is the Firextor and a practitioner. He's an excellent therapist, has been spot on with his assessments, treatment and exercise programs.
Online access to the exercise program is really useful, as well as to booking appointments and downloading invoices.
The clinic employees I've interacted with are pleasant and helpful, and this location is spacious and well equipped.

You have to call the clinic to cancel or reschedule an appointment- there's no option to do this online. The Lifemark website is not very user-friendly. To call the clinic, you have to listen to several minutes of pre-recorded messages before being able to speak to the actual receptionist. I keep having to reschedule my appointment due to their staffing issues which is getting discouraging. The staff seem friendly and qualified enough but I wouldn't recommend this clinic if you have other options.

I enjoyed my massage and the clinic has nice and kind people. However, please confirm your appointment length with front desk and your RMT before hand. I had 45 minutes booked, was billed and charged for 45 minutes, but the RMT only had 30 minutes on his schedule. Front Desk is a little disorganized and didn't reconcile the schedules. They had to redo my billing and credit card and everything and I didn't get the amount of time I came in expecting!
