This is an exceptional veterinarian practice! Everyone from the vet, vet techs & administration are phenomenal. They really care about your animal's and go above and beyond the services they offer. They also offer prices for low income earners such as myself. My precious cat Felix was on death's door, and within 2 days of working closely with him with love and expertise, we've been able to turn a corner with a much brighter prognosis. Thank you to everyone at the hospital!

Super nice staff and they help with all questions you may have. A little busy so make sure you are patient and wait, breaks my heart that people are rude to the staff that are working very hard to help us. This summer we rescued three tiny, sickly kittens from a farm. They were close to death. Thankfully, our vet in Norwich helped us through most of it. Unfortunately, we had one very sick kitten whose eye burst from infection and needed immediate removal. Our vet referred us to EVAH because they knew that we couldn't afford the regular vet price. Thankfully, due to being on Disability, EVAH was able to help us with this surgery at a price we could easier afford. Not only did their vet, Dr. Shannon, take the kitten in for surgery the very next day, but I later found out she did it on her day off. You can't how much we appreciated this and how much it meant to us because it saved this kitten an unnecessary longer period of pain and suffering for a kitten that had already been suffering enough. Thank you, EVAH. You guys are fantastic and I appreciate you.

Low cost vet service but still great staff and quality of service. I recommend this for anyone on a fixed income!

Amazing kind people that want to help you and your pets! The client has to do a couple of things to prove eligibility but it is so worth it I can’t even say it enough!

I just saved a friend $700 by letting him know this place exists as he didn’t and was going to very expensive place in Cambridge! So, that tells me it’s a big deal! Great staff as well, Very helpful indeed!

We took two foster dogs from a rescue organisation for neutering here and they were nothing short of amazing!

Very thorough and friendly, wonderful resource if you qualify. Just be sure to keep up on series of treatments etc, they are very busy and you don't get reminders of next steps etc as you would a reg vet)

These people look at you and your animal and actually want to help. Where as most vets look at you and know you'll go into debt just to help their pet and take advantage of that.
They are more willing to work with you and your situation than any place I've ever taken my animals.

Had my puppy in for his shots and chop. He is sans testicle. Would definitely recommend them.

The vets, techs, and staff were all very helpful throughout the entire process from initial appointment to post-surgery including follow-ups. My write-up for home care and medications was exceptional. I did have to travel between the other locations for diagnostic testing which may be a barrier for some, but I feel very happy about evah being and option for me!

We adopted a dog through a rescue that works with EVAH KW, he needed blood work and dental before we could formally adopt. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful! Always patient and helpful with questions and making sure everything is documented. They were amazing from our 1st visit, to helping us transfer his files to our own vet. These people treat everyone and every animal (I saw when there) with kindness and respect! Amazing job EVAH! Thank you for everything!

My dog had an emergency and they booked me I'm right away. They were amazing with my girl.

Any visit has always been a positive experience regardless of the reason. My dog is now 17 and in the past few years has undergone multiple surgeries. The staff always run tests to ensure her ability to endure the severity of the operations. They go above & beyond to follow-up and provide anything needed for a speedy recovery. Definitely recommend.

My dog needed an expensive surgery done a few years ago that I was unable to afford being that I am on ODSP and they took my dog in for a cheaper price, and my dog was released the next day.

Love that they only work with the humane society, rescues and low income families! They are the only ones in the region and I wish there were more clinics in the region that helped out those that need it!

We had a very positive experience with EVAH! We brought our rescue dog in to get spayed. She’s already older and very shy, and the staff was extremely friendly and patient with us and her. The procedure itself seemed to go very well, the incision healed quickly, and our girl was back to normal very soon. They communicate well and confirm the appointment various times before via email, phone and text. They also have great educational videos and materials to help you post op.

Wow, I'm reading the reviews for the EVAH hospitals and such a mixed bag. Those with good outcomes rave. The negative comments are equally as emotional. While I have not experienced these situations please realize that there is a shortage of vets.everywhere in Canada. There is no shortage of pets anywhere in Canada. Spaying and neutering is a fundamental tenet of safe and healthy animal control. Should you choose not to spay or neuter then go to a different vet. If this clinic chooses not to add to the proliferation of abandoned pets that is their option.as is choosing not to perform painful and/or unnecessary surgeries such as de-clawing, de-barking or docking of ears and tails. These are not necessary or crucial treatments. These particular clinics are for necessary veterinary care. They are extremely busy as there are so many people with pets that are financially constrained. Patience, tolerance and gratitude to the EVAH clinics are the proper responses.

Called the other day as my sister needed her dog to see a vet she's on odsp and due to her dog not being nurtured yet you turned her away I'm an existing client with you guys yet on your site it says nothing about animals having to be spayed or nutured to come to your clinic. It's like my partners puppy and his first vet visit as well you wanted a 6 month old puppy to get nurtured and cuz he is a sport dog and needs his drive for the sport we aren't nurturing him so you turned him away as well I though you were here to help low income family's that have no where else to turn to with their fur babies this seem to not be the case lately
