One thing I appreciated is that he does a lot of the leg work and doesn't ask for bits and pieces of information while you're trying to manage your own busy day to day schedule. Peter was an excellent help for us and I would recommend him to anybody looking for a mortgage. We first contacted Peter in his team back in late 2019, when we began the hunt for our first house. At that time we had no idea how the mortgage process worked, but it was important for us to try and understand as much as we could before taking the plunge. Peter was there throughout answering all of our questions (usually with a lighting fast text), and never made us feel like a question was stupid. I must have sent over 100 questions to him over the course of a year, and all were answered promptly. He was there through multiple bids, and when they didn’t work out assured us to keep our heads up. When we finally had an offer accepted, he made the application process easy to work through and stress-free. Trying to sum up what Peter does in this review is in part an impossible task. The main take away is the following…. He always makes you feel like you’re his only client, and never gives you the impression you are bothering him. Just like with me, there are no stupid questions…. Well almost always none, like if you ask me who to choose…. Peter all the way. Simplest answer.

I was referred to Peter by my Realtor, she said this guy is very knowledgeable in the market and you can trust him to find a solution for you. Peter did not disappoint. I had no idea about securing a mortgage and Peter took me through every step, provided multiple options and ensured I understood all the details of what I was signing. I wasn't sure if I would even qualify for the home that I had found and really needed. He worked diligently and never gave up on me or a solution. He secured me a mortgage at a rate that was affordable for a starting over single Mom with a disabled daughter.
