Employees are super welcoming and accommodating to all of your needs. Always willing to give you answers even if it’s bad news. Transparency is what makes this game stop different from others. During the tears of the Kingdom legend of Zelda release, they were quick and attentive to customers needs. Tried to show sympathy to us waiting in line. Also, really impressed with the selection they have, despite it being smaller than usual game stop.

I bought ps 5 disc god of war Ragnarok bundle via the website. I picked it up on this location. When I opened the box there was scratches on the device. The game coupon was not there and the duelsense was black instead of white, that one has also scratches. There was no users manual in the box too. They found out that they gave me the used device I bought a brandnew one. I am really disapointed. It was supposed to be a gift. They changed with the brand new product, but I will never buy anything from this location again. Employers are unprofessional.

Went April 2nd 2023 and this location is no longer operating. Door and windows boarded up.

Worst place to buy lights I purchased led lights yesterday and the guy at the cashier didn’t charge me for them.

It's a little overpriced, even for the used games, but the store setup is nice and clean, everything is clearly labeled, and the staff is super friendly. Definitely worth the trip if you're looking for a rare game that you just can't find online

I went to Gamestop to purchase a ps5. This Gamestop location was trying to force me to purchase other items alongside a $500 unit otherwise they would not sell me a ps5. No other retailers follow this policy. This should be in the news papers. Since when does any company or retailer have the right to force customers to purchase more items.

Amazing staff and manager, I've known her for a very long time and she has always been very attentive and goes always above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this location.

Went in looking for a specific backpack for my daughter. The Individual working was very helpful. Even though he didn't have the product in his store, he offered to look it up in his other locations. His product knowledge was great as well.

Customer service here is always great everytime I was in the mall I always want in and there always ready to help you out if you need anything or have any questions or need something look up they always happy to help

Kevin was so awesome. We had an issue but he went the extra mile and called head office to clear it up and we were extremely happy. Thank you Kevin for being a great sales associate. This location isn’t my favorite but he certainly is a good employee.

YOU HAVE TO GO THERE! The service was great and I can’t believe how friendly the staff was and even the people who go there where friendly and it was SOOO CHEAP if I was going to come back there I’d say what friendly service they had and also the place was soo organized and clean and the games too the cases were all perfect seald and the games were all ready to go?

Kyle was very patient with us and helped explain everything about the Nintendo switch to us that our 2 sons have been asking about for birthdays and christmases.very helpful with answering all our questions and the platinum point card is a good deal

As a pop collector this collection is poorly organized. When i asked for help i was denied and plainly insulted for the way i was handling the pops. Other staff was not as bad but still refused to help find what I was looking for.

I obviously know very little about Xbox and video games.staff were very patient and helpful in choosing a gift for my nephew. I highly recommend to anyone in my situation!

My son is a HUGE DBZ fan, and EB Games now carries both Bandai and SH Figuarts collectable figures, as well as other dbz merchandise. Broly Fullpower was just released, and was in super high demand. We called several stores to no avail. We went in to the EB Games here at Vaughan Mills, and stumbled across the Endgame version of Thanos (also very hard to come by) and grabbed it on the spot. While at the register Liz engaged us in a nice sincere conversation about gaming and collectables. At one point my son mentioned the Broly figure, and she started typing away while talking with us. My son wandered a bit to look at some games, and Liz discreetly told me that there was a possibility she might be able to get one for me, but could make no promises. I appreciated the discretion so as to not get my sons hope's up to high. So we left, once again feeling we had gotten good value for our money, and happy with the customer service we have grown accustomed to. A few days later I received a call, and was pleasantly surprised to number informed that Liz had managed to get a Broly figure for my son. We drove down and picked up, and my sons eyes were like when he was younger at Christmas, all lit up, and excited.
So a big shout out to Liz and all the people involved in making this happen! Thanks EBgames Vaughan Mills, you will certainly see us again soon!

Staff isn't very helpful, but it's my son's favorite store so I have no choice. I wish they would try a little harder to help customers, specifically when we are frequent customers.

Of all the video game shops I go to, this would be the last place I'd buy from. There prices are the highest out there and there trade in value stinks.

100% customer service, good selection at this location. Only issue is the EB games trade in amounts, its almost always laughable and it takes away from the relationship you'd expect to have with a company like this but that's not the store's fault.

Been coming here for years, last time I was there, very rude/unhelpful employees, and deals aren't that great. If you plan on trading in games expect literally nothing.

Alot of different type of games for many different consoles. They have games for the x box, play stations too, and the Nintendo switch. They have used games that are cheaper.

Unpleasant experience and I didnt even step foot in here. There was a line up to enter the store, one associate was at the door to let people in. Took forever, finally at the front of the line and there were multiple parties leaving and he did not let me in the store. Told me to wait. I ended up leaving several moments later because this was such a big joke to me.
