I was unsure if or how I'd be approved, but everything worked out better than I expected. I am overly pleased with Kayan's assistance in getting me a loan. I don't usually do reviews unless there is a good reason to. I have to say I had a wonderful experience at easy financial. I was greeted at the door by the manager's manager from head office. He & the store manager were very nice. But Ashwini was the star of the day. She was so pleasant & patient with me. I'm a senior citizen so not very tech savvy so she did all the forms with me. The process was so easy & quick. The money was deposited in my bank account within 10 minutes after the paperwork was sent to head office. I highly recommend Easy Financial.

I applied online overnight. 9: 00am someone from easyfinancial was calling to verify some information. Gave all the paper work needed went in to sign the papers and 2: pm I got my loan directly deposited in my account. It was hassle free, this was the fast most reliable service I ever gotten when borrowing money. I definitely recommend.

My credit score has not been the best and I have been looking for a way to make it better. I am a very skeptical person with many questions. Sruthi, was very patient and understanding and did not give me too much information, just the right amount. Satyam was very professional in helping me by giving me a financial plan as everything was affected by co-vid and made things difficult on my end.

Karen not only listened to my financial issues and what I was willing to pay on a monthly basis, but she made it very easy and convenient by doing everything over the phone and online. She definitely showed good listening skills and offered me different options. Very satisfied with her services.

Once applied, even I didn't get any help, they keep calling even I said "I don't need your help any more" as if they are so hangry for poor people to suck in.

Still unprofessional after all these years. No improvement on service and couldn’t even communicate with their clients unless they are sending payment reminders. Even during pandemic, no empathy. I am so frustrated and angry right now.
