Nice store, I usually get my pre-orders in there. The staff is friendly, never had issues with them (I saw some reviews saying that the staff was rude, but not from my experience, maybe the rude ones don't work there anymore?).
I wish the store was a bit bigger

Had to purchase a couple of games but unfortunately one was out of stock. The staff recommended other games and was very helpful and knowledgeable about what he was talking about. Kind and courteous service was a blessing as I am someone who us a little out of touch in the gaming world. I didn't feel naive and the staff explained everything clearly about the latest games.

The folks here were incredibly warm and friendly. When I popped in to ask about job openings, they treated me to the most welcoming and engaging chat I've ever had in a store. Kudos to their awesome team!

Needed help with Pokémon for my nephew’s birthday. Richard was super kind and helpful. Always such a pleasant experience when I go to this location. Thanks again Richard!

Justin and Erica have always been nicely and a 100% helpful at the store, not just once but always, they treat you good help you out where ever they can! They suggest you well for any products and don’t try to rip you for your money! Kudos to both!

The manager has a attitude problem. The ads state that $20 off on specific brand and I pointed to her many times. She refused to listen what I said.

Great store, had a PS5 in stock and traded my old console for a discount. Process was easy and smooth and front cashier was helpful!

Just visited this location with my 6yr old son to exchange his defective headset he had purchased with a gift card. I was absolutely shocked and insulted by the treatment of the employee Erica, who basically kicked us out of the store because she wanted to close early. Claiming she worked 'too long' that day and it was illegal for her to work all the way until store closing. She was absolutely rude. My son was so upset from the way she treated us. I was shocked at how she went out of the way to be so unhelpful and rude.

Good place to sell an old iPhone. They'll give you more for some models than you could get on FB Marketplace. Only downside is that it's for store credit, but they sell all kinds of gift cards there so it's not the end of the world. They want your devices!

Why do you guys list a number of you don't answer the phone? I've called 9 times in 3 days to just have the phone ring forever. Thought I'd come in and get my question answered in person, but before leaving I thought I would call the store while in it to see if the phone even rings. The customer service rep looked at the phone and walked away while it was ringing. Why even go to work then?

Do not buy, order, or pickup anything at this store unless you want problems. It’s as simple as that.

Friendly staff who answered all my questions and have a good selection of games/accessories. Worth stopping by.

This store has really gone downhill over the years. The people who they have been hiring are very unhelpful and unwilling to assist. Returns that are processed as purchases that lead to me having to go back to the store. I've had pre-orders "go missing". If you're considering an EB Games store, then choose another one if you can.

I wanted to trade in my Xbox one s with Nintendo switch.
I called them and they said they will buy it for $150 and when I got there he said my charhe is$370.
Nintendo switch was $452 and my Xbox value was $150.450-150=300
I don't know how they did calculation!?
I told him it doesn't make sense but instead of explaining he cancel everything.

Heartland EB games came through for me again today. I was wait listed for the highly sought after Ps5 console and they had stock today. I had to show ID and also purchase a 2nd controller or they would not sell me the system. No bots allowed. Helpful staff made curb side pick up a breeze. Thanks again!

I called earlier to put a product on hold, showed up and everything was fine until I was standing in the middle of the store unnoticed. I ignored it and waited while the cashier is confused with a customer, another employee is talking with his friends and a female employee who walks passed me and joins the group for socializing. Being ignored I just waited until i got to the front. For about 10 mins I watched them help others in the store - smile and greet everyone except for me. Nobody should feel this way with this group. I won't be going back anytime soon.

Always fun to browse and buy as we’re there way too often. Our boys know several EB Games inside out! Staff is always friendly and ready to help.

It was Christmas Eve and I had purchased 2 items and the cashier forgot to put one of the items in the bag and now my son’s Christmas is ruined.thanks a lot to the staff closing on Christmas Eve December 24th 2019 at 5: 50pm.

Been coming here since my teens, in my thirties now.so convenient, great customer service, great efforts to upsell, but for an old school gamer like me, I just need my game and nothing else.this location never disappoints

I didn't catch her name but she was SO helpful. Very knowledgeable and informative about games and systems.

My boyfriend and I went there today and were greeted by this super nice employee as soon as we came in. He was very helpful and saw that we were interested in Pokemon. They were giving out free Mega bloks Pokeballs and he told us we can grab one. So we walk over to the table and as we were grabbing one this other employee snapped "This is only for the kids. " I was actually going to purchase a game there and was completely turned off by her attitude that we just left. Not impressed.

This EB Games is great, I was just there last Saturday for a Pokémon event and they were giving out free Detective Pikachu cards and MegaBlocks mini sets. It was only for kids, but I didn’t mind because I’m a grown adult and understand that everything isn’t all about me. It is honestly an awesome store and the staff will greet you and talk to you about whatever games you’re interested in without pestering you. My favourite EB location.

"The cashiers at this store are rude ignorant and mean with no regard for the customer and i little knowledge of the online community, i walked into the store and the told me no eating in the store but thats fine i under stand so i put the last bite in my mouth and went in from there i opens my wallet to pull out my gift card when i access my wallet i do a sort of turn due to wear my pockets are on my jeans. The rude casher says that turing around doesn't help the fact that there is no eating.i was at this point offended put i proceeded to shop.i went to the counter to ask how much money was on my gift card and the casher snatched the card and said in a rude fashion there was $80 so even tho i wanted to leave but i didn't i went to pick up my item and i went to the counter after handing the card to the casher and asked politely for my item with the the casher (a different one from before) snatched the gift card and told me it was greasy, i am not a cashier but from my basic knowledge i know that that is not something you say to a costumer when the trans action was complete i thanked the casher even with he rude manner and then i got a rude look and i left the store.after i was done my friend asked a question about if the store would purchase his game account and the casher turned he back and said a stern NO while he walked away from my friend.so in finale i encourage you not to enter the store or buy anything from this store, EB games as a franchise is great and i have had good experiences in general but there was a damper put on the store for ever after that encounter in that store.i am very displeased

Showed up at 11: 22 on a Wednesday and the store is dark and empty with the front gates down and locked. There is another customer on his phone calling the company and being told a district manager would show up to open (yeah right) they're supposed to open at 10.
Ridiculous. Terrible. Not how to runa business.

Went on a slow Thursday afternoon, all the staff was very helpful and nice to my son (8), who was trying to pick a game.
Store is organized and clean.

Extremely pleasant sales people and willing to help in any way, however, it is small store don't expect to find many choices.

Great knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff, and they've got a lot of cool collectibles. My wife and I love going to add new and different things to our collections.

Been to this location several times to purchase various video games or systems (just recently to buy a Nintendo Switch). This store is located within Heartland in the same plaza as Best Buy.

This EB games has a fair selection of new, old and used games. You will always find something to play and even the odd knick nack or collectors item. Staff is very helpful and friendly and have alot of knowledge of this industry.

Wished the store was a bit bigger and more of a selection of used games. Prepare to pay a lot of money for new stuff (obviously) and if you are trying to return a game don't expect much.
