Avoid at all costs. As a loyal home hardware customer this store is terrible. Called ahead to inquire about vinyl plank tile samples. Clarified multiple times on the phone I wanted tiles and not the planks. Upon arrival was told they don't actually have any. Drove out 40 minutes out of my way.

Visit one of the other stores in the area. This one is a dud.

Employees are useless. Guy at the cash was the only one there to help who didn’t know jack about ANYTHING. Asked about screws no clue, asked about window casings? Clueless. Asked about vanity’s? He just directed me where they keep them. Off to Aurora location

I went here recently to look for new bathroom equipment and nobody was able to help! Everyone was either busy or slacking off simply unwilling to help. Never coming back. Terrible customer service

I purchase 2 Faucets and try to return because of the size doesn't match. But I been refuse, Will file to consumer protection.

Really bad service.

Not organized, non-proffessional staff. They don't know what they have and where are products.

They have a strict 30 day no return policy. I tried to return some wood. It was 38 days after receipt. The wood was perfectly fine. Lack of customer service.

This is the worst Home Hardware location I have ever been to. The staff are not helpful at all and would not even stand up to help me find any of the products I asked for. They sent me off to find a section that was not marked in any way so I was wandering around the store for 10 minutes. In the end they did not have any of the products I needed.

This place was highly recommended to me by my friend. You can almost find anything a contractor needs here and at excellent price. In other words, this is contractor heaven.

Customer service is beyond awful. No one has a clue what is going on. Would avoid. Not worth the wasted time.

Their service are very bad. Manager is vert impolite and lack of basic disciplinary. They only want to earn your money and never have a bit consideration to provide any basic convenience for their customer. I purchased some material with my membership in 5 days ago and want to combine to the material I purchase today without previous receipt on hand. Their staff said they have a my purchase record from their PC. When they heard I'd like to combine some purchase to get a discount, their manager and staff refuse to help. I won't refer any people to there.

Was there yesterday to buy a pole chainsaw. A promotion on their flyer.

Apart from great Chinese music, the store was empty with empty shelves. This is my second disappointment trying to buy a promotional item and will throw their flyer in the garbage.

Everyone who works here is very confused as to how you place an order. Very disappointed in the service and communication. Just drive to Markham Hole Hardware instead!

This shop is very large but not very clean. It has a rough & dilapidated warehouse atmosphere feel to it, but the selection is good & prices are reasonable. As with all Home Hardware stores, this is a franchise operation. The staff were polite but the manager/owner was not. When I was buying the product he dismissively threw the shopping bag at me when I asked for one. And when I came back to return it he was rude & abrasive even though the item was an unopened recent purchase from his store and I had the receipt. This is not a problem I've encountered at other shops; only this one. Long story short is the customer service here was abysmal & the experience was disappointing.

Staff here was very kind. They assisted me to choose the tiles and confirmed with me about the delivery time when they received my special orders. BTW the delivery was fast and tiles had been taken care well. Thx!

I was planning to redo my basement during the lockdown time so I placed multiple phone orders with Eastway. The overall shopping experience is beyongd expectation. The staffs bought out my order and helped me move all the items to my truck once I notified them that I arrived. Will recommend it to my friends.

I went to pick up my online order, called them at the door, and a staff member would bring out the items. I had my driver's license ready ahead of time, showed it to the staff and signed. The whole process was very quick and easy.

Guy with glasses sold my colleague some damaged trim pieces and was very arrogant (even though he works at a hardware store, lol). Look over what you buy here before paying for it. Or better yet, don't shop here at all!

Great place to get stuff for your big or small renovation projects. They supply lumber, drywall, electrical wire, spotlights, paint, tile, screws, bathroom exhaust fans, toilets, faucets, showers, Bathtubs etc. Awesome staff here, very helpful and friendly.

Although I couldn't go into the store during the lockdown, I could call at the door to place my order. Their staff was very helpful and helped me prepare all I needed.

I came to this store because I was renovating my house. To my surprise, this store has a wide range of products and competitive prices. I only know Home Depot before, if I knew this store earlier, I can save a lot of money. Basically, all the decoration materials can be bought here in one place. Benjamin paints, tiles, wood flooring and bathroom products, all kinds of decoration materials at good prices. And they offer free shipping to your home based on your address, as long as you meet a certain order amount, which is very convenient. They don't have in-store credit, so if the thirty day return period has passed you can't return the product. But within 30 days, except for special orders, you can easily return your order with the receipt. During the recent lockdown, customers were not allowed to store in the store, but thankfully I had already chosen my tiles and taken photos, so I could still place my order at the door.
If you also decorate, I recommend you to visit this store.

The sales name nicole there is very patient when helping me choose all product that i want. Great experience in shopping here though only curbside pickup only.

Their staff has no clue about most of the stuffs they sell inside. Just left here and the Employee simply said we don’t carry toggler which they have it in the store. Very poor customer service

Bought the ceiling tile here, it’s 20 dollars cheaper than rona, what a bargain! I always find unbelievable hot deals every time I shop here.

Went there during lockdown and have to wait outside to pickup or order. Call the phone number once you get there immediately, there are several people working, unless it's really crowded. There are like 5 phone numbers to call. Order retrieval time was average though my order was heavy.

I was impressed Eastway home hardware is ready for everything we need for home renovations, good and fast service during lock down.

Most of the items are out of stock, most of the products are over priced, 90% of the products were cheap quality.this branch is horrible

The Help Desk Counter service is Terrible! I tried to return an online order and they made me wait 20 minutes only to tell me they won't do it. The cashier asked the supervisor to help and the supervisor just points me back to the cashier without saying anything.

Worst of the worst, operating by bunch idiot,
i order some tiles from them, but the color doesnt match between the sample display and the inventory, and they refused the refund.
