Unprofessional and very rude behaviour
Lady on the front don’t know how to talk with visitors

Very bad experience I’ve been waiting for CPR class from last 2 months but they are not giving and also the behaviour of their is really rude. I’ve paid $300 but They are just treating that they don’t care if you’re waiting for 2 months or 3 months for security license.

Train your receptionist how to talk when someone is calling for study related information and how to behave

Unprofessional and rude staff. I went there for AWS exam and the lady over there said I cannot give the exam since there is a technical difficulty from morning.
She did not say how long will it take to get it fixed, and told me to just wait or reschedule my exam.
Finally, after waiting for 2 hours, they told me to reschedule the exam since it cannot be fixed.
They should have informed us in prior that the test center has some difficulties, that would save everyone their time.
