East York Memorial Arena

Nice, clean arena and friendly staff. Shame the snack bar hasn't reopened post-pandemic.

This arena is one of the best maintained city arenas in Toronto. The bathrooms evennon the busiest days are always clean. The only issue I have is that there is hook or shelf in the woman's handicap stall so your goat or purse must be placed on the floor although it's clean its still notvwhere you wantvto put your coat!

Good rink only for ice sports it has a waiting are with some benches and heating. Problem parking few spots

This is a great East end arena for hockey and figure skating. Ice is always decent and it's not super cold in the stands.

They have good options for watching my kids games (individual seating next to rink or above level windows to watch from a warmer location). Only thing missing is a pro shop for skate sharpening.

Although the inside of the arena is clean and well maintained rhe outside is not. This is a city run facility and the ice on the sidewalks surrounding the scene and park is terrible. Due to covide procedures you must leave by a dide door ans walk up a small hill. The hill is covered in ice with no salt and as a senior it was very difficult to navigate.

Someone is going to be seriously hurt!

Please check out you can join an activity before you go. I think you need to join some club or one of local team.

Free skate on Sundays 12-130pm. The website says everyone needs to wear a helmet but, there was a 10 year old without one today, so parents dont need to bother if they dont want to wear one. Obviously put one on your kids though, not sure what that one guy was thinking

Great joint - They have heat lamps over the seats for really cold days! It is like being a Mcdonalds burger!

They don't make 'em like this any more! Beautiful arena with excellent comfy seating on both sides of the ice. Big overhead heaters keep you nice and toasty. The parking is a bit limited though.

Excellent old school rink with something for everyone and time for everything. My only complaint is they turn the heat up in the stands a bit too much. Yes parking is limited but there is also a large lot right across the street.

A great arena. Clean and well kept. A bit older. Only issue is the snack bar is not always open.
