The lady who helped me today was friendly, charming and reminded me of Halle berry. The staff here are always very helpful and kind to me.

Went in knowing nothing about Nintendo switches as the last nintendo i played was a gameboy color. The lady at the store was very helpful and had great patience with my questions and indecisiveness. I got the zelda oled switch, and we shall see what my daughter thinks of it on Christmas. Naturally, i will try it when she's at school, lol.

EB Games is amazing. It's heaven to a gamer. Every visit always leave you happy and amazed. And they always have great promotions. I wish I could work there. And I love how they do midnight openings for major games.

Staff here suck but it's great to go in and look around gives you that block buster feeling

An older man was working when we visited and was rude and came off irritated if asked any questions…the other younger employee with darker hair was pleasant.

Well the store is fine but Patrick was a terrible employee so rude when I asked a simple question if you had this game in stock?

Great customer service. Was sold a Pokémon card box with a manufacturer defect. My son was very upset one of the cards that was suppose to be garunteed was missing. The store provided him with the card that was missing and fixed the error. I will continue to give this location all my business!

Picked up a game for my kids. Customer service was absolutely amazing as always. Guys there are always helpful

The place was really good and the guy who took care of me was a really good person and he gave me a good deal on PS4 unfortunately while checking out he was busy with other people and another guy came I think he just wanted to get done with me lol

Nothing but the best of things to say about Chris and the staff at this location. Chris in particular went above and beyond my expectations.

I would like take this opportunity to thank Stuff Member 'Chris' for being helpful and his hospitality. He helped me get a NHL PS4 bundle on Black Friday Weekend, it was the last one in store and I felt grateful to have a PS4 before Christmas 2018. And being a pro on Funko Pop, super friendly. If there is an Employee of the Month, he should be rewarded. Once again thank you for being helpful. Have a Good one guys.

Awesome gaming place with a wide variety of items on display. The prices are reasonable and you'll get even more discounts if you have a membership card.

I'm just visiting from abroad so I can't check this place out often but will definitely visit again when there's a chance.

Friendly staff, great selection of games, toys, collectibles and more. Trade in your unused games here. Easy parking, but this plaza can get pretty busy on the weekends and holidays.

Asked me for a piece of government issued I. D for returning a USED PS3 controller I bought 30 minutes prior (wonder why lol). Maybe I seemed "sketchy"? I don't normally like to return things I just bought, but I got a new one from the nearby Walmart for a cheaper price. I felt awkward from the beginning. "Andrew" didn't even ask before or during the transaction. He called me back when I was about to leave the store for everyone inside to hear. Good thing the other person working called him out on the stupid request or else I would have. Thanks for making an awkward situation more awkward, will never go back again. Like why would someone even think a person is trying to finesse EB games for a used PS3 controller?

Great place. Very knowledgable people with very unbiased opinions. We couldnt decide on xbox one or ps4. They both off the hop said ps4 but after getting to know us and our likes and dislikes they agreed xbox was for us. Great to know they actually listened and helped with the utmost product knowledge.

I didnt catch their names, but we appreciated such good customer service from both employees. Thanks guys!
