I’m not totally satisfied with their services. I reserved 2 people 1truck for $119/hour (on sale price). Two young men came on the moving day. One was the manager, the other was a part time college student. The manager worked hard but the part timer didn’t. He asked for water twice. We bought coffee and bottle water for both of them. This is fine. I just hoped they could work faster! We helped with the moving. My husband and my brother (both are 20+ years older than the two movers) were faster than them! Later, I found the two movers made a big dent on the wall and scratched my headboard surface because they didn’t wrap my furniture. I called Ali about the damages. He said he would sent someone to take care of the damage. It’s been a week, I haven’t heard anything from them. So I gave them 3.5 stars.

I know Adam and Easy Moving for a while. I made my first moving with them in 2013, then again in 2019. Today I arranged another moving of some furniture from my friends place to ours. The service was awesome and professional. I will continue to refer their services to my friends and relatives.

Sharon and Jass showed up when I called last minute on a Friday evening. These guys were polite, very professional, took extra care moving very heavy items and completed the move efficiently. I will definitely use them in the future and refer them to a friend or family member

Absolutely the worst moving company ever. We will be taking legal action. They sent 2 russian seniors in there mid 70s to destroy and lose thousands of dollars of extremely valuable one-of-a-kind furniture. They refused to also help me file any insurance claim after over billing me by thousands of dollars.

These guys are the best! They got my huge couch and piano downstairs, they bring their own tools and disassemble/reassemble whatever is needed, and they are very careful with all my stuff. They are also super friendly and efficient. This is the 2nd time I’ve used them, and I was super impressed each time.

This company is unreputable, they work under different names and will not deal with any issues after the move. I used this company and moved a long distance, Sault Saint Marie, I found that when we tried to contact them regarding issues that came up after the move was complete they blocked our calls and we haven't been able to get ahold of them.

We have used Easy Moving twice in the past, and are very satisfied with our move. We are moving again, and have booked Easy Moving again. The movers were on time, pleasant and did a professional job. They disassembled / assembled our furniture and did everything to our satisfaction. Really good prices too. Would highly recommend.

After trying a couple moving companies in the KW region, I have to say Easy Moving is by far the best. Adam and his team were on time, efficient and the move to Mississauga was so smooth that me and my wife didnt have to break a sweat. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends and family!

BEWARE of this company, complete scam. We should have followed our gut and cancelled our move with them.
1. They kept changing the time of our move
2. Wanted to charge us more to take a piece off our fence (which is fine but never put the piece back on and hacked the wood to get it off)
3. Chipped our product and lost one of the pieces to it
4. Didn’t put the product where we asked because we refused the “new” price because they broke the fence and didn’t put it back the way it was.
5. The owner was very aggressive

Adam was great to work with. He was quick to respond and his team was professional. We had them move our piano and pool table as well without issue. I would recommend this company.

I highly recommend Easy Moving Solutions to people who are looking for professional movers. The owner was extremely responsive and was able to address all our questions and concerns.

The movers, Gary and Love, arrived on time with all the proper equipment. What I appreciate about their service is their strategy for packing our stuff in their truck. They organized everything in the truck in such a way that our things were safely and securely loaded. Nothing was damaged during the move, and everything went smoothly.

So here it goes. I’m not perfect nor is anyone BUT.this company (ADAM -the owner) in question decided after trying to call us and email us less then 24 hours after moving our young single daughter who lives alone to her rented storage locker,
Decided after not hearing from the adults whose names (ONLY) were on the contract and knowing after our initial down payment of $150 were also the ones who would be paying the balance of $287.31 found a way to creep our daughter find her phone number and sent her this exact text message:

***We completed a move yesterday for which an outstanding balance remains owing. A negative review was also left for our business, which I hope you can imagine is unfair to a small business that delivered on its side of a contract. Should the balance remaining outstanding, it will have to be reported to the police and a small claims court action will be commenced shortly. We hope to avoid any such ugliness and kindly request payment as soon as possible (i.e. Today) for services rendered. ***

So he the adult owner not only scared our daughter he freaked her out enough she called us crying and worried what he might do especially knowing where she now lives.

I don’t own my own business BUT.most of us have kids and we know better when speaking with another couples child this is not right and very unprofessional and wrong from start to finish.

PLEASE READ and reread this review and make your own choice for who you pick.

I also called him loosing my mind about the whole being an upset father and he then said here’s my lawyer (HIS DAUGHTER) who was very kind and very respectful and she was the only good thing from this whole incident.

I left one star and it’s for the lawyer not for the owners actions.

He the owner couldn’t even talk on his own behalf or admit he was wrong.

I had used Easy Moving Solutions to move not just once but twice. Adam is prompt to respond to calls and is great to work with. Come the moving day, the guys are there with the truck and they loaded and unloaded the stuffs very effectively. The prices are fair and they do a great job. Will definitely recommend Easy Moving Solutions to anyone looking for their next move

I am so happy with the work done for my family by these guys. They moved quickly, which I appreciated in being charged hourly. Did not feel they were dragging their feet at all. Everything unloaded was safely. A huge relief that this was a painless process for us.

I had a very good experience with Easy Moving Solutions. They were easy to book and assessed my requirements well. They were on-time and efficient, i.e, they did not take any more time than necessary. They also took the most efficient route for the move. Overall I found them to be very professional.

Friday May 28: Very unhappy with the movers that were assigned to help move. My partner and I moved from a 1 bedroom apartment into a 2 bedroom apartment in the same building. As soon as they arrived, one gentleman complained about how many items there were to move. He commented that my partner and I are to move the lighter items and even commented to his colleague carrying a bag of clothing that "one of the girls could have carried that. " We are paying for the movers to move items from point A to B, why were we expected to carry down items? We even moved items prior to their arrival and he was still huffing and puffing.
When the couch was being moved they caused damage to the couch, walls, door frames, and the neighboring door across the hallway. The gentleman was forcing the couch through the doorframe and hallway which caused scratches on the couch and paint marks along the length of the couch. "Just hide it with pillows" and "use soft sand paper to get the paint out" was the gentleman's solution. The couch also wobbles and is not stable because it was forced through the door frames.
The two movers were eager to get out and once we called the head person to confirm time spent they bolted out - and their policy is that damage will not be compensated if the movers have already left. This policy was not mentioned at all beforehand.
Very unprofessional and unsatisfied with these movers. We called the head person to notify them the extent of the damage and he referred to the policy. We had advised him that the two bolted out fast once we had him on the phone. The head owner said he will be following up with the two movers to inquire about the damage done and get back to us. If the owner helps solve this problem, I'll will update this review. As of right now, we are not impressed and would not recommend them.

Monday May 31 UPDATE: I spoke to the owner, Adam, to see if he was able to connect with the two movers from Friday and to see what he can do about the damages his movers caused. Needless to say, I stand by my review. Very unprofessional and would never use them again nor recommend them.
Adam recognized me from my review and initally advised that he was not willing to discuss options to fix the problem because I left a negative review. After some discussion about handling furniture, Adam offered a $50 etransfer for damage cost if I deleted my review. I declined the offer as this is a very poor way to run a business and resolve an issue with a customer.
This is not how you do business as it is really unprofessional and unethical.

My experience with this company is so great. I moved to my new house last week. Adam and his team are very professional, responsive, and polite. They worked really well and quick to get the moving done! The team was professional and handled every boxes and furniture with care. The price was reasonable too. Very pleased with the service from this company.

Guys were quick, professional, very very excellent company to deal with! They moved a pool table from a basement to my shop up stairs. No easy, but they made it easy!
