Received my loan the next day. 100% recommendations for Mississauga location (branch 2565) Chetna & Matt were super amazing with customer service, especially Chetna. The day she called me I was going through stressful day and she was most amazing with her kind words and it just lifted my spirits. I had originally been contacted by Toronto branch #2585–however, the experience was not the greatest, as I didn’t get the loan. Only few weeks later, Mississauga branch reached out and it all worked out in 2 days! Thank you Chetna & Matt for reaching out and turning my bad experience into a good one.

Don't borrow from easy financial. The payback is double of what you borrow. When asked for help the response you get is they can't. More like they won't. Another predatory loaning company. Stay away.

Please try to borrow from anyone else. They give you loans and they were trying to sell me with huge insurance on top of it.

Got emailed an offer, deesha roy told me, I’d get 1000$ regardless of the application outcome. And we’ll no it was false advertising as the manger just told me that. Nothing but lies from this company. Please do not contact me.

I had them match a loan that I got and they agreed to the percentage. Sent me to sign for the loan that I would receive and it was 1% higher, in the email they said they had matched it. I am glad I waited and made sure of the facts. Please do not trust them make sure you see it in writing.

Really bad experience with Easy Financial Inc. They completely mishandled my account. I had a loan with my the home branch, payments were made fine and had to do a refinance down the road. Was making payments fine and had to do a deferral last year, the rep who did the deferral made an error and ended up coming to my account. I had other commitments since I was not aware that I will be having to make a payment. Ultimately, I was charged NFS fees from both bank and Easy Financials. I spoke with the branch and they were unable to accept the mistake they made. As a result, I contacted the collections manager at the head office. He accepted the fact that there was an error and promised to reimburse the NFS charges that was incurred from the bank and waived charges from their side which took a fairly long time and eventually damaged my credit since I was told not to make payments and was told that my account was on hold until the issue is resolved. The manager was unresponsive to the emails I sent and responded once in a while for the requests made. I am not sure whether they did it intentionally or unintentionally to damage my credit. But I am getting the feeling that they did this purposely. Since I was disappointed, I spoke with one of their client resolution specialist about this and he made couple of promises to make sure that they would do their best to assist me here since he understood that I was dealing with an unresponsive manager. He then told me that he can buy back the debt from collections and made a 4 month payment arrangement. I received a call this morning from collections and was asked about the loan on subject. As a result, I contacted the resolution specialist from Easy Financial Inc to inquire about this. He completely had a different tone and an answer comparatively to our last conversations. Long story short, client resolutions at Easy Financials Inc doesn’t resolve issues rather they buy time and show that they are trying to help and eventually convey the news to the client that they can’t do anything about it and say that they have upheld the contract. Don’t fall this! Avoid this organization at all cost, they have high interest, unresponsive representatives and most of all, they are in a mission to damage your credit because that’s the only way they can survive in business.

Nothing but issues.charged High interest because of an issue 20yrs ago. Told me even though not on credit report because they have in house file recordsthey can use them.
Bank and credit reporting company says I have 750+ credit but they scored me 509 so they can charge more.also said they don't use credit report to calculate credit scored they use there own program that is connected to every loan company and they share reports so if you ever missed/late on payment even 50 yrs ago with any financial company.they can use it against you. I paid 3 payments in advance almost whole term and still got harassing phone calls for them even though I was ahead of payments. Paid loan off 3 months early, yet a year later they still report I owe them money and past due. When called then to fix refused to look into matter told me to call credit company's and deal with it myself.got told different department but refused to transfer me to right department. Never will I deal with them again! Worst loan company, I'd rather go to money mart.
Also refuse to stop talking trying to get me ti borrow from them, I even swore and called bases and they still call back all the time trying to get my business and referals.

Personally I've had nothing but good experiences when dealing with easyfinancial. Their customer service is always incredible. Faten in particular is always pleasant to deal with.

Don't even try to business with them they are full of spam liar fraud rob trap etc. You will stuck rest of life and interest rates higher than what they tell you or unless fully paid off before that happen. They will add Insurance without telling you luxury car Lamborghini and my friends don't have that car and he calls customers services won't answer or long times wait.and take a court and judge said according to paperwork it computer error by someone else mistake
