EB Games

I was in the store today. While browsing a man walked in. One employee was extremely rude to him. Once the man left, I heard him tell his co-worker that he tries to be rude to that customer so he will not come back in the store. Not getting my business.

It’s a fun location with items I’m interested in but it’s just awkward with having the employees stare at me the whole time when I go with a plus one or friends… otherwise they’ve been friendly to me. I just feel uncomfortable looking around

Been to so many better GameStops, in regards of employee attitude towards customers. One of the employees needs to get out of retail or start being nicer to customers. Pure attitude always

I am raising my review from 4 stars to 5. They always answer the phone and are always happy to help. Thank you guys

Edit: would honestly give this place 10+ stars if I could, i called many locations before to ask about there controller warranty and these guys were the most helpful, the only other location that compares to this is south Common location.

I buy overpriced games here and the workers are chill sometimes, lotta mixed reviews but trust me it’s just another gamestop lmao.

Literally the worst location. Never are able to fulfill my pick up in store orders and the manager is rude.

Store manager Liz went above and beyond to make sure I was handled properly as a customer! I am very very happy with the service that I had and would highly recommend others to shop here.

Called in to get a used copy of a game set aside for me to pick up in the afternoon. Service was helpful and quick.

Very poor service. Was told by head office I can return online order but they refused to do it in store.

Worst Customer Service, go to Vaughn Mills Game Stop if in the area or another one in Brampton.

The sevice is very bad they have no knowledge the staff said that the
gaming blackshark razer v2 headset has no voulume you cant hear anything so why would i spend 100 dollars for that headset if i cant hear anything. The staff is very rude.

It's funny after reading all these reviews I asked my wife prior if she thinks the manager that works there is rude. The manager comes off at being rude! I ordered a Funko Pop online and new received a call when it came into stores. It was eventually sold. I asked why no called me and the answer I got was "Don't order items online for pick up at this store" what kind of answer is that? I started going to the EB location on Queen and Airport wayyyyyy better! EB read the reviews on here! Customer service sucks at that location!

This is the worst store to go in Brampton. The manger is rude and she has no matters. I don’t know why Eb games hire this women she should be fire.

Reading the reviews here reaffirms that I’m not going crazy or overthinking with regards to the incredibly rude service I received from the store manager. Everyone who’s given 1 star, I can relate to because I had a similar experience.

Never have I been yelled at a store just for opening the door. What makes it worse is that it was by the manager.

I am shocked that there are so many negative reviews describing her horrible customer service and that she is STILL employed by EB games. Interacting with her ruined my entire day.

I come here every now and then as it’s the closest location to me. But this will no longer be my first choice and I urge anyone reading this to avoid this location at all costs unless you want to be treated like ‘you know what’.

I called today to ask for an item and wanted to confirm the location. And women whosoever was on call said “ don’t you know where you are calling”.

Really Bad Customer service @trinity location
Went to refund a EB games (Purchase) speaking with store manager made no sense logically. Went to another location @airport RD location got tru.
Moral of the story
Customer service (how you handle) people or situations can affect retail stores.

Very rude. The employee got really annoyed that I didn't call ahead and that I was basically there at all. He said bylaw officers hang out there and ticket people all the time?

I also have a job and deal with customers everyday. Get over yourself.

EB games is the store to go for video games. It has everything a person who plays video games needs. From video games, consoles, accessories, etc. The store is also clean and very well organized.

Elsbeth was fantasic and made a lot of peoples Christmas yesterday getting them a PS5. Yes you needed to be on the waitlist, but it was a calm and professional exchange with those that weren't on the list. Thank you for a drama free day. Store employees are always fantastic at this location and super helpful even if you leave empty handed. First place to shop for gaming neededs.

Staff very friendly and helpful, very geeky. I can't go in without buying more than I intended walking in.

