Eat Local Pizza

What ever happened to customer service? Ordered 2 salads and 2 pizzas through skip (first mistake i suppose). Driver delivered 2 pizzas, no salads. Confirmed with driver that was all he was given.

Called Eat Local, first guy i spoke with owned the mistake, said it was busy, and the salads got missed. No problem, I'm a 5-minute drive away, drop them off and we're all good. Guy says that his manager wouldn't allow it because I ordered through skip. I would have to complain through the skip platform.

Spoke with the manager, said all I want is the salads that I ordered, the same ones that you forgot to give to the delivery driver. Manager refused. It apparently violates their policy to correct their mistakes if orders are placed through skip. I was told if I had ordered delivery directly from them (didn't know they had in-house delivery, thought that's why they were on skip), they would have sent my salads over, no problem.

I've learned that their skip customers don't deserve the same customer service or satisfaction. I've learned that whatever policy they stand behind is more important to them than ensuring they get things right with their customers.

I submitted my complaint to skip and received "skip credits". Didn't want them, just wanted the salad I ordered.

That was the last time I will order from them, and I will be sharing my experience with everyone I know that eats pizza.

I ordered a panzo tonight from.skip the dishes. The Panzo was huge but unfortunately it was not cooked. The dough was still raw and the cheeses in the center was not fully melted. I had to put it in the oven at home to re-cook it.

There open at 10 am which helped me alot since i needed a big order by 1115. There prices are good and i ordered 2 days in a row and in total bought 10 pizzas. Everyone who had some liked it. So overall was a good choice.

Exquisite gourmet pizzas, all with as much locally made and produced products as possible. Help support locally made products!

My partner picked up a pizza from here Monday night. He walked in, told the guy it was our first time trying the place. He ordered one large vegetarian pizza, that came to $24.
He was told to come back in 15min. When he came back in no one could find the order and it took them another 15min to track it down. No compensation was offered, he still paid full price.
The pizza itself was mediocre and not worth the money or the wait.
Considering he specified right from the get go it was our first time there they obviously didn't care to impress us or win us over as customers.

Excellent pizza, though a bit on the pricey side. $70 for one XL and 2 orders of wings. Good every once in awhile.

From out of town. Pictures on the internet looked good. Pizza was delivered cold and had about as much flavour as a McCain deep and delicious.

Great customer service, great corporate socially responsible company, great pricing and the best part is that they have great food. Definitely worth a visit.

5 stars simply for being amazing human beings and helping out the United We Roll Convoy to Ottawa. If we're ever in Thunder Bay, we'll definitely stop by!

Great staff with an Unreal Chicken Ceasar Salad and Perogie Pizza that will leave you so full and SOOO Happy! Best Ceasar Salad Ever!

Wasn't to my taste, crust is thin toppings are scarse, reminded me of a little Caesars pizza but at a premium price

First time having the keto pizza, or any pizza from here. It was good, nice to have the option of take-out when I don't want to make my own! I feel bad saying this, but there were a couple of things that didn't sit well:
I would have expected more than a little sprinkle of each topping, especially since I was charged for each. Paying over $23.00 before tip for a medium pizza with 3 toppings, we should get what we are charged for!
(Also, it would be nice to see staff in the back with long hair use something to keep it contained. I was expecting to find hair in my pizza!)
Overall though, I'm happy to pay more for a specialty pizza like this. Thanks for giving us the option!

Our first time ordering from here, was not pleased at all. $60.00 for 2large pizza's, that looked old and a small Cesar salad.first and last time ordering from here
