easyhome Lease-to-Own

I have been dealing with Easy Home now on Colborne St in Brantford for a few years now and I have had a few issues in the past with prior management but the new manager Trish is absolutely amazing and so is Destiny! They go above and beyond for their customers to ensure youre getting what you need for a fair price! They make you feel like family They have my business thats for sure!

Great experience super quick to fill everything out and manager was absolutely amazing 10/10! Would definitely reccomend easy home to anyone!

I came in recently for details of an upcoming sale. I can be quite fickle as I do ask a lot of questions and sometimes repeat myself. I just wanted to thank Robin for taking the time and patience to go over every detail I could think of. Very professional

I love the employees at this location. They work with you to get the best deal possible on things that you need. Several times I had a tv break on me because I have all boys n things happen and each time they made sure that I had a replacement to watch either next day or same day. I love that they not only want to make a sale buy they make sure it's something you can afford. They have a great selection of products and they don't charge any more interest than the brick does BUT with easyhome if something breaks they will send a loaners until yours is fixed and if it can't be fixed they send a replacement. More than once I had to get loaner washer or dryer and they made it feel less like a headache and instead like no big deal. I also love that I can make payment s while using the items unlike with lay-away.
IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM 6 OR MORE STARS.

If I could give more stars i would! Matt always treats us like family.he knows who we are before we even get to the counter and has our account info ready! He has helped us through so much.at this point half my house has come from here. This is a great alternative for people who can't afford to buy things out right. The staff are always incredibly friendly and strike up great conversations everytime we are there. They have worked around my pay dates and made sure the payment plans are affordable and fair. Such a great environment!

The driver (Donnie) at this location is amazing, he's friendly, he also goes the extra mile to make sure u r happy when he leaves

I’ve been with this store for many years. The great service, helpful and friendly team is what keeps me coming back. I have bought from big companies and received less service and a run around when it comes to problems with their products. This team is prompt and to the point.
You may pay more but the service, advice and prompt reaction to product default or problems is well worth it.
