Three days before Christmas and I'm rushing to get the last items on my list.

The sales person was exceptionally helpful, and I left in no time having secured the soon to be favorite gifts for our boys.

The main selling of this store is video games but I get most of if not all my collector figures like McFarlane from these stores! Always helpful staff.

Bigger selection than the Game Stop at the Lynden Park Mall. Customer service is usually quite good. Able to help me find games I'm looking for. Staff has good understanding of titles in stock and info about them. Good place to go if shopping for someone else and have no video game knowledge. They will help you out.

Been waiting months for a ps5! Then when I get my call they tell me I HAVE TO BUY A SECOND CONTROLLER! If I refuse I'm not allowed to buy it. Never told me when I signed up for it. I have no need for a second controller!

Excellent customer service. They really explained alot of things to us so we didn't waste our money which I appreciated.

Unfriendly staff with lack of video game knowledges. I stopped by the store to pick up a game, and controller none of the staff could give me any info about any of the games I asked about. The manager even belittled a genre of games in front of me. Not too impressed compared to the staff they use to have here. This place has really gone down.

Very nice staff, store is always full of stuff and you can preorder just about any figure collectible or game they sell before hand so you make sure you get it

This is my favourite store. The staff here are so gracious and knowledgeable, especially Kim and Steev. They just make you feel welcome without being pushy or overbearing. Would definitely recommend this store.

Typical EB Games store, a large number of new games, iffy selection of older ones. Staff is polite

I had done a brief review of this EB Games two months ago but I felt the need to reiterate how great the experience is shopping here. I have been going to this EB exclusively for the past several years at least (I'm also an Onyx member) and I've always dealt with very friendly and polite staff. In fact I recently ran into an issue with my warrantied PS4 Pro and was able to exchange it for a new one with zero issues. I have nothing but good things to say about this location and it's staff and I highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing games or hardware to check it out!

First off the sales clerks actually play video games, that comes in handy to a person like myself trying to understand where these pokemon are going. Prices are a tad higher then Walmart but Walmart does not give you any recommendations or advice and there sales associates are older then a Commodore64. If your an aging gent like myself that doesn't understand a thing about xbox or ps4 and need that one game that will shut your annoying teenager up for at least 15 minutes this is the place for you.

I was at eb games today by walmart and no idea if u you were open when I called to see if you were open the person was rude and did say anything just said they were aware of the door being bord up and still no answers and I just don't understand why they couldn't hang an open sign up

Since this store has changed their layout, where the customer service desk is in the middle of the store, it's so crowded and filled with trinkets and over-marketed toys, that I hardly ever go in anymore. It used to be very clean and well organized.

I will NOT be going back to this store. We have been customers here for a long time and this was the last day for me! My daughter was purchasing a few things and while we were at the cash, I asked if something bad had happened to the front of the store as all the windows and the door were boarded up. GLEN said in a very demeaning manner 'what do you think, it's boarded up'. I was just asking if maybe someone had an accident.well, GLEN at EB Games, guess who pays for all the things at your store!? !? !? MICROPLAY will get ALL of our business!

Fun selection of video game related products as well as video games. A lot of collectible items. Friendly and helpful staff.

Returning games here is a rip-off you will get 5 bucks for a brand new game and they'll sell it for 50 and buying used is even worse please do not waste your money here every used game I've gotten here has been over priced and doesn't even work.

Has pre ordered games friendly helpful service newest games and collectables. I been going with the boys since store has been open and also plenty of parking.

Always very helpful, will discuss games with a noob if need be, welcoming and doesn't feel like their trying to rip you off. Support this business!

I waited almost 6 EXTRA months for a Funko Pop I pre-ordered which came out in January. We went in multiple times, and not a single time did they even hint slightly at an apology or any sort of compensation. I was just offered the option to cancel the pre-order. I now recieved the item and the box is in terrible conditon, there is also a sticker on tje bottom that looks like it has been there for 2 months. I also once looked online when I was regularly checking and it said that they had the funko pop i pre ordered in stock, then I check again a couple days later (as I am waiting for a response) and it was gone. By the way, if you are reading this review EB Games don't bother to respond because it's going to be pure BS anyway. You had your chance to rectify the issue the past 6 months I have been coming into your s*** store complaining. I hope you invested my 10 dollar deposit wisely and made a decent return on it.
