Blair and the team at Easyhome in Oshawa are amazing. Friendly service, always there to answer any question and if you have any concerns they are there to help figure out the best solution. Ordered a washer and dryer and delivered within a very reasonable time and worked with my schedule. Easyhome is an amazing company that cares about their customers. Takes the time to get to know their customers and feels like a family atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

You guys continue to go above and beyond for your customer's my experience has been amazing at this location ️. That's why We've been there customer's 5 years now. Staff are easy to deal with gonna be late call them, there workable and reliable. I've been in customer service myself and there's is some the best most pleasant folks ever. Except for Blair who never let's down when finding an item you you want. You need a bigger store you guys outbeat the comp and it's nice to have more choices, taking you away from the south end was a huge mistake. Both stores have been amazing. I bought beautiful furniture here & the staff are very friendly & accommodating. When I moved I asked for their help not expecting them to, but they helped me move the couches I got from them & they did so without a fee. Other stores I’ve dealt with would never do that. I highly recommend them.

Stay away! They will rip you off and over charge you. Read the fine print. The document you are signing all numbers should add up. I have caught this issue a few times. Over charging by hundreds almost thousands.

When you catch them on the issue they do not like that they are in the wrong and cannot handle conflict. No one can explain where the extra charges are coming from.

Warranty service is a joke. They will authorize a replacement but the store will replace with a lesser model or have a repair person not even attend your home to diagnose a problem.

So easy to deal with! Amazing customer service… I have dealt with their competitor company before and would 100% recommend easy home ANY DAY. Way more reasonable when it comes to pricing, very flexible with delivery and the best is they remember you and are just all around super friendly. They made sure we had our couch in time for Christmas and i absolutely love it!

Thanks for all your help over the years and the great LAUGHS, your customer service team is awesome, products and service are great. Your treated well by staff good quality products. Don't listen to Blair and his team they'll have laughing by the end of your shopping experience there crazy but fun experience always! I'll be doing more business here in the future! They go out of there way for customers, if they don't have they'll find it!
