It's o k but I find some of the stuff are not very helpful. There's two people there that are very knowledgeable. So I try to go when they're there.

Stupidity is the only word I can think of when it comes to this store. Bought a game twice. Didn’t work either time so I gave up and asked for my money back. The manager Jessica said “company policy we don’t do refunds” even though I paid the extra $4 for insurance. She was rude, ignorant, and just straight up incompetent. I called another branch and they were happy to refund my money. Stay away from Jessica. Obviously doesn’t know what she’s doing.

No shelf copies (only enough for preorders) of a huge release on release day (RE4 Remake). Huge failure on Gamestop's part. Digital copy it is.

Everyone there is wonderful! For those that don't know they are at the mercy of head office they can only do so much and these guys do everything they can for you.

Great set up, only downside they did not have the console I wanted was able to get at other location

Not the usual location I go to. Both times I've been here the staff have been fantastic. Looking up info for me as well. Great location to shop at.

After being lied to by a different location (conestoga mall) about xbox series x consoles policies in regards to their hold/first come first serve. This location "saved the day".

I called them and was already frustrated and upset because of the previous location, and the lady who answered the phone dealt with me very well. Thank you to the employees that work here this Monday, Sept 20,2021.

Sat on the phone for 20 minutes waiting for them to address me while they chatted on while i could hear the whole thing, said they phone was unplugged and hung up. Rudest employee i've ever heard

For a dying company, they do not have any problems imposing inconveniences to their loyal customers and won't bother themselves to provide the slightest bit of customer service. Stores like these are what make people chose the digital marketplace over physical approaches.

The employees were super nice and helped me find a new joycon since my ither one started drifting

Stopped in today to ask some questions about the Nintendo Switch. It is a gift for my son and I was completely lost as I don't know the first thing about gaming. The two staff members there were so unbelievably helpful, teaching me the ropes and giving me pointers on what to look for on the back on the games. They took the time to explain the system to me and I didn't feel rushed at all. I ended up purchasing it and will definitely go back to buy our games through them.

Can't look around without being hassled it's like a car salesman also a friend of mine was buying Modern Warfare when it came out all they wanted was the normal copy on disk which was hidden behind the counter staff kept badgering the person to spend more money now I can see why all eb games/gamestop will be out of business pretty soon

These guys have everything thanks to them being hidden behind Lowes. Staff is very welcoming and helpful always going above and beyond.

I heard you guys are raising the prices of your pops tomorrow. Why? You carry all the ones no one wants for the 12.49 price so your gonna raise the price to ensure the pops stay on the wall or something?

Very rude and snarky staff. Been in many occasions, and every time the staff appears to be rude, and very in your face. I just want to look around.

Very unknowledgeable staff, have asked questions about game releases many times with nobody knowing when the game is releasing or what the preorder bonuses are. I’ve showed up before to get my preorder that I only preordered to begin with to get a collectible, to have that collectible apparently to never existed or saying they’re out. I only preordered the game to begin with to get a collectible. Ridiculous. 1/5

Quality game store. Two close friends of mine bought Nintendo Switchs here and they couldn't have been happier with the price as well as the service.

Always great service. Went and got jump force for a good price cause someone didn't come get there pre order.

EB Games used to be a haven for gamers but now it's a greedy corporate business. Sales associates jamming their corporate agenda down your throat doesn't make shopping there pleasant anymore.

Located at 245 Strasburg Rd, Kitchener, ON in the same plaza where the former Target was located. Friendly staff who will help you find the right hand for your system. The store is of the smaller size for EB Games and has a wide selection of genes and game related merchandising.

The place is okay, Pretty much just another EB game store. Seem to have a high turn over for Employees working there. Ian was the best worker they had.

Great service and fantastic Boxing day sales. Although the lineup for the checkout was long the staff were friendly, informative and efficient.

Store in a good location, manager (Ian) is a veteran and knows the store and product very well. Goes out of his way help you find stuff. Very helpful staff of those I've interacted with. Highly recommend.

Worst service I've ever had at EB games. Walked in and they were all cackling and ignoring customers I was never greeted. I was inquiring about an item that they had online saying it was at this location and the lady was very rude and when I went to ask another question she continued talking to the employees. No one was helpful or friendly. Guess I'll only go to microplay now.

I go here to purchase most of my games and consoles. They have excellent customer service and are super friendly to talk to also. I enjoy coming here to purchase something because i know im going to leave happy. They give out really great advice too on games and consoles and really know what they are talking about.

Love this place! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Selection is good and so are the prices. One of my favorite places to get games.

They had a ps3 game they were selling for over 20 dollars that was no longer supported by ps3 therefore if someone were to buy it, it wouldn't work at all. I brought it to their attention and the small girl with short hair was very rude about it and put it back on the shelf.
Be careful of what you buy at this place. They may rip you off.
