Great food. The Kao soi is fabulous. The panang curry is spicy and flavourful but could use something else in it like a vegetable. Crispy shrimp wontons are yummy. The atmosphere is great upstairs but the basement is a dungeon. They could definitely use some renovations. The stall doors are falling off even.

Good Thai food. Large portions, well seasoned and good service. Lots of vegan options. Curry bun and Pad thai were good.

The food here is consistently good. Never let’s you down and I’ve never had a bad order. BKK has become my go to Thai restaurant for takeout and delivery.

First time customer and ordered through Uber Eats. Green curry with prawns is absolutely delicious. Usually take photos but as soon as I tried I couldn’t stop:) Sizes are good, though a little bit more rice would’ve been better. Def coming back!

I love this place I have ordered from here nearly 10 times already this year! I always get the Pad Kaprao Kai Dow and it never disappoints. This is the only Thai place that gets my money!

This restaurant has a good vibe of Thai. I love spicy food so started with Hot&Sour soup (asked them for extra spicy), then continuted with Pad Kee Mao beef.
This is one of my favorite restaurant.

I have ordered from several locations of the same chain and never disappointed so much flavour large portions

One of the best Thai food I ever had in my life. The place itself is cute and service was fast and very friendly. Will be back on the next visit to Toronto.

Appetizer (calamari) was delicious and we had an amazing server. Also, you can share any of the dishes (and you may want to because they give you large portions), they give you extra plates!

Soft shell crab in curry sauce is a must order item! 3 whole crabs! What an excellent deal! I was so surprised when it came. Usually other Thai restaurants would cut the crab in quarters and only give 2 to 3 quarters in a dish. But this restaurant amazed me. I would definitely go back and keep ordering this dish.

The flat rice noodles are special too. They use wide noodles. The noodles were a little chewy. Not bad.

A good place if you are craving some Thai food. The ambiance, service and setting were all to the mark and did that little bit extra needed to transport your palate to Bangkok. The food in its own is good but would love to visit again and try more of the dishes on offer to give a more detailed review.

All in all, a good experience that left myself wanting to go back soon.

Solid fusion Thai food with generous portions. The Thai milk tea is one of the best I’ve had. Khao Soi Poutine was very good, and changed my mind a bit about soggy fries:) The Pad Thai is also solid, nice and saucy, not dry and presented well.

This place is open late, and service was very friendly. 10% discount for paying with cash!

Got a chicken pad thai and asked for it to be spicy. It was pretty good overall. The chicken was pretty spicy as I had asked for and the balance of noodles to veggies was good.

The only issue was that the sauce was a bit too thick and too sweet, not unlike ketchup. The menu online says they use a tamarind sauce but it didn't feel like one.

The portion was okay for the price

The veggie tofu coconut pad Thai looks and tastes delicious! They are willing to listen if you have food sensitivities. ️ The price was responsible for a large plate of food. You can also ask for mild, medium, or spicy in many dishes

I got the tofu and veg pad thai and asked for it to be spicy: it was super saucy and delicious, not dry at all, and actually spicy! I loved the way it was served with a little sugar and spice (literally) on the side of the plate as well as the bean sprouts and a whole green onion.atmosphere was great too and my server was very nice.my only complaint was that i was sitting pretty close to the bathroom and i could smell the smell of the bathroom air freshener which just had a very distinct smell to me that isn’t appetizing.as a suggestion maybe light some candles with a less “fresh” smell to offset the scent.

Came here SO MANY TIMES, also order a lot on ubereats. Never been upset like this.
- Pad See Ewe (we order on apps, and we rrly loved it!) so we ended to order again for dine-in. It was Totally huge difference, flavour and everything. Not mix well too, make ur noodle has flavour also other side plain.
- Pad Kee Mao (also this one was good taste on ubereats before) but this time the only u taste stir lime leaf juice mix with soy sauce!
The taste of food not consistent. I don’t know if you change the chef or what. But hey bring it back the old taste…

Their food is great! Would love to visit again. Loved their Papaya salad, pat tai and softcrab fried rice.

One of my favourite places for late-night cravings. Delicate food, great service. I ordered take out and delivery sometimes too, the food is always packed carefully.

Review from uber eats driver. I went to pick up the order and no one even asked me why I’m standing for 10 mins. After 10 mins i called on a lady and asked for my order and it was ready on table. She said u were on call that’s why she didn’t asked me anything however she didn’t had eye contact with me so i can ask her. She just walked by me twice this is too annoying

Excellent food! Its like bring me back to Thailand! I love their pad ka prao crispy pork and the dessert so much, and this time I tried in the new dish I’ve never had and it’s out of expectations! Highly recommend! Also the drink is so so so good. Cocktails are so fancy i love it

Good food, nice environment and attentive staffs. We had a great time having my friend birthday dinner here. One of my favourite location of BKK. I highly recommend crispy pork rice, shrimp pad thai, papaya salad… and Thai milk tea

The noodle dishes not my favourite, but when a dish is good, it’s amazing. Tom yum amazing, exploding with flavour. Soft shell crab fried rice is fantastic! Rich and satisfying. Great wings, som tum, appetizers and drinks are generally awesome. Great that it also opens late!