I absolutely love this place I buy my games only at this eb games and this is the only eb games that I love to shop at, the staff is very kind, super nice and very helpful lots of gaming accessories, even games they got everything for your gaming journey I Absolutely recommend this place u won’t regret it

The manager is very unprofessional towards customers from my experience. He had a snarky attitude and was very judgemental towards what I used my trade in money towards.

Cassandra went above and beyond the call of duty for us. She helped me suggesting couple of Xbox and playstation games. We went in there to get a console but came with a Xbox and Playstation both. 5 star for her fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend her and as far as I know if you'd like to take her services just walk in the evening time. Justin the other male representative helped us too but kudos for Cassandra. Keep it up.

Very poor SERVICE and employees do not know what theyre talking about. This is the first eb games store ive had problems with.

They need more knowledgeable people here. Hire people who know absolutely nothing about games. Especially something as simple as the name of a game.

Friendly staff. Accidentally bought wrong Nintendo Kano, got it refunded no issues and associate offered to call other locations to check for correct item. Associate called other stores and got item held for me. Great location.

Staff are pretty friendly to its customers. You should be able to find a game, or novelty item you're looking for

Staff is miserable, if you don't like your job why work there? I don't understand everyone is so rude here, it's like they try their best to ward you away from buying anything

Terrible customer service! Absolute worst interaction with an associate that I have ever experienced anywhere. I have been going to this location for over 5 years now, I have never received such bad attitude from an associate, as soon as I entered the store. She was a young girl who definitely looked new. I understand if you are having a rough day, you still do not take it out on your paying customers. I needed help looking for a birthday card and she asked me loudly in a very rude tone if I was ready yet to cash out, as I was looking around. Not sure if I will return to this location. That interaction lost me a customer for sure. This happened on August 16th around 3: 30 p.m.

Went in to grab ps3 and xbox 360 games because of the sale.
I had assumed that all the games in the bin were what they had left. Great thanks to Elizabeth for letting me know there were much more, showing me a list of what they had and taking the time and patience to help me.

The District Manager called me back as promised. Listened to the issue I had and resolved it right away I will always go back to this store

They have great service very professional and polite and also give you great price with a variety of accessories but the best part is you can trade games

A great place to get anything related to media/video games. I am in mourning though as the 3ds is now dead and slim pickings for games.

If there was an option to give zero stars, I would for this location. In one day I went to 3 locations and this location was the worst! Zero customer service. Neither associates nor manager on duty knows how to assist a customer that made a purchase not even 24 hrs after the point of sale. I went to another location (Hwy 7 & Airport Rd) that was able to do what this location wasn't willing to do. Worst experience. I will never be going back to this location even though it is the closest one to me. I've worked in retail for many years and as an associate, I always try and find a solution for a customer's problem. This location didn't even care to find one solution. Upper management should seriously consider retraining the employees at this location on how to do their job.

Always feels like stepping into a time machine when walking into EB Games. Lots of memories from childhood.

Always a bad experience, the manager is always rude like he doesnt want us to buy anything. My gf always has problems with attitude from him, she also cant believe how lazy he is and how rude he is to his own staff.stay away from this one and go to another. Wish i could give 0 stars.

Good selection, friendly service, but, kind of small compared to the other locations I'm used to.

I been going into this store and the staff at the times I went in was great.was very helpful and friendly the manager is amazing as well. However I am a mom of 3 young boys and the staff tonight was absolutely nasty especially the young lady. She had nothing but attitude towards us when we walked in didn't even great us.yes I have 3 young boys but I don't have child care for someone to watch my children.so I had to take them with me. This young lady screamed at my 3 year old for touching the Loot in the store. Now I realized eBay games changed there products and brought in way more loot then in the past.but when children walk in of course all they want is to touch they are KIDS! This young lady SCReamed at my 3 year old I was not freaking impressed I will never shop and this location again NEVER! They lost my business! You don't scream at children especially little kids I am so upset

Good range of games and products in stock.but the store lacks deals and you can easily end up overpaying for things if you don't shop around.

Friendly staff and good prices, very impressed with the level of service I received. Bought a 360 today and some games can't wait to try it out!
