This store has excellent customer service. No matter buying wanted games or returning unopened items bought by mistake, staff always smile face.

Since most people these days are downloading their games, this has probably shrunk this part of their business. Nice to see they have expanded their products to include other products such as board games. I'm glad to see they have adapted.

Very nice staff. Always has what I'm.looking for, great for pre-ordering games and Squishmellows.

Employees are very friendly and help me to get good deal on PS5. If you want to buy PS5, I highly recommended it over The Source or Amazon.at least you can save some money.

I love all the Gamestop stores. But this one is my favourite. Good service and plenty of games to choose from. This is the best place to buy games.

I opened a pokemon booster pack but it was already opened its kind of suspicious to see that the coin that also came with it was damaged. Resealed?

Not a very big store but has most in demand titles. The ladies at the counter were kind and welcoming.

I came here today to exchange a product that was missing some parts because the Vaughan Mills location is incompetent. When I called in, the guy who answered was so kind and helpful. Even though he was the only one on shift, he took the time to find the product and called me back as he said he would. When I came into the store, he opened up the package to ensure that all items were inside. Great service, definitely recommend this location.

Buy from any other video game retailer if you can. I've spent the last two months trying to get in touch with them in order to make a return. They've ignored my emails, the live-chat doesn't work and I've tried calling too. Two months of me trying to get a shipping label to return a game. Two months.

The staff are knowledgeable about what they sell and true fans of what they sell as well. Its a fun store to visit if you're a videogame fan and don't experience any of that pressure sales that happen at Gamestop south of the border. Good place to go be a kid even if you're an adult lol.hope these rock and mortar video game stores stick around.support them people their worth having around for the video game community.

Decent stock and varieties at this location. They don't follow their own covid protocols. The sign says max 8 and people were lining up. They just went out and told everyone to go in making it 12 customers. The store is small and cramped so it's hard to distance. Some of the staff are nice and helpful. The service really depends who is working that day.

I ordered a game here and requested to have it shipped from another location to this store since they have no stock, told me no one has it and then I pointed out I checked with downtown location already and they have it in stock. One week after, I called them trying to get another update and they said they forget about the order.and can order for me again? No, thanks! Went there physically 2 times and called a handful of times throughout. Not a pleasant experience.

Michael from EB Games @Markville Mall was an awesome help over the phone when I called their location inquiring about their funko pop collectibles. He put some items on hold for me to p/u later in the day and when cashing me out in person he was just as friendly and helpful as he was over the phone. Great communication, really efficient worker, and just overall a really nice guy. I would definitely come back to this location on account of his awesome customer service alone.

I come here pretty often. The level of service/friendliness will depend on which worker you are interacting with.

I got a console here last year. Since then, I’ve been getting all my games from them. Typical EB games shop. What stands out for me is their customer service. Mike/Mark is the best. He’s very knowledgeable when it comes to games. He always has first hand experience, so you’d really know what you’d be getting. There are times that I call this place just to ask questions about my console, games, release dates, etc, and he’s more than willing to help.

Disappointed. This store staff unprofessional, I pre-order the figure and pick up locate in Markville mall EBgames store. I also checked the EBgames online store, it mentioned available and release for sale. Then I went to Markvile EBgames store to check. But the staff said it is not ready yet because not release. Then I said it already sale in your online store. Their response is they will call me when the figure arrived. After two weeks, I did not receive any call or email. I went the shop again and see the figure in your store for sale, but I didn't buy because you already lost your credibility even I prepay deposit. Why no call? I never pre-order in your store anymore.

Staff are really unfriendly. Act like literal children and have NO respect for the customer. Do not come here go to Woodside instead the staff is way nicer and they have a better selection. Screw this location. Staff have no passion to work here just fool around and act like everything is a chore. Lazy workers.

This is a fantastic store. The salesman was very friendly and knew everything about the products. Was a really great experience buying an xbox and accessories there. Definitely recommend buying what you need at this store.

Friendly customer service.they were all chill and casual.but if i had to put it in one word, it's this: welcoming.

Manny, in particular, answered my questions.and there were many.despite how many, he answered with a smile.and was thoughtful in his answers.it was a genuine moment.he didnt put on a face.that's important to me.eb games dont have the questionnaires on their receipts, so i cant answer give them an answer i really want to give.this answer is one that feels too important to keep to myself.there were only two moments at eb games that come to mind.two moments out of a handful of moments from every store or restaurant ive been to.there were two moments where i felt i had an experience, not a transaction.

Purchased Nintendo Switch controllers as a gift from here. Staff was very friendly and went out their way to explain to me considering I'm not a gamer.

Register price was more than the tag. Staff wasn't helpfull and friendly.when i asked to see the manager (peter) was even worse
