Valencia Verona movie theater seats. They are of great quality. Well-built frames and robust motors. Love the quality leather. Customer service is an A+ from order to arrival. Very professional and answered any and all of my question. The trays are very useful. The pockets are deep enough to hold the trays when I don’t need it. The LED lights for the cup holders are a + in a dark room but the the under lights give off a glare on the tv screen. Overall, excellent chairs and great service.

Had a wonderful experience. Jas the store manager was very detailed and gave us multiple demos. My friend and I have bought multiple products from Jas. Will highly recommend going to EastPorters.

I bought a projection screen from Eastporters before Christmas. Steve called me the day after I placed order. He was so knowledgeable to explain everything even asking me what projector I got check to see if the screen fits well with the projector. Turns out that I did my research right, he told me the screen will fit nice with my current set up. After the call, screen got to my house a week after, it’s a massive screen I mean, and it’s worth the money, picture looks amazing on my new screen. Now, I am looking to upgrade my projector with Eastporters. Probably Will update my review after I got my new projector.

The staff here are very helpful. Jas (Jaskaran) in particular assisted me with a special order TV purchase and was very attentive to my needs. No matter what your home theatre needs are, you will be taken care of at Eastporters. Highly Recommended!:)

[Edited] Sales process went smooth enough.
The offer of white glove service (both over the phone and in my invoice) was appealing and important to me.
When the delivery truck came, I was told by the delivery drivers that they were only contracted to deliver to the first room of the house 'threshold service'.
Eastporters customer service helped correct this issue by compensating me appropriately for the change of service.

What a nightmare.
Our chairs took 6-8 weeks to arrive. Then within 3 hours one chair stopped working.
It then took 3 months and 3 attempts to have the chair replaced.
First they sent a new motor and asked us to fix it ourselves.
Then they sent a new chair, but it was the wrong configuration. The delivery people were laughing at the situation. It was not funny to us.
Finally they brought the correct chair and were incredibly cold and rude.
After a 12000$ purchase, this was unacceptable to us.