BKK has a pleasant, friendly and modern atmosphere where the retro jazz music is really cool but not too loud and the lights aren't too bright or dim. The individual bathroom were clean. The service was friendly and prompt, the menu was varied and easy to navigate and we found some delicious dishes on the menu which are not easily found outside of Thailand. Lovely range of cocktails. We were also surprised that 5 main dishes and 2 starters for 4 people plus drinks came to under $150

The best Thai restaurant ever! I visited for lunch with a friend. We were delighted by the authentic Thai main course and also all dishes are reasonably priced, The spices and flavors were extremely impressive.:)

This restaurant the food are ok. However; this restaurant does not follow COVID restaurant restrictions. When you get into the restaurant they don’t even ask your Proof of Vaccination and now is mandatory. Some of their staff that working there doesn’t even wear mask. Is the restaurant manager know how manage restaurant?

The food here was so good. The flat noodles with chicken and basil and the green curry were really good and flavourful. I loved that they had kefir like and peppercorn in the noodles. Some of the best Thai food I’ve had. The chili oil is very spicy but very good. Thai iced tea is also great.

This place is incredible i had a religious experience eating their khao soi noodles.but literallt everything ive ordered from here is good (i always get delivery n its always packaged well). Also i love spicy food but medium is all i can handle youve been warned.

Excellent staff and amazing food! Went there to celebrate my birthday with my friends. The lady there was so cooperative and friendly? Ordered Green Curry and Pad Kee Mao - delicious and spicy. The decor makes you feel like you are in a tropical country. One of my favorites now.

Ordered from here on several occasions. The food is amazing. The staff are lovely. All the waitresses were always so patient and always mentioned deals that were available. We have ordered the beef pad thai, chicken pad thai, yom tom soup, the fried chicken wings and all of them are amazing. The quality and taste are consistant everytime we order which is amazing. One of the best pad thai dishes we have ever tried and best of all, you are able to ask for different spicy levels for all of the dishes— Even the soups! If you order take out over the phone, they are so patient. I asked so many questions about the menu and the waitress was so helpful and patient

Came for dinner with a bunch of friends, as you walk into the restaurant the decor transports you to a tropical spot as if you were in Thailand. We started off with cocktails and Thai Iced tea. The Thai Iced tea is delicious and not overly sweet it was the perfect balance and strong Thai tea flavour. The cocktails are not just pretty but delicious as well. There was some sort of lychee cocktail that I loved and would definitely get it again. For food we shared the appetizer platter which comes with a bit of everything (spring rolls, fries, fried calamari, onion rings and chicken wings). We ordered the squid ink pasta, keto green curry, crab fried rice platter, Karee soft shell crab, mango and durian sticky rice.
Our favourites were the karee soft shell crab and the keto green curry. The crab fried rice platter was such a huge portion that we had left overs of it. Everything was tasty and service was great.

They also have 2 or 3 patio seatings if you want to have some fresh air or people watch. Also if you come after 9pm they have cocktail specials until closing!

I ordered from here 3 times and 2 times out of 3 they got the order wrong. First time was on Uber eats too! I ordered a large order of wings and they gave me a small order. I called in and was given a credit for it. The second time they got it wrong I called in thinking it's better for the restaurant since they get all the money and I was able to pick it up that day. I asked for a crab fried rice platter and specified the one for 2-4 people and 2 coconut sticky rice for pickup. The guy who picked up the phone wrote the order down. When I came down they packed one regular sized crab fried rice and one order of coconut sticky rice. When I questioned him about it he said "I repeated the order back to you" and he really didn't. I heard him mumbling to himself and even heard "platter" but that's it.

He asked if I wanted to wait for it to be re-made and I asked him how long it would take. He said 20-30 min ‍️. I didn't have time to wait 30min. There's a reason I called in. I mean if you mess up the order shouldn't you at least offer to ask the kitchen to rush the remake? I understand that mistakes happen but you need to make an effort to fix that mistake.

And the worst part was that he was essentially trying to pass the blame to me.

Honestly I like the food here, it's interesting and fun, a little too salty sometimes but you can always ask if it's possible to adjust the salt. But the service could really be improved. More training needs to be done.

If you make a mistake, try to fix it. If you can't hear the phone call properly step outside. Always repeat the order especially if you are uncertain. Learn the menu properly (which I think was part of the problem since he seemed confused when I first mentioned the soft shell crab fried rice platter), call a manager when you don't know what to do, and take responsibility for your mistake.

I do however appreciate that he mostly maintained a customer service smile though.

Ordered late-night takeout with the boyfriend on a Monday night and was super impressed. As someone who has been to Thailand I am very critical of most Canadian Thai restaurants but I was super pleasantly surprised by BKK! They had a huge selection of traditional dishes you don’t find at most places and they included a lot of authentic ingredients other places typically don’t (like tiny bitter eggplants). We ordered the veggie Tom Yum, Pad See Ew with shrimp and another noodle dish (Pad Kee Mao?) and everything was awesome! Super generous on the amount of meat and veggies in the noodle dishes and other places typically aren’t
