I had a great experience at Eastway Toyota my Salesman Hasan Hafeez helped me find a car that I could use badly in my life as I had no way to get to work and hence hold the reigns of my destiny in my hands he was professional and very attentive and helped me get a great deal. I also wanted to mention Christina the lady who helped me with the financing she went beyond her call of duty to make things happen I highly recommend them

I recently received my brand new Rav4 XSE hybrid 2024. I am really happy with the car but, the customer service I received was not great.
Sales person didn't had idea about the accessories in detail. Also, rushed me to sign the papers on the day of delivery. Finance manager gave me info about only 8yrs warranty but didn't inform me about other warranty options which includes car services.
Extremely unsatisfied with the customer service.

I have dealt with Eastway Toyota for many years, and especially with their salesman, Steve Cowell. He has been a person we could trust and always had - or found - any information we needed. He has been especially helpful to me after my husband died in making sure I had the car that was just right for me.

I recently bought a car from Eastway Toyota in Windsor Ontario. I had an amazing experience both with the sales agent Aron. He was a young gentleman working very professionally and had a detailed knowledge of the cars.

Also, their insurance broker Karen finance manager was a great lady. She helped me out in such a way as if she was buying the car for herself. It was a warm and a hospitable environment. I really recommend everyone to visit this place at least once. You will definitely love it.

Excellent customer service. The moment we stepped in we were greeted. Mr. Wael Hanna, our service advisor was great. He was very courteous, he always updates us with whats happening on the vehicle and the one thing we liked was he took the time to explain things in details. Mr. Wael did a superb job in making sure that our car was well taken cared for. Ask for him when you get your vehicle serviced. He is the best!

We had a very frustrating experience with Noel, the salesman we dealt with at this dealership. During the sales pitch last July 2022, we were told that the wait time for the unit we wanted was 3-4 months. We went through the process and agreed to wait. Everyone was nice during that process. Come the third month, we thought of following the status up. That’s when the salesman said we were told that what he said was 6 months. It was already a red flag to us since it was very clear to us that what he said was 3-4 months during the sales pitch. It was vivid to us bec we already had plans in mind that we want to do once we get the car by November/December 2022. We just thought that maybe perhaps, it’s bc he’s talking to a lot of clients and can’t just remember everything, so fine. Fourth, fifth, and sixth month, not a single time he initiated to update us. We didn’t want to follow-up too much bc we hoped that he would at least be responsible enough to us, one of his clients, even though he was very busy. Through out that waiting time, we only followed up 4-5 times. Finally, we cancelled our order bc I can’t stand the frustration anymore. We waited so much and it’s really not a good feeling that the time we spent waiting will go to waste, but I value customer service more than anything. He would always just say it’s not just us who are waiting as if it’s going to make us feel better. What he doesn’t understand is that it would’ve been a more pleasurable experience if he at least made us feel that he’s watching over our order and updated us somehow but we never felt him after the sale. With all the changes with the prices & interest rates month after month, he never checked on us. To us, it just felt like he’s just another salesman who was just good and nice during the selling part but will forget it after the deal had been closed. I’m sure to him, we’re not a loss because he has a loooot of clients (that too we felt), but I just want to get it out there that our first car buying experience, which we had hoped would’ve been a fun memorable experience, had indeed became a very frustrating one because of how he handled it.

The Noel and Christina team is the best! Everything was flawless! They made purchasing a car convenient and hassle free. Also, the best customer service! They are very responsive with my queries and provided me with the best options available! Will continue supporting their team!

Unrespectful treatment of customers
Any business that cares about customers should keep their promise or appointment that they have made with the customer and if for any unforeseealbe reason they can not do this they should inform a customer ahead of time and reschedule the appointment. Obviously this dealership doesn't care or doesn't know about this basic rule of good customer service policy. I just learned this hard way this morning when I arrived for my appointment with my Camry to have power brake system repaired. This is safety recall and I made an appointment more than a week ago. They didn't get a pump for brakes so no service!

Customer service? I was put on hold at 9: 30 in the morning and sat there for 20 minutes waiting to speak to someone. I called a second number and the same thing happened. This is the second time this has happened in the span of 30 days. I want to buy a vehicle, and they don't want to pick up the phone? Very disappointed.

I always bring my Corolla to Eastway Toyota for all maintenance and other service needs. The service advisors I dealt with were all friendly and transparent. They make sure I understand what are the services that needs to be done and why.

Called 9am to view a car that I saw on Autotrader. Arrived around 5pm, they told me it was sold. Not sold that day, but sold two days prior. Either they knew that and just wanted to get me in the door, or there is some bad communication in that building. Salesman kept trying to sell me a different, much more expensive vehicle instead ($15000+ more).

As of this review post, that ad is still on Autotrader by the way. Despite it being sold.

Upon pulling into the dealership my service representative was already waiting for me prior to turning the car off. In this case Chad welcomed me to Eastway Toyota confirming I was there for a service. The dealership was extremely clean and conscious of social distancing. Chad kept me ‘up to date’ regarding the status of my vehicle. My vehicle was returned to me freshly washed and clean. Very satisfied with the experience.

We have been a customer at Eastway Toyota since 2007, and I have no plans to change that. We had a Yaris, Sienna, two Highlanders in a row, and now I own a Rav4. The cars are just great and reliable! Also, the service at Eastway Toyota is fantastic! They are always going the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and special.

Just picked up my new Rav4 Trail and couldn't be happier. Shout out to Hasan, Mark and James for making this experience truly amazing. Above and beyond would be an understatement. This is my second Toyota and I'm definitely happy i joined the Family!

I am into my third RAV4 from Eastway Toyota in no small part because of my fantastic experiences with Steve Cowell! Steve is a real professional who always has my driving needs top of mind. He gives me the information I need to make an informed decision every time!

I was amazed at the help I received from Sierra (saleswoman) and Afran (sales manager). Sierra went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that all my concerns and questions were addressed. Afran explained everything to me in great detail and was extremely patient and honest from start to finish. Two very valuable employees who greet you with grace.

However,
finance manager Karen was disrespectful, rude and condesending. Insulted me more than once about my lack of knowledge about "how this process works". She proceeded to insult the sales team for not mentioning extra charges to me and made me very uncomfortable. I am very confused how someone so abrupt and arrogant still has a job.

Went in for a new vehichle on the weekend. My sales consultant Steve Cowell did an amazing job finding me the right vehicle for myself and my family. Highly recommend both Steve, and Eastway Toyota.
