We were able to find the perfect prom dress for our daughter that fit her body shape and matched her skin tone.

The environment was inviting with zero pressure or rush to make a purchase that was felt in other stores in the region.

Last year I had bought my prom dress from here. I was so fixated on a long, ball gown dress. The lady was telling me it would be so expensive to tailer because I am short and tiny they would have to do a lot too it. She helped me find a dress that I absolutely fell in love with. Helped me pick out shoes and then gave me free jewelry to go with all of it! Amazing customer service! I highly recommend this place ladies for your pr9m dresses!

Horrible experience here. I was excited to try on dresses for prom, but quickly got let down. I found a dress in my size that I wanted to try on, but was brushed off a couple times by the lady working there. When I asked a third time, the lady came up to me and touched me without consent on my stomach, waist and hips. She then proceed to tell me the dress wouldn't fit me (even though I had tried that size on multiple times in multiple styles and brands already). My sister and I began to leave the store as I was quite hurt by the comments and the touching of my body. As my sister told her that she cannot touch people without their consent and that the service we were receiving was horrible, the lady working then tried to get me to stay and try the dress on. The touching and body shaming was the tipping point to us leaving as when we first came in the other male worker was not wearing a mask and the lady had also roughly pushed past me. Very disappointed with the experience, as it has really effected me and my experience shopping.

Found the perfect dress! She was super helpful and took all the extra steps to make sure I loved it. 1000% recommend!

My daughter got the perfect Grade 8 graduation dress here last summer - she looked like a glamorous supermodel in it. The store has a large variety of dresses for all fancy occasions, and Cindy has very good taste and judgement, and was very helpful advising my daughter during the nerve-wrecking process of deciding. Also, the store is very large, roomy, and well ventilated, we could look at dresses peacefully and at our leisure, without the usual overcrowded-grad-dress-shopping atmosphere. We came back for a second dress for my daughter, for a wedding, and today I just bought a drop-dead gorgeous burgundy prom dress for my other daughter. Will definitely go there again.

Absolutely great customer service! Although i didn’t get a dress here, I found the experience to be awesome. The lady spoke my language so it was very easy to communicate which is always a plus! The lady is incredibly kind and sweet, would come again!

I ended up buying my prom dress here after trying out a few other stores. The owner was so helpful, she took one look at me and found the prefect dress. I understand that a few people find her honesty a little offensive or brutual but I found it refreshing. She has been in this business for years and therefore has a lot of experience, so I trusted her opinion. I noticed that some of the other stores that I went to just wanted to make a sale so they shied away from telling me what looked good and what didn't. I would definitely recommend this store for any occasion whether it's for prom, graduation or a wedding. They have a great selection and their prices are pretty reasonable. Absolutely disgusted at the rudeness of this store owner. Took my daughter there to get a grade 8 graduation dress. Told her my budget and her immediate response was “you can’t go shopping for a dress and already have in your head what your going to spend. All other mothers come and just let their daughters pick what they want”. I ignored that I searched around. Showed her more of less the style that she wanted and she looked at my 14 year old and said “you need to tell your mother to work extra hours at work to get you a dress”. I was shocked! Looked at her and informed her I already have 2 jobs and she should be ashamed for speaking like that to any customer nevermind to a child. Would never recommend this place. Found a gorgeous dress in budget at another store

I visited this shop on Saturday to find a prom dress for my sister. I was very happy with the customer service provided. The owner of the shop was on her own and was amazing at working with multiple customers at once. The shop had a large selection of dresses, very clean and organized. Would absolutely recommend.

Worst experience ever! My daughter is an xl and she rold my daughter she is toooo big and has nothig for big girls. My daughter is 13 and in tears. How do u body shame a child.
