After dealing with Miranda I would recommend Easyway to anyone. She was knowledgeable, personable, and had me looked after quickly. I appreciated the prompt phone and email responses. Excellent service in both providing a quote and walking-through the online policy authorization process.

I have been w Easyway since 2014 and they have been great at the beginning, and helped me shop new insurance companies and getting a low rate. Sadly in the last year in terms of customer service has gone down.

While insurance is straightforward, customer service and the delivery of this information is key. There's many times I've tried reaching out to the general mail box, or service desk persons directly and nobody answers.

You need to leave a VM and maybe you will get a call back.

Raymond Chan was my primary contact for the majority of my time, but I recently found out he no longer works for Easyway. I got into an accident recently and the process to get details, pricing and assistance both in finding a new car has been tedious.

I called a few ppls and left VMs, and they had the tenacity to email back a response. WTF! I SPECIFICALLY asked for a call back so I can clear up question and concerns with my policy. My renewal is coming up in 7 days and also had Qs about the different endorsements. What they did call back about is to say, hey we noticed you've been with us for so long have you thought or buying into x, y, and z?

Seriously you're trying to up sell me products at this time?

Anyhow, with the downgrade in service over the past year, and Raymond who was the CS Manager no longer there, I am switching brokers. AM OR PM there is nobody there to answer phones, it's outrageous. The phone just rings and rings.

It was good while it lasted, thanks for your service over the years.

Never answer the phone. Then when they did, they said a broker would call me back and that never happened.

Terrible customer service skills especially by miranda (maybe it is only her who is terrible cause she is the only one I dealt with), she is rude right off the bat and speaks to clients in a belittling manner. She has an extreme attitude problem steer clear from her. She speaks terrible and hangs up on you, they need retraining on customer service skills for sure.

Miranda helped me out of a jam while I was searching for a vehicle and was stuck I bothered her with asking for quotes for different cars. I needed to be mobile by the end of day on a Friday and I was back on the road shortly after noon 10 thumbs up for Miranda's help. Thanks again Miranda

Ivana C. (ext. 234) set up my new policy and provided an exceptional level of service. She replied to all of my questions and concerns very quickly and is a very knowledgeable broker. Don't hesitate, Easyway is a great company.

If you are considered a high risk driver in Ontario and need a policy then you need to call Easyway Insurance and specifically ask for Miranda. Your lowest quote will be the same no matter what brokerage you use because it is regulated for high risk. Miranda will make the process of setting up a policy the quickest and easiest guaranteed! Ample attention to detail and true honest care towards her clients! Called several brokerages that quoted me hundreds more monthly than what Miranda quoted me. Such a headache dealing with numerous companies until finding this superstar right here. 5 stars all day! Highly recommend Miranda from Easyway!

Extremely poor customer service, its hard just to talk to them, never going with them ever again! Don't join with them, go to riders plus insurance broker or someone else.i would never recommend dalton timmis

Easyway and Miranda made securing a fast accurate fair quote easy and painless. I had been struggling with several other companies and found myself frustrated by call backs that never happened and quotes that had changed 2 and 3 times. This lady values her job and her customers and treated me like family. The whole process took 15 minutes, she answered all of my questions and explained everything to a tee. The difference between Easyway and other high risk companies feels like night and day. Big thanks to Miranda!

Look no further! Have learned that the High Risk Insurance business is littered with companies that don't return emails, or phone calls and behave unprofessionally. My experience with Miranda Leighton was simply fantastic and completely positive. She is direct, to the point and extremely knowledgeable. She walked me through the maze of High Risk Insurance, explaining every step of the way. She is approachable, honest, answers all your questions and best of all is completely accessible. She returns ALL calls and emails. What a total asset to her organization. Highly recommend both Easyway and especially Miranda Leighton.

Best broker was Roger who doesn't work there anymore. Steer clear of Ivana and Grishma worst customer service. Left Easyway after 7 or 8 years of dealing with them because of Ivana. Better going somewhere else as u was given a better rate through PC brokers and very easy to deal with.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Leanna for help with my son’s insurance needs. We had very limited time in order to get things completed and she was absolutely wonderful to deal with! Not only did she save him money, she had everything ready for him so quickly. I would highly recommend Leanna for your insurance!

This place is a joke. I call them and they are always too busy to help. Also I bought a new vehicle and insured it, same insurance company but different broker. They're like why? I feel like every time I call them for anything Im made to feel like I am bothering them. I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER. THEY SUCK AT SERVICE

My anxiety was racing for days knowing how much money id probably be paying for high risk auto insurance. I feel extremely lucky that Miranda Leighton picked up the phone at easy way insurance.she was a pleasure to work with and likely saved me thousands of dollars on my high risk insurance! High risk or not id definitely go here for any insurance needs!

This is the worse insurance brokerage to get a hold off. Honestly I do not recommend this brokerage to anyone. Its not worh it. I cant wait for my policy to be done.
