When I first went there a guy named Hamza was very kind and helped me a lot with game selection and gave me a full run down on game stop policies but recently some long haired guy has been working there and the past two times I went there he talked down to me, was super rude and condescending. I love GameStop but I would rather buy online than be insulted.

Popped into the Barrhaven GameStop to do a trade in. I don’t play video games a lot, but enough that I needed to upgrade my Xbox One S to a new Xbox S.

Even though some people came in behind me, and some had kids with no patience, she didn’t rush my trade or my new purchase. She went over the details, explained that the new systems don’t use external hard drives, which prompted me go for a large internal hard drive for the game.

She also agreed buying a game pass for 3 months was a better short term investment that buying a digital game in case I don’t like the game.

Also although it’s beneficial to them to get me to sign up for an extended warranty, she made it clear that I can simply trade it in before the years up and get a brand new one if I want. Even if it’s not broken.

In the end she was a great customer service rep, got me all set up, took in the trade and got my new replacement machine, and I was home all in less than 35 minutes.

You’d think this location would pick up hints from the spratt location and how awful it is taken cared of! Clearly these two are ran by the same manager.found a hair in my blizzard and i could not be more discussed.go here if you want a taste of trash i understand if these employees don’t want to work here because clearly by the lack of attention they gave to anyone in the store they do, but you can seriously tell the difference from any fast food place and a dairy queen! The employees treat the customers with respect unlike here

Hours are 10-7. Been waiting outside from 9: 50 to now 10: 20. Still no one has unlocked or begun opening the store.

I went here this morning at 12: 00pm The lady working there was horrible, unfriendly. Her customer service is so bad that I don't want to come back here again. I hope the management will reconsider her attitude!

They have coercive bundling requirements for in-demand items. Was told I needed to spend an additional $300 before they would sell me an in stock $600 console. Staff were friendly though

They always have what I need/want. Small store makes it easier to find things. Employees are a always helpful

This is my go to place for video games and merchandise. The staff are always friendly, and go out of their way to offer good advice on software (and hardware) that delight the family. They consistently have strong recommendations. The staff at this store really should be a model for Gamestop to emulate everywhere.

While most of the store is taken up by collectibles and not really video games, at the very least it is decently stocked with newer gen titles. Unfortunately they no longer carry last gen games such as Wii u, xbox 360, ps3, Wii, etc. I'd recommend to swing by if you happen to have some other errands nearby. Mostly everything that is offered in the store can be found online at a similar price.

One of the best places for the merch they have there's always something none of the other locations have and super affordable

It was my first time coming to this store and it’s so cool! The worker there was so nice too! Theres a lot of variety in this store, I didn’t have much time to shop but I’d definitely come again!:)

Staff are really friendly and know their stock. They usually have what I'm looking for and some interesting things I didn't know I need.
